Also, the employees are really friendly and genuinely care. Would definitely recommend!

Since moving in, I have met several kind and welcoming neighbors and it really makes this place feel like home. My room is very cozy and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful and I love the size of the closet - it fits way more than just my clothes. Lastly, I have to mention one of the best parts of this apartment building which is the rooftop with a picture-perfect view of the city. Equipped with a community herb-garden and a projector to borrow for movie nights, I really see myself spending a lot of time up there hosting my friends and getting to know my neighbors too. I would definitely recommend coming in for a tour of Coze Flats, hopefully you will love it as much as I do!

Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!

For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

The interior of the hallways maybe looks a little dated, but it’s clean. You can tell the management cares about the tenants with how responsive and kind Tammy is. Miguel Angel Ovies-Bocanegra: The only reason why I am giving this apartment 5 stars is because of the current management team, Cushman & Wakefield. Specifically, Katie E. - the current leasing manager at FIT.I resided in this apartment complex for nearly three years and during my tenure there, it was under two/three different management companies. Surprisingly, previous companies were unable to contract adequate managers to meet the needs of the current residents. However, once Katie arrived, an immediate change of culture, affinity and an increased sense of belonging transpired. Basic necessities were met such as security concerns, cleanliness and overall organization.Additionally, to speak to Katie's leadership, she received the apartment with a host of problems from break-ins, organizational inadequacies, and cleanliness. It didn't take long for Katie to resolve these issues. Moreover, a couple of months later, 4-6 units flooded. Katie again stepped up immediately, alongside her supervisor to ensure that my needs were met and professionally resolved.On a personal note, I enjoyed working and communicating with Katie - an outstanding individual. On a professional note, as someone who's managed professionals in the past, she is an all-star leader, team-member and professional. If I worked in her industry, I would instantly seek out her skill-set.In regards to the apartment - it is located at the outskirt of downtown MPLS on a busy intersection. The hospital is about 1/2 mile away with frequent ambulance and cop sirens passing by. The apartments are reasonably priced and fairly adequate to live. Would I live there again, only if Katie was the manager and I lived on the top floor.

Danny Denero: Convenient location right off 94, priced for all with renovated and non renovated units, pet friendly with a separate outdoor area for dogs and provided disposal for waste, amenities would include a recently updated community room with a pool table, gym, lounge area, and usuable kitchen for events or just a night with friends while keeping the apartment uncluttered. You will not find a more friendly and accommodating property manager who will always get the job done!

Richard Brown: , and indoor/outdoor parking. Many of the units have been refreshed with stainless steel appliances etc, while old units like mine are dated but of course cheaper. Generally a quiet place -- traffic and ambulances on Portland Avenue can be noisy when the windows are open. If you're looking for the urban lifestyle, want a larger space at lower cost, and don't mind an older building, definitely check this place out.

After three years of living here, the idea of moving to a new state and a new apartment leaves high expectations for the future. The people here are the strongest asset as they go to the extremes to make sure that every resident gets the treatment they deserve. On a number of occasions I have had special requests completed that instilled a strong sense of trust in the folks here. The maintenance man came 3 different times to make sure it was fixed and he also brought a manual and helped me program my thermostat too. He went above and beyond helping me, which I appreciated

Danny Locke: I've been here 3 months. Great building - clean and safe. Very near U of M campus and super easy access to 35W. The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place.

Mike Green: LOCATION, QUALITY, STAFF! These are the best perks of living at Edition. I lived here for a year and loved it.Location: super easy to get around. Whether I'm bar hoping, going to a show/event, or taking a walk along the riverfront, Edition is in the center of it all yet far enough away from NoLo that it's not excessively noisy. Also, getting out of town is incredibly easy with quick access to 35 & 94Quality: the building is well cared for and well maintained. You don't get a pool, but there is a fantastic gym, community room, and outdoor BBQ and firepit overlooking the park, which has live music, movies, and other fun events. Plus, if you like coffee, they have a really good coffee bar. The rooms are very nice, too, with insulated walls and luxury appliances. Every one of my guests were impressed by the place.Staff: any apartment can bring good amenities and be built in the right area, but what makes Edition so great is the staff. They actually care; not just about the apartment but also you. Every time I pass by the desk, it sparks a conversation and laughs. And I see that with others two. Edition is not a massive building with too many faceless tenants, so their's a homey, second-family feel, and the staff really know everyone and their story. Even the maintenance guys know who I was and were happy to strike up a conversation. And the staff are efficient. Any problems I had were resolved swiftly and followed on. They really care, and it shows when they ask people to fill out a survey on what we want, and then we see community events and actions taken on those surveys.I can't express enough how much I love this apartment. I lived in other apartments that claim "luxury life without luxury price" but they always have issues. Edition has none. I would have stayed longer if I was not going home to Seattle. If you're looking for an apartment downtown Minneapolis, I cannot think of any better than Edition

Chelsea Pereira: I am so pleased, my fiancé, and I decided to select this building. Like many of you I went through detailed reviews to determine what would be the best experience for us. I am a young entrepreneur and I appreciate that most people in the building seem like they are professional, classy and friendly. Particularly we love Rick the manager. Makenzi is also fabulous at the front desk. Our maintenance guy is extremely sweet to our kitten and communicative about solutions. We love the resident events as an opportunity to get to know our neighbors. One of the reasons we decided on this building was because of the view of the Commons Park and this end of downtown is just minutes away from nightlife and kind of like a quiet pocket except on special occasions. We are new to Minneapolis, and have even met some other couples our age to go out and have some drinks with. I think because this building does not have a pool it attracts a more mature sophisticated demographic. My apartment is beautiful, and I am absolutely loving it here and looking forward to how it feels in the winter!

Ryli Dunlap: I recently toured and moved into 365 Nicollet after considering a handful of other properties. I'm absolutely confident that I picked a great new place to live. The staff have been excellent throughout the entire process of scheduling my first tour to move-in. Very professional and very prompt to respond to inquiries/questions. The move-in process was smooth and it was very convenient to have the ability to reserve the loading dock and freight elevator for the movers. The property/building itself is excellent. I love the location right downtown, which comes with great views from my new apartment and from the various amenities throughout the building, which are also excellent. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had issues at a previous property with neighbors smoking in the building and smoke odors in my apartment due to this. That has not been a problem here. Not only are the staff great, but the neighbors are courteous and respectful as well. No noise issues, well-behaved pets etc. This is a very well-managed property and the management as well as the residents clearly take pride in keeping it a clean, well-maintained and pleasant living environment.

There’s nothing like coming home from work & feeling so happy to be in your own space. I love the floor to ceiling windows, open concept, & how modern all of the amenities are. Kayla Justen: Junction Flats has by far been the BEST place I have ever lived at. People are what make an experience positive and I can’t say enough on how amazingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating Krissy is. Always enjoy chatting with her when picking up a package or grabbing a coffee from the amazing machine downstairs. The apartment has one of the largest outdoor pools in Minneapolis, the gym is good enough to have not needed a gym membership and my unit is the perfect size. The only thing to remain cautious of is selecting a unit that is facing the metro transit. The buses park right outside the building and are loud. If I wasn’t moving across the country I would definitely be renewing my lease.

I really enjoyed my time at Junction Flats, because the team did so much to make it feel like a little community nestled within a great area in the North Loop! George Wilson: I love my Historical home! It’s perfect if you have Dogs! Loring Park is considered your backyard and you’ll always find a beautiful walk over there. It’s a pretty well kept building for its age! Plenty of lighting in the hallways here too. A lot of historical buildings neighboring us has horrible hallway lighting. Neighbors are pretty quite and everyone mostly stay to themselves. Not to bad if you want to live downtown!😎

Hon Ki Cheung: Past resident here. I experienced terrible management when I first moved in but as everyone else said, John the manager is great and deserves all the shoutouts. He is one of the most hardworking people I've seen and he truly cares about the experiences of the residents. Dana is also good at his work. That being said, my apartment was very, very old, with a lot of loose ends that never got fixed from the day I moved in till I moved out. The floor was slanted to a point that I almost lost balance when I first moved in, and the hardwood floor is very worn out. You can't beat the location though and I missed the area a lot for sure.

The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Judi Blomberg: I moved to the Vue in December 2023 and I have so enjoyed living in my new home. Even though I am retired, I wanted a building with multiple age groups. I also wanted to downsize after selling my home. I knew I wanted to live at the Vue as soon as I walked into the lobby and met the managers who were so welcoming! I loved the common spaces on the first and sixth floor that felt so Nordic to me, the style I prefer. The sixth floor has a great view and I look forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the outdoor patio during the summer. My apartment has just the space I need, a large kitchen with slide out shelves, a balcony with views in all directions and a generously sized walk in closet. Generally it's a quiet building which I appreciate. Loring Park is just a block away and has a community center with frequent free activities sponsored by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board. Walks in the Park and Sculpture Garden are an added plus to living at the Vue. I'm close to museums, sport venues, restaurants and so much more. I am loving the life in downtown Minneapolis and at the Vue!

Allissa Anderson: Free Breakfast on the weekends. Coffee machine that is always stocked. Random little community events. Loved every moment living here.

Tom Carlson: Lived at the Vue for 2 years and loved it. It is in the perfect location between downtown and uptown, as both are within walking distance.The common areas were always very well kept. Only had 2 minor maintenance issues come up and both were resolved on the very same day.

Michelle Ngo: We have lived at the Vue for 2+ years now and have loved the location, our unit, the gym and lounge areas, the coffee machine and of course the weekend breakfast treats! Our apartment manager Josh has always been incredibly welcoming, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. When we recently wanted to host our wedding rehearsal dinner on the rooftop, Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Any time we have needed something, Josh has immediately done everything he can to help us. We are so grateful for him and his kindness has not gone unnoticed. Highly recommend!
