Choosing to move here and become a part of this awesome community was one of our very best decisions ever!Fresh flowers in the lobby can definitely enhance your daily energy! The interior design of this building is fabulous. Your neighbors are super warm and professionals. We never heard our neighbors! So, there would be zero complaints about them. Corridors are always clean and very quiet even at weekends. There is so much light and they are so centrally located!The gym is state of the art, the pool is perfect dipping size, and the grills / community rooms / etc are cleaned multiple times a day. There are car wash and dog wash in the parking lot that sounds great especially during winter time. Snow removal is done very fast at very early moments in snowy hours.There is a 24h coffee device with different options in the lobby! There is donut day and sometimes bagel day during the week! We can not forget the taste forever! 2 parties or sometimes more are held during the year by the manager. They do as much as they can to make Parkway 25 a great home for you.I cannot recommend this apartment more, I wish I could give more STARS!

Chris Andersen: and so had some apprehensions in regard to both quality and lifestyle. I needn't have worried. The building itself is both attractive and well constructed. The quality and detailing is on par with and in many cases exceeds condominium construction. I feel proud to have guests come to my residence, pass through the attractive lobby, enjoy the outdoor pool and community rooms and proceed to my apartment. Once inside it is private and I have experienced no sound transmission from neighboring units. The apartment unit itself has an ideal floor plan with no wasted space. I wanted an apartment that had extraordinary qualities and I found it. The ceilings are high, I have a gas fireplace, large windows and a spacious terrace for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is as large as that in my former home and has a gas range and other high quality appliances, which I appreciate. The bathrooms and walkin-in closets are large and in fact larger than in my prior homes. In addition to the building and the apartment unit, the building is excellently managed and maintained. The staff, starting with the exceptional concierge, is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, always adding a personal touch to interactions. The building owner is often on the premises to ensure that everything is running smoothly and meets his high standards. Even requests for minor maintenance is met with a prompt and friendly response. I came to this apartment with the expectation that I would stay for a year and now I don't see moving any time soon. I couldn't be happier with my decision.Chris A.

Josh Stein: I have a close friend that lives here, him and his partner love the place. It’s located well to western metro, and getting downtown. The place is really high need, feels like a hotel. I think they pay around 1800-2000 for a 1bd.It’s a “get what you pay for” situation. It was newer when they moved in, so they had a couple small mechanical issues - but it’s all been figured out now. Nice pool and workout area.

We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

philip valley: Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!

For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Mike Green: LOCATION, QUALITY, STAFF! These are the best perks of living at Edition. I lived here for a year and loved it.Location: super easy to get around. Whether I'm bar hoping, going to a show/event, or taking a walk along the riverfront, Edition is in the center of it all yet far enough away from NoLo that it's not excessively noisy. Also, getting out of town is incredibly easy with quick access to 35 & 94Quality: the building is well cared for and well maintained. You don't get a pool, but there is a fantastic gym, community room, and outdoor BBQ and firepit overlooking the park, which has live music, movies, and other fun events. Plus, if you like coffee, they have a really good coffee bar. The rooms are very nice, too, with insulated walls and luxury appliances. Every one of my guests were impressed by the place.Staff: any apartment can bring good amenities and be built in the right area, but what makes Edition so great is the staff. They actually care; not just about the apartment but also you. Every time I pass by the desk, it sparks a conversation and laughs. And I see that with others two. Edition is not a massive building with too many faceless tenants, so their's a homey, second-family feel, and the staff really know everyone and their story. Even the maintenance guys know who I was and were happy to strike up a conversation. And the staff are efficient. Any problems I had were resolved swiftly and followed on. They really care, and it shows when they ask people to fill out a survey on what we want, and then we see community events and actions taken on those surveys.I can't express enough how much I love this apartment. I lived in other apartments that claim "luxury life without luxury price" but they always have issues. Edition has none. I would have stayed longer if I was not going home to Seattle. If you're looking for an apartment downtown Minneapolis, I cannot think of any better than Edition

Chelsea Pereira: I am so pleased, my fiancé, and I decided to select this building. Like many of you I went through detailed reviews to determine what would be the best experience for us. I am a young entrepreneur and I appreciate that most people in the building seem like they are professional, classy and friendly. Particularly we love Rick the manager. Makenzi is also fabulous at the front desk. Our maintenance guy is extremely sweet to our kitten and communicative about solutions. We love the resident events as an opportunity to get to know our neighbors. One of the reasons we decided on this building was because of the view of the Commons Park and this end of downtown is just minutes away from nightlife and kind of like a quiet pocket except on special occasions. We are new to Minneapolis, and have even met some other couples our age to go out and have some drinks with. I think because this building does not have a pool it attracts a more mature sophisticated demographic. My apartment is beautiful, and I am absolutely loving it here and looking forward to how it feels in the winter!

There is a Target pretty near, several Playgrounds, a Highschool, restaurants, Bank Offices... I would highly recommend the NBS.

Jose always keeps the grounds looking beautiful, especially in the spring when they plant new flowers. The grilling area is gorgeous during the warmer months.As well as being great at their jobs, the NBS staff is always friendly. Pam knows every single resident’s name and apartment units off the top of her head and she never fails to say hello when crossing paths with people. Jasmine Hippe: . You cannot hear the traffic with your doors and window closed at all - the whole place is very soundproof. At night, it was always very quiet.Management was the absolute best part of this place. They were always quick to respond to maintenance requests

We always felt safe here and enjoyed the amenities. The location is great and the rent is reasonable—good bang for your buck! Benjamin: I lived here for 3 years and sure appreciated how close to downtown it was. Easy access to the 10 bus line was how I went to work. Great views of downtown from south facing balconies. The outstanding management and friendly neighborly service I received is what kept me from moving. Questions and concerns were always addressed on the day of and I appreciated that. Great spot in NE to call home!

It’s in a great area of town and has so many lovely amenities.Had one thing that needed fixing when I moved in. Nicole in the office got my request in quickly when I stopped by and the issue was resolved within an hour or two. Very pleased!

Savannah Friesen: Where to begin.. Living here has been the best experience. From the caretakers always making sure the building looks and smells great, Maintenace fixing any issue quickly and accurately, to the office management who are always friendly and super helpful. If I was not relocating I would absolutely stay! Not only is it a great area to live, there is lots of free parking, the building is quiet, and there are tons of great places to walk your dog. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress free, fun, and quality home.

Garage door is a tarp which was ripped open and exposed for people to break in.- Maintenance requests are slow. I have put in several requests to fix my key fab to access my apartment for months and no response.

Keegan Wulf: Stayed for a year after moving in with three friends: rooms were surprisingly spacious and well furnished. Distance from campus never felt too far and never had any issues with excessive noise. Marc, the property manager, was always very nice and a friendly face to always see in the building. The amenities were never a huge game changer, but having free hot chocolate and donuts was certainly a nice add on.We only ever had two major issues during our stay. The first was that it took 3-4 months for some of our major maintenance requests to get fixed. We later found out that the property company had only two people hired at the time to handle maintenance requests for their entire series of properties. The second issues was a spate of thefts that occurred throughout the first month or so of our stay. The apartment has very little security aside from locked doors and people were pretty lax on keeping those without keys from getting in. These problems may have been exacerbated at the time due to the pandemic, but they were rather annoying nonetheless.In spite of the issues, I would call the Elysian one of the better deals for an apartment near campus—especially if you have a group of three or four. If you are ever in need of food, go to the Maxwell’s restaurant right across the street, you won’t regret

theodore fuhr: This is actually the first review I've ever left... anywhere, but the Elysian is worth my going out of the way. We've had all the space we needed even sharing a two bedroom apartment with 4 people. It came with TV and furniture which made everything really easy getting in and out. There were a few things that were broken but not to the point where they are unusable. This is really just run off from previous property managers who didn't really care to take action to help us get things fixed, but that is no longer. Now we have a wonderful property manager who helped us get some things fixed right away, and refills the free coffee machine more regularly. There is also a nice lobby to study in and every few Fridays, donuts or ice cream which you can work off later in the workout room. It's definitely been everything we needed and more.

Anna Malloy: The Elysian apartments have been my home now for about three months. I have enjoyed my experience living there so far as my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment has a very spacious living room area and a beautiful kitchen. The view of the city is second to none and for the price you truly can't beat it. I recommend this apartment to college students on a budget as it is a short 15 minute walk from campus and helps save money as tuition can be quite pricey.

Overall, it has great amenities, friendly staff, and a great location within walking distance of both the east and west bank campuses. For such a great price, I am very pleased with the upgraded appliances and spacious floor plans.

Jenna Huber: The management at the Elysian is great! Ellie is so helpful and friendly, and always puts on different events for the tenants. The location is the perfect distance from campus, and there is tons of parking space around the building.

JT Dee: Been here for several months now. Though the end of the year was rocky, because of the lack of security, and communication with the previous manager. The new property manager has been a breath of fresh air. Pool table was recently renovated, and the building is more tight knit. Big thanks to the office staff and maintenance team for being more consistent and responsive as of late!It seems like good change is continuing to come, and I would recommend anyone to go for a tour here to check it out for yourself.
