Bohemian Flats Park: what do users think?

Stephanie McClimek: This huge park is so big and filled with the most amazing sights. At night time the view everywhere is just breathtaking. Not many lights. If you do go at night make sure you have something like a flashlight.

Loren K: Amazing park with great views

Sherelle Harris: I was there to watch a game of sand volleyball. My team Won!

Jessica: The cruise was good. The food was awesome! The boat was clean and staff were very friendly. The drinks were on the spendy side.

Vince Saykao: Awesome place to play sand volleyball.

Carol Borris: The boat ride was a great to see the river.

Kala Diederich: We did a dinner cruise on the Minneapolis Queen. It was beautiful to see the sunset and evening lights! I’d highly recommend. The cruise staff were friendly and accommodating.

Erik Meyers: Great Mississippi side park with covered picnic tables. Off the main road. Nice and quiet

Hiawatha Flats: what do users think?

Dan Bailey: , and I liked the convenience of nearby stores, a light rail station

Gary Dunn: It's hard to overstate how much I enjoyed my two years living in Hiawatha Flats. Units are comfortable, well designed, and well maintained, management is very responsive, any issues were always addressed in timely fashion. The neighborhood is great- pretty quiet but has plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within a few blocks and the light rail is about five minutes' walk. I can't recommend HF highly enough, I only moved out because I bought a house and I even got almost my full deposit back.

Ramala Shelton: Lived here a long time. Great place! Wonderful staff! Awesome amenities!

Gary “Concertinaguy” Erickson: One of the best places to live in the Twin Cities! Location is outstanding! Utilities are low because of excellent insulation and newer central heat and air! Each unit has their own HVAC and washer and dryer. The management and staff are absolutely outstanding! Sauna, swimming pool, exercise room, and more! Safety and security couldn't be any better! Most importantly, the management and staff couldn't be any better! You will not be disappointed!

Brent Frank: I lived at Hiawatha Flats for one year and have all good things to say about the staff, the amenities, the location, and the apartment itself. I would have stayed longer, but my job relocated me out of state. I highly recommend Hiawatha to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis close to the light rail, downtown, the airport, and great parks!

Divya Bhaskaran: Very good apartment. Loved the party hall and indoor pool. Well maintained. Only problem is that its over priced.

Judes: I have lived in this apartment for almost 3 years now. I used to work in downtown Minneapolis so the close proximity to the light rail station saved me a lot of time and money trying to drive to/park in downtown. The amenities are amazing! pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, movie room, gyms, underground parking, and etc. You just don't get the same value anywhere else. The management team is dedicated to making everyone's lives easier. Any issues or maintenance needs were taken care of within a day or two. The apartment is also very close to Minnehaha Falls and cute shops and local restaurants are near by. Highland Park area is just across the bridge so I had no problem getting to places/running errands. The only reason I'm moving is because my fiance and I are getting a house. My fiance only lived here with me for a little less than a year but he can vouch for how awesome Hiawatha Flats is as well!

NoLo Flats: what do users think?

Ana Calzadilla: Hello.I resided at this property last year.It was WONDERFUL & DELIGHTFUL & a superb ADVENTURE !!!I am sooo appreciative to have had that blessing&I am praying for another go-around.Thank you.Kind regards.

Stephen Wanca: I have nothing but great things to say about my time at NoLo Flats! The leasing staff were always happy to answer my questions via email in a timely manner, the maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and did a great job. Any issue in my apartment, no matter how minor, was always fixed the next day.The building is new and has some nice amenities, nothing crazy because it’s a smaller building, but the conference room, lobby, secure package room, workout room are all very much appreciated. The views from the rooftop are pretty unmatched with unobstructed views of the skyline and surrounding neighborhood, as well as the riverfront and the leafy neighborhoods of NE Minneapolis. The location is perfect, as the street is pretty quiet, yet you’re only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, historic buildings, riverfront trails, and downtown.I had a 1 bedroom overlooking the skyline for what I considered a steal of a price, and I loved how large my closet was in my unit. All my neighbors were respectful and friendly. Truly a great building to live in, can’t recommend it enough!

Tyler Kramer: Everyday we are proud to call Nolo our home. The people that work here make you feel like family and the complex itself is awesome. There is no limit to the detail and care that they put into this building. Hands down best experience in renting an apartment ever.

Lauren Kramer: Nolo has truly been the perfect home. The team who works there is knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and they put everything at ease. It is the perfect boutique apartment building and the amenities are perfect for those looking to have the essentials, like a great rooftop and workout room. We love all the pets in the building, how we feel safe and the incredible neighborhood.

Hillary McColley: My time at Nolo was short, but sweet. I sublet after selling my home and not wanting to buy right away, again. So, this was a great stepping stone for me and it was really enjoyable. The price is not exactly reasonable, but, nothing in the area is and you really do get what you pay for. My experience with the staff, building amenities, and location exceeded my expectations.

Maggie Shishilla: I've loved my time at NoLo- never have I felt so sad to leave an apartment complex. The staff were always friendly, accessible, and made moving in/out a breeze. The units are so thoughtfully designed to maximize space and had top notch finishes, like soft-closing drawers and grohe fixtures. Situated on 1st street, it's an excellent location for someone who wants to be near breweries and fabulous restaurants, but also come home to a quiet sanctuary that's tucked away from the noise of the city.

Justin: Great place, really good management, leaving soon to be closer to downtown, but enjoyed my time here.

William Bildsten: and great shared spaces furnished like Design Within Reach.Nolo makes use of small space with an absolute artistry: my studio, ~400 sq/ft, has a sizable walk-in closet with the washer dryer snuggly and non-intrusively paced; it has a massive-feeling bathroom with built in shelving; it has a kitchen bar with room at the for end stools

Andrea Guglielmino: We love living at NoLo. From day 1 Peter and Kelsey have been nothing short of amazing, that much that we have decided to extend our lease for an additional year after less than 90 days here. The building is perfect for us, with great views from the roof and our terrace, it's a peaceful corner yet super convenient for those working downtown. Another great building from the crew that runs the nearby Soltvå and Solhavn

East River Flats Park: what do users think?

Robert Bischel: I love this area and it only gets more beautiful and peaceful the further you walk along the trail. I recommend this area in the autumn, when the leafs are changing, stunning!!

Tony Dewitt: Place is great . Super chill 😎Restrooms: Clean and private.Picnic area: Great place for a picnic

Maysa Alqaisi: I love this park to run and just absorb the outdoors

Steven Mosborg: Love the little known East River Trail that runs between East River Flats Park and the Masonic Institute for Brain Development along the east bank of the Mississippi River below East River Parkway. Well worth exploring in any season.

Cody Hawkins: Stopped by here early in the morning on our way out of town just to see the river, beautiful ambiance.

Maurice Hearne: Restrooms: everything is great here except the restrooms are always locked, except when they're being serviced. Go figure. City government at it's best. Sometimes there are portapottys but not to be relied on.

Richard Estlick: It would have been nice to see it in the daylight but was still beautiful to see at night

Raunak Pandey: Great location to see the Mississippi River

Trish Deutsch: Our annual Bladder Cancer Walk is here. Beautiful park. Often flooded though!

Good Dwelling: what do users think?

Matt Orchowski: locked off access to all the stairwells and parking for added security. Units are small but very functional, perfect for one or a couple. Definitely not for families though. Grocery store on ground floor owned by the developers. Amazing. Value is also great, it feels urban with a neighborhood feel. Shoutout to Alexis who made my leasing process seamless.

Margaret Williams: I still have to meet in person but so far the application and getting information process has been a BREEZE especially during kind of a hectic time for me with school and having to suddenly find a new apartment. Thank you so much Tanner for your help and I’m SO EXCITED to take a look see at the place this Monday!

Madi McLaughlin: I recently moved in from another state and the community in this building has been so warm and welcoming. The amenities are lovely and the staff has all been incredibly friendly. Ethan is prompt and helpful with any and all questions!

Abby Boos: It has been a joy to live at Good Dwelling! Ethan has been extremely helpful and organizes many events for the residents to help create an awesome community. I love my living space and the Juliet balcony that lets in the morning light!

Caleb Ellingson: Love living here! Good management, good amenities, efficient little space with all the things you need. Would definitely recommend!

Beck Ellingson: I love living here! Management is awesome, amenities are great, and it’s a great location to live.

Shawn Stell: Cool people. Cool dogs. Perfect location on Eat Street plus an awesome grocery store in the building. Nuff said!

Katie W: The view from our balcony and from the roof are spectacular! Did I mention the neighbors' dogs? I love that I can walk across the street for Glam Doll donuts or down the block for a bubble drink. The co-op downstairs is super convenient, too.

Spencer K: Lots of natural light and great views of the surrounding area. Amenities are incredible and our kitten enjoys the new place a lot!

Dave K: Moved here before the COVID lockdowns, and for all the places to have been locked down in, I’m glad I chose Good Dwelling. Ethan and the staff are great, there’s free drinks, a gym, a roof deck with grills, and a grocery store right next door. The building is also secure which shouldn’t be taken for granted in this city.

Tara N: , so he stopped him one day to let him pick out future kombucha flavors. It's also incredibly convenient to live above Good Grocer, not only because it seems to be a great organization, but it makes getting groceries - or a last minute ingredient - an absolute breeze. And the dogs. So many dogs. If you love dogs, you'll love living here.

David Jungers: . If you're interested in living in the Whittier neighborhood I suggest checking out Good Dwelling.

AIC Chair: Good Dwelling has been a phenomenal place for my son to live. Ethan was fantastic to work with and helped us get into a unit on very short notice. The building is in a great location. The units are beautiful and the building as a whole is thoughtfully designed to maximize the comfort of the tenants. We are delighted that my son was able to rent an apartment here! What a stellar find this was!!!

Erin Schulenberg: Love living here! Management has been super friendly, helpful, and attentive to tenants needs. Excited to be here another year and enjoy all the awesome amenities. It's really a great place to be.

Cris: My time at good dwelling has been a great one! Ethan is always a joy to be around and quick to fix any issues that come up.

Heritage Landing: what do users think?

Lucas Gharib: We really enjoyed our time living at Heritage Landing. The prices are hard to beat in Minneapolis to rent here also the location is great. Great staff. Great overall experience.

Keith N: Really great place to stay in the North loop with spacious apartments. The staff is great. Eric in leasing helped me look at several floor plans and even proactively emailed me a new options while I was out of town for the weekend. Super helpful! The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick to fix things as well.

Zane Bodensteiner: Heritage Landing is a great place to live and has amazingly helpful staff. Eric has always been helpful and welcoming, which makes the decision to stay each yea an easy one. The entire maintenance staff strives to help when you are in need.

Seema Suthar: Great place to live! We love the location and how easy it is to early everywhere. The units are nice and spacious and the management staff here is very helpful

Greg Doornink: A nice place to live in the north loop! Top 5 easy. Good amenities. Management is great. Building staff are friendly. Repairs to my unit have always been timely. Close to everything - high score on the walkability scale.

Matthew Jorjorian: My wife and I have lived at Heritage Landing for over three years and are very thankful to call this place home. The location cannot be beaten. Literally a block from restaurants, bars, shopping, a park, and trails along the river while still relatively quiet tucked between 1st and 2nd street. Rent is competitive for the neighborhood, but the units are so much larger than you'll find anywhere else. The staff has rotated over a couple of times, but they continue to find very friendly and helpful people who work in the front office. I cannot speak highly enough of the maintenance guys, Denny and Rick. They are so friendly, prompt and efficient. The guest parking situation is great, and so is the Luxor packing system. My only criticism would be the walls are relatively thin, however the building is pretty quiet and after 3+ years in multiple units we've never had any major issues. Would highly recommend Heritage Landing to live if you're in the market!

Nina pyatt: Loved it here

William Schultz: Gorgeous luxury apartments in North Loop with a great list of amenities!

Katie Kish: and immediately fell in love with the great apartment, nice community spaces, and awesome location. The property management team, front desk staff, and maintenance crew

Kim Moen: Great location, staff are very responsive. Great way to be introduced to living downtown!

222 Hennepin Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Trevor Allred: Honestly the best experience I've ever had at an apartment. Staff is super helpful and friendly, location is great. Maintenance was always lightning fast. Any issues were promptly handled and taken seriously. If you are looking for something in North loop, I would start here.

MJ: , community events, pet friendly, multiple elevators, maintenance professionals who are knowledgeable and prompt, indoor heated parking, security staff, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances are all absolutely top-notch, BUT the staff makes this place feel like home. Noah, Dan and Sarah are the best of the best! They care about...everything and everybody! If you are looking for a place in the North Loop...look no further. This is it.

Kam Cone: We toured multiple north loop & NE apartments and 222 had the best parking scenerio BY far!

Asia Nelson: Highly recommend living at this property. Aside from the amazing location and numerous amenties, the management team onsite is comprised of the most thoughtful and committed staff who truly care about creating community and making each resident feel at home. Sarah, Noah, and Dan have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help us.They host several fun and engaging community events each month to get to know your neighbors and there's even yoga onsite! We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

Ryan Middendorf: I have lived at 222 for almost a year now and the place is AWESOME! It is maintained perfectly and the people are very friendly. Sarah, Dan and Noah are amazing and always there to help. 10/10 recommendation.

Haadie: Thank you to Dan, Noah, Sara, Mike and the team for an incredible move in day experience.I’ve moved 4/5 times to various apartment complexes and this one was by far the best experience. This place is beautiful and well kept. It’s so nice having a staff that knows how to take care of its residents. Can’t wait for the days ahead thanks to the team!

philip valley: Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

Molly Lyons: Everything is always clean and feels safe. Plus, great location and right above Whole Foods!

Kronus Advisor: BUT Sarah, Dan, Noah, and team have been nothing but kind, attentive, helpful, and generally excellent to work with as I've gotten settled in to my new place. based on my experience so far would absolutely recommend living here.

Nicolas Valencia: I've been living in 222 for over 2 years, and it has been Excellent. It has been a stress-free experience since I moved in. The staff is always ready to answer questions, and are very quick! Sarah, Noah and Dan are very friendly and make us feel welcome every time we see them.I also recently did a transfer within the building and it was the smoothest thing ever. The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

Holly Frankenberg: Great location, great management team, enclosed garage parking, great amenities. Would recommend!

Luke Cerretani: By far the best apartments and even better service in the North Loop! The entire team is amazing, especially Sarah, Noah and the office crew! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Andrew Bourgoin: The Team at 222 Hennepin is incredibly good at what they do. I was making a cross country move and they were excellent communicators every step of the way. When I arrived, I was greeted with such support and warmth - it was like being welcomed into a family home - what a treat! Additionally, the apartment was perfectly prepared for my arrival. Clean, updated, and complete with a gift from the Team. I can not say enough good things about this whole experience. Shout out to Sarah! ✌️

Derrick Ijames: Serving and Leading is Talent and a Skill SetI absolutely love living at 222 Hennepin. I have lived here for almost 3 years now. What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

Dennis B: Prime location with impeccable amenities and frequent, fun, calendar events. All the staff are absolutely amazing!Special shout out to Dan for his legendary service and going above and beyond.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Oaks Station Place: what do users think?

Jordan Phillips: We were moving with a dog from CA. these guys made it super easy to move across country and into our new apartment.

Dan Rowe: Since moving here, the staff have been wonderful. The property is beautiful. I feel safe and secure. Lots of places to go in and out of since the light rail is nearby. Truly blessed

Medina Yasmine Bethea: Oaks Station Place has truly been a dream. From the convenient location being right off the light rail, to the cleanliness of the property and quick responsiveness from the awesome staff and maintenance, to the kind and friendly neighbors.... we've truly found our home.We are still fairly new, but we can already tell we're gonna love it here for years to come, God willing... 🙏🏾

Zeynep Basgoze: responsive. It looked like a very clean and cozy environment.

Fadumo Farah: Very good quite place very good manger and understand manger willing to work whit residence

Delores Ford: Replaced toilet mechanism so it no longer constantly runs and replaced baseboard in the closet removed during the water damage repair work. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Leika Schmidt: Was handled promptly and with great service.

Carol Kratzer: Oak Station is a great building! The staff is wonderful and attentive. Location is perfect if you travel, easy to take the light rail to the airport

Tom Rinkoski: We really appreciate this location. We are able to quickly get on buses or Light Rail. The apartments are well managed and kept clean. Staff has been friendly and very responsive when service requests are submitted. Love the amenities like the gym and community room. Enjoy meeting there with other residents. Thank you for having electric chargers for EV's!

weston lange: The complex is kept very clean and well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Soundproofing between units isn't perfect but is better than most. Great access to public transportation with the train station and bus station right outside.

Charlotte Tenneson: living at oaks has been a delightful experience. the staff are fantastic, and responsive. the property is lovely and well maintained year round. the community events are well thought out and fun ways to connect with neighbors! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Taryn Halterman: . It’s right on the lite rail which makes it super easy for getting to the MOA, airport, and downtown. My car did get broken into once and there are occasionally security issues with people being in the building who shouldn’t be there, but that comes with living in any city and management did a good job at addressing the issues and asking residents to follow safety measures to minimize the frequency of the problems happening. We cleaned our apartment properly when we left and got almost all of our deposit back. If we were to ever return to apartment living I’d 100% look into returning to Oaks Station Place. Thank you Kay, Jess, and staff for making our time there a great experience!

James Haines: Great apartment manager. The building is well maintained and offers nice amenities. Close to everything with the city transit system right out your front door. Beautiful Minnehaha creek right across the street and 10 min walk to the falls. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The Elysian: what do users think?

Jason: I was looking to re-locate to Minneapolis and found Elysian close to the company that I would work for. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews, but wanted to give it a try anyways. I found out that the manager I worked with was polite and accommodating with my time since I had multiple meetings that day! They were very knowledgeable of the units and answered all my questions while giving me a few options that worked with my timeline. Needless to say that I felt comfortable and welcomed!

Eli Curran-Moore: Really enjoyed living here.

Keegan Wulf: Stayed for a year after moving in with three friends: rooms were surprisingly spacious and well furnished. Distance from campus never felt too far and never had any issues with excessive noise. Marc, the property manager, was always very nice and a friendly face to always see in the building. The amenities were never a huge game changer, but having free hot chocolate and donuts was certainly a nice add on.We only ever had two major issues during our stay. The first was that it took 3-4 months for some of our major maintenance requests to get fixed. We later found out that the property company had only two people hired at the time to handle maintenance requests for their entire series of properties. The second issues was a spate of thefts that occurred throughout the first month or so of our stay. The apartment has very little security aside from locked doors and people were pretty lax on keeping those without keys from getting in. These problems may have been exacerbated at the time due to the pandemic, but they were rather annoying nonetheless. In spite of the issues, I would call the Elysian one of the better deals for an apartment near campus—especially if you have a group of three or four. If you are ever in need of food, go to the Maxwell’s restaurant right across the street, you won’t regret

theodore fuhr: This is actually the first review I've ever left... anywhere, but the Elysian is worth my going out of the way. We've had all the space we needed even sharing a two bedroom apartment with 4 people. It came with TV and furniture which made everything really easy getting in and out. There were a few things that were broken but not to the point where they are unusable. This is really just run off from previous property managers who didn't really care to take action to help us get things fixed, but that is no longer. Now we have a wonderful property manager who helped us get some things fixed right away, and refills the free coffee machine more regularly. There is also a nice lobby to study in and every few Fridays, donuts or ice cream which you can work off later in the workout room. It's definitely been everything we needed and more.

Daniel Buchner: This place has a great maintenance staff that is easy to reach and always good with communicating when they will have your issue solved.

Olivia Borgmann: Great service, maintenance fixed in a relatively swift manner. New appliances, clean spaces and good amenities, all with a great view of the downtown skyline! Management is super nice and helpful.

Anna Malloy: The Elysian apartments have been my home now for about three months. I have enjoyed my experience living there so far as my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment has a very spacious living room area and a beautiful kitchen. The view of the city is second to none and for the price you truly can't beat it. I recommend this apartment to college students on a budget as it is a short 15 minute walk from campus and helps save money as tuition can be quite pricey.

Erynn Heinert: The staff is always so friendly and kind, also love all of the community involvement options like ice cream Sundaes on Fridays!!

Anmol Desai: , plus there are a couple of food joints right next door. Metro Bus stop is also right outside. They have a 24*7 helpline, which I have had to use a couple of times, and it works

Cassandra Crandell: The Elysian is a great place to live! Great staff and attentive maintenance staff. Short walk to campus and affordable rent for working college students! couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Jordan Saxerud: The Elysian is a fantastic place to stay if you are a student. Overall, it has great amenities, friendly staff, and a great location within walking distance of both the east and west bank campuses. For such a great price, I am very pleased with the upgraded appliances and spacious floor plans.

Jenna Huber: The management at the Elysian is great! Ellie is so helpful and friendly, and always puts on different events for the tenants. The location is the perfect distance from campus, and there is tons of parking space around the building.

Courtney Emmil: Ellie and the rest of the management is so helpful and the building is always very clean and quiet! Wonderful place to live for college students and young adults. Plus, the street parking in the neighborhood is extremely reliable!

Oaks Minnehaha Longfellow: what do users think?

David Ricart: I've lived here for 6 months.I have no complaints about my experience thus far. My floor is quiet and kept clean enough. My appliances work well, water pressure and heat is good. Like I said -- no complaints. The biggest perk is location. It's so nice to be able to hop on the train to downtown or the airport. Or to drive over to Highland Park for happy hour with friends. The immediate surrounding area is pretty unassuming, but Minnehaha and Snelling being across the street is another plus.I plan to renew for another year barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Carissa Draper: Just moved in last week and the place is gorgeous and pretty well sound controlled. I’m impressed! It’s in a great area of town and has so many lovely amenities.Had one thing that needed fixing when I moved in. Nicole in the office got my request in quickly when I stopped by and the issue was resolved within an hour or two. Very pleased!

Pablo Vera: Like always they provide good fast and quality service

Brittani Carter: It was pretty smooth for the most part. But we got a ticket on our Uhaul because there’s no where to park!! That sucks!

Christopher Ouchagour: A neighbor wrongfully called a tow truck to get me towed thankfully our caretaker, Becky saw my car and stopped the tow truck ran inside and got me so I was able to keep my car and go to work on time.

Daniel Mejia: Nicole was super nice and informative. The apartments looked amazing and the amenities were just what I'm looking for.

Savannah Friesen: Where to begin.. Living here has been the best experience. From the caretakers always making sure the building looks and smells great, Maintenace fixing any issue quickly and accurately, to the office management who are always friendly and super helpful. If I was not relocating I would absolutely stay! Not only is it a great area to live, there is lots of free parking, the building is quiet, and there are tons of great places to walk your dog. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress free, fun, and quality home.

Michelle Sampson: I absolutely ADORED living here. I always felt safe, the common areas were always clean, and Tarek is fantastic. The only reason I left is because I moved out of Minnesota. 10 minutes from the airport and MOA. It’s a fantastic place to live. I cannot recommend it enough.

Katheryn Munroe: Awesome staff, taken care of quickly and professionally.

Jermaine Cork: Service on my garbage disposal was prompt, maintenance responded to my inquiry within a one business day and corrected the issue within in a couple minutes.

Ilya M: No complaints at all so far. Very pleasant and helpful staff and apartment is cozy and quiet

Travis: Awesome service as always. Great place to live. The staff is always on top of everything and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home!

jimmy lyback: Nice place next door to the Star Trib

Erin Silber: Clean, courteous staff, great location and amenities.

Haley Mohr: So far, I have enjoyed living in this community. The staff is kind and the amenities are great. Plus great location. Thanks for all you do!!

Patrick: Sölhavn is part of a family of Greystar residences in the iconic North Loop of Minneapolis. Sölhavn, Soltva, and NOLO are 3 of the newest and most popular buildings, with clean modern units, indoor parking, and numerous other amenities.

Ron Sarat: very nice north loop building. plenty of amenities include excersize area as nice as any gym.

Works: Love the apartments. Rustic, exposed metal I beams and wood studs as well as Plumbing. Great rustic apartments. Fairly big and open

Jonas Marshall: I would definitely recommend north loop living to anyone interested in moving into a new place. They made sure I got the apartment I wanted and got a great deal on it. The staff was extremely helpful and very well mannered. 5/5

Brandon Prairie: - management will make sure you're taken care of :

Lainey: We enjoyed calling Solhavn home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Minneapolis.Update:Jackie and the team were top notch! The residents were friendly, and the apartment/facilities were beautiful and well taken care of. Sad to hear new management has taken over.

Soltva: what do users think?

Patrick Baysinger: Pretty solid place! Great tour guide

Joseph Marsah: A very nice place.

Rasikanand Harvind: I occasionally visit a friend who lives here. Security system is easy enough for visitors to navigate. Its a pretty nice apartment. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city. Facilities and common areas look new and well maintained. Apartments have an industrial warehouse feel with exposed air ducts and cement floors. There's plenty of city parking outside for visitors. Not too expensive after 6pm. Might have to walk a bit though. The apartment isn't particularly wheelchair friendly.

Patrick: Soltva, like it’s sister, Sölhavn, is part of the Greystar family of residences in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The 3 buildings have become known as some of the most popular, cleanest, and most desired in the area. Units are modern and spacious with high ceilings, parking is secure and indoors, with additional outdoor parking available. On site staff is helpful and professional to assist with leasing and maintenance questions as needed.

Asahi Nagata: I lived in Soltva for a little over three years and it was absolutely the best apartment I’ve ever lived - I miss it so much! Soltva had the best management - friendly and well communicated, job gets done quickly. Convenient neighborhood - walkable distance to Whole Foods, various restraints, coffee shop, boutiques, convenience store, even dentist, vet, clinic and pharmacy. I and my partner managed our car-less life at Soltva. Amenity was good too - we utilized the coffee machine and printer downstairs a lot. Building was solid - I lived in & liked both hardwood floor unit and concrete floor unit. Although we liked how the concrete floor unit looked before we moved in, during the winter floor was way too cold - you’d need to cover entire unit with rug or always wear slippers. The reason we moved out was for safety. During the last year we lived there there were multiple incidents where bikes got stolen from the garage and theft entered the garage and broken in some cars there. Overall, I love Soltva!

Tom Gildersleeve: and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The building is in great condition and is still relatively new, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and still walking distance to all that the North Loop has to offer, amenities / parking / roof deck were all really well done, and the units were well designed and comfortable to live in. But the best thing of all was the staff - from the folks in the office to the maintenance staff, things were well communicated and fixed / attended to quickly and with a smile. Such a stand-up place to live. I was sad to leave - amazing home and I highly recommend!

Rajah Sundaram: , the Mississippi, the U of M, the Guthrie and to downtown. The Light Rail and Target Field are a 10 minute walk away. It's been easy to shop for groceries and general items. For downtown, it's a safe neighborhood.2. Quietness. It's pretty quiet for a building so close to downtown. We looked at other buildings in downtown Minneapolis and on University Avenue in St Paul during our tours - they were louder inside3. The apartment itself. It's very nice. Gas ranges, wooden floors in the bedrooms as well as the living areas, and lots of natural light

Joe Geistfeld: We absolutely loved living at Soltva, and would have stayed much longer if we had not moved to London for work. The staff are so wonderfully helpful and do an excellent job of creating a great community environment.

Borealis North Loop Apartments: what do users think?

Daniel Campolieti: Love to live here after our relocation from Germany. We feel home.

Maddie Cohen: We moved to Minneapolis on short notice for work last spring and wanted to rent for a year before making a permanent decision. Alex got us in for a tour immediately, and we were so impressed with the location, layout, and amenities that we signed our lease that same day. Living here has been amazing, and we're going to miss it a ton when we close on our house. I'd recommend Borealis to anyone.

Mark Chavez: I'm a current residence for nearly a year. I have truly enjoyed living at Borealis. The location is wonderful. There is a great coffee shop, a nice wine store and even a comedy club across the street! The common areas are very cozy, the apartments are modern, the gym is great and it's always very quiet in the evenings. I wish we had reserved parking spots, but I usually don't have a problem finding a parking in the garage. Overall, a great place to live.

Henry Dorgan: . Solid water pressure on the sinks/showers, stainless steel appliances. Most floors had wood, ours was concrete

Richard Ericson: We moved in three weeks ago, and are loving living here. The responsiveness of the managers and staff has been terrific, the building is maintained beautifully, and we love our apartment; we keep remarking on the quality of its design—the proportions and the ease of moving through the rooms. The building is quiet, the other tenants collegial and the view of the Minneapolis skyline beyond our cool North Loop neighborhood, is thrilling. All in all a good omen for our future here as two sixty-somethings. Richard and Louis

Erik Montag: I’ve lived here are Borealis for a year now and have nothing but great things to say! The common areas, such as the rooftop, sky lounge, and gym, are gorgeous and always clean! The management team and maintenance people are kind and attentive and I always had my needs addressed within hours of submitting a question or request. The apartment itself uses space quite efficiently and lets in tons of natural light, which helped a lot during the Minnesota winter! Finally, the location is amazing with a plethora of bars, restaurants, and parks just a couple blocks away!

Derrick J: Great location, nice and friendly staff, and the apartments are nice. I haven't had an issue with excess noise; and I believe it's due to the quality of the construction. My only complaint is you aren't free to hang things up with screws without their maintenance people. I understand why they have it from their side, but it would be nice if we were able to do it ourselves.

Jess Von Arx: I had a great experience living in this building. Beautiful building near entertainment, bars, restaurants, and the river. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. Would recommend living here!

a woodard: Great place to live in the north loop! Close to river walk, ample amenities, and always felt warm and welcoming. Lovely rooftop

Reid Bolton: I’ve lived at Borealis for about a year and a half, and have enjoyed my experience very much. The location is perfect! Close to the Mississippi River, coffee shops, breweries, multiple restaurants, etc. It’s surrounded by so much, but tucked away so even on the weekends it doesn’t get to noisy. Alex, and the rest of the staff have been nothing but attentive to any needs I may have had. Property is kept up, and tenants are courteous. The roof top view is spectacular! It’s been honestly one of the best apartments I’ve lived in! If I was not relocating for job purposes, I would still be calling Borealis home.

Jeremy Collier: .Maintenance is quick to respond and fix issues. The communal areas, specifically the rooftop & penthouse pub are excellent spaces to relax and take in the views or hang out with friends & family. It’s a super doggo friendly community too!All in all, this is a great place to live!

T S: with patience and aplomb—and he has continued to be a more-than stellar community leader and manager. We had already admired Borealis from afar, but as we have settled in over the months, we have come to love this building and community

Keith Davidson: across the street. We have nothing but positive things to say about Borealis, and would recommend in a heartbeat! The building is still relatively new, with a nice aesthetic and tremendous soundproofing. Our favorite thing about Borealis is the excellent natural lighting. I think all units

Joseph Li: , heated garage, camera security, dog-friendly rent policies

Paul Epi: Have lived here over a month and so far has been nothing but excellence. Management really does a wonderful job of keeping the building safe, clean, and community-driven. In an unbeatable location, would definitely recommend this place.
