I’m sad that I’m moving out of state for work and I have been reading reviews on other apartments and I’ll say this place is above the rest. I lived here for 3years and I wouldn’t have left it it wasn’t for work. The team in the leasing office is always there when you need something. Maintenance was done in a timely manner, packages were always secured in the package room, had an overnight security that tour the building. I felt safe coming home every night. They have a secure unground parking for the snow days, they made sure to penalize residents who was smoking in the building and I love that because most apartment wouldn’t say anything. Overall I loved living here and it was a great experience

Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!

He went above and beyond during my time living there and when I moved out.In an effort to be transparent, the one elevator was broken pretty regularly during my time there but there are two others and a stairwell. So, it wasn't even close to a big deal.I would recommend living here to anyone!

Ramadan Kareem: is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts?The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year.

For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Danny Locke: I've been here 3 months. Great building - clean and safe. Very near U of M campus and super easy access to 35W. The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place.

Rasikanand Harvind: I occasionally visit a friend who lives here. Security system is easy enough for visitors to navigate. Its a pretty nice apartment. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city. Facilities and common areas look new and well maintained. Apartments have an industrial warehouse feel with exposed air ducts and cement floors. There's plenty of city parking outside for visitors. Not too expensive after 6pm. Might have to walk a bit though. The apartment isn't particularly wheelchair friendly.

Patrick: Soltva, like it’s sister, Sölhavn, is part of the Greystar family of residences in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The 3 buildings have become known as some of the most popular, cleanest, and most desired in the area. Units are modern and spacious with high ceilings, parking is secure and indoors, with additional outdoor parking available. On site staff is helpful and professional to assist with leasing and maintenance questions as needed.

Asahi Nagata: I lived in Soltva for a little over three years and it was absolutely the best apartment I’ve ever lived - I miss it so much! Soltva had the best management - friendly and well communicated, job gets done quickly. Convenient neighborhood - walkable distance to Whole Foods, various restraints, coffee shop, boutiques, convenience store, even dentist, vet, clinic and pharmacy. I and my partner managed our car-less life at Soltva. Amenity was good too - we utilized the coffee machine and printer downstairs a lot. Building was solid - I lived in & liked both hardwood floor unit and concrete floor unit. Although we liked how the concrete floor unit looked before we moved in, during the winter floor was way too cold - you’d need to cover entire unit with rug or always wear slippers. The reason we moved out was for safety. During the last year we lived there there were multiple incidents where bikes got stolen from the garage and theft entered the garage and broken in some cars there. Overall, I love Soltva!

Tom Gildersleeve: and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The building is in great condition and is still relatively new, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and still walking distance to all that the North Loop has to offer, amenities / parking / roof deck were all really well done, and the units were well designed and comfortable to live in. But the best thing of all was the staff - from the folks in the office to the maintenance staff, things were well communicated and fixed / attended to quickly and with a smile. Such a stand-up place to live. I was sad to leave - amazing home and I highly recommend!

Atul “UH2L”: Emma was great and went out of her way to put together a good deal but the unit type and price I wanted wasn't available so I went to another complex. She was courteous, helpful, and made things easy by explaining things in follow-up emails.

Lexi Colyar: Have lived here over two years now and have lived in 3 different units. All the units have been amazing. The amenities are great and the staff is great. I love that there is underground parking that is secure. The building itself is also very secure. I feel very safe. The views are also fantastic from the rooftop grill and from the pool area.

From my understanding, Cable TV is bridged through a third party device such as Roku, or Apple TV.I am extremely happy with the sound isolation in this place, I never hear any neighbors or have any disturbances. The place is very safe and locked out to anyone without access after a certain time. Most of the occupants I have spoken through brief elevator passings are very kind. Many young professionals live here. The view is amazing outside our balcony and immediately encompasses either the river or US Bank stadium. Outside the apartment is a Trader Joes, Starbucks and a local park.The gym is average. Free weights, treadmills, and several other machines are available, but if you are a gym-rat, I do not believe you will be able to replace any full-service fitness center with the limited amount of machines available. There is also a yoga room connected to the fitness center. Outside is a Jacuzzi, pool, bbq grills, and other amenities that I would recommend checking out if you are touring the place.With the gym downside being very minor, I rate this place as top-notch and would recommend checking out their different floor plans. I couldn't be happier with the apartment and up to date amenities offered as well as prime time downtown location.

Ksenia Fuller: My husband and I lived in the Ironclad for 13 months. We have no complaints. The management is awesome, they care about the residents and you can see them around often. Property managers John and Andrew are wonderful! Building has one of the best pools in the area, the rooftop is also great. The building is connected to Moxy Hotel and residents get some additional perks at their bar. Moxy staff also deserves a special shout out! If we didn’t buy a house we would renew our lease at the Ironclad.

Katie Keliher: I seriously love this place. I moved in July of 2019 and just resigned another 1.5 year lease that will end September of 2022. There was some slightly rocky issues at the beginning since the building was brand new and they were working out some kinks. We got new management in November and I must say John and Andrew are wonderful. They respond right away and are so transparent and helpful. They truly care about how you’re doing and making sure everything is done to make you satisfied with your living space. The amenities here are by far some of the best compared to other complexes in the cities. Our pool area is 12/10. I love the staff here and this building has been an incredible place to live.

Aaron Sidman: If you're considering living downtown due to work and wanting to be close to music venues, this is the place to be. I had a quick timeline to move to Minneapolis and the process was smooth and painless with leasing. The team is willing to work with you to get you here. I put out requests to about two dozen apartments downtown and in the surrounding area and Soo Line got back to me in hours, not days. One thing that I can NOT stress enough is the management company's responsiveness. Anything I've ever needed has been immediate and always done with a smile. Logan and team are so willing to accommodate.Also, the apartments here are some of the best downtown for the money. You get a ton of great amenities, skyway access, and really nice apartments. I have a lofted unit with massive windows that I absolutely love and is a block away from my work. Tour the place and check it out!

They have a lot of nice events going on throughout each month as well, so if you're interested in meeting other people or having free food it can be pretty nice. Can't say there's much to complain about, and with the rent prices being very reasonable and maintenance requests getting fulfilled quickly, it has so far been worth the value.Thus far, there are only a few minor negatives. For one, our apartment does not have ceiling lighting in the living room or both bedrooms, and with the ceilings being vaulted in the penthouses, it's tough to properly light the place with just a few lamps. Not sure why they have light switches in these areas

While apartment hunting, I was immediately drawn to the eco-friendly modern design of this building as well as the great reviews online. Like many of the reviews say, the management is extremely kind and helpful. As a first-time renter, they answered my endless questions and helped guide me through the application process online. Since moving in, I have met several kind and welcoming neighbors and it really makes this place feel like home. My room is very cozy and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful and I love the size of the closet - it fits way more than just my clothes. Lastly, I have to mention one of the best parts of this apartment building which is the rooftop with a picture-perfect view of the city. Equipped with a community herb-garden and a projector to borrow for movie nights, I really see myself spending a lot of time up there hosting my friends and getting to know my neighbors too. I would definitely recommend coming in for a tour of Coze Flats, hopefully you will love it as much as I do!

The leasing staff were always happy to answer my questions via email in a timely manner, the maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and did a great job. Any issue in my apartment, no matter how minor, was always fixed the next day.The building is new and has some nice amenities, nothing crazy because it’s a smaller building, but the conference room, lobby, secure package room, workout room are all very much appreciated. The views from the rooftop are pretty unmatched with unobstructed views of the skyline and surrounding neighborhood, as well as the riverfront and the leafy neighborhoods of NE Minneapolis.The location is perfect, as the street is pretty quiet, yet you’re only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, historic buildings, riverfront trails, and downtown.I had a 1 bedroom overlooking the skyline for what I considered a steal of a price, and I loved how large my closet was in my unit. All my neighbors were respectful and friendly. Truly a great building to live in, can’t recommend it enough!

So, this was a great stepping stone for me and it was really enjoyable. The price is not exactly reasonable, but, nothing in the area is and you really do get what you pay for. My experience with the staff, building amenities, and location exceeded my expectations.

Maggie Shishilla: I've loved my time at NoLo- never have I felt so sad to leave an apartment complex. The staff were always friendly, accessible, and made moving in/out a breeze. The units are so thoughtfully designed to maximize space and had top notch finishes, like soft-closing drawers and grohe fixtures. Situated on 1st street, it's an excellent location for someone who wants to be near breweries and fabulous restaurants, but also come home to a quiet sanctuary that's tucked away from the noise of the city.

Uptown is an awesome place to live but definitely not the safest.I’ve only had to file one maintenance request, and it was dealt with very promptly and professionally.Leasing, maintenance, security and all other staff is very friendly when I see them.The dog park is great, and the gym is awesome. I’m excited for the summer time to utilize the pool.All around great experience so far!

The interior of the hallways maybe looks a little dated, but it’s clean. You can tell the management cares about the tenants with how responsive and kind Tammy is. Miguel Angel Ovies-Bocanegra: The only reason why I am giving this apartment 5 stars is because of the current management team, Cushman & Wakefield. Specifically, Katie E. - the current leasing manager at FIT.I resided in this apartment complex for nearly three years and during my tenure there, it was under two/three different management companies. Surprisingly, previous companies were unable to contract adequate managers to meet the needs of the current residents. However, once Katie arrived, an immediate change of culture, affinity and an increased sense of belonging transpired. Basic necessities were met such as security concerns, cleanliness and overall organization.Additionally, to speak to Katie's leadership, she received the apartment with a host of problems from break-ins, organizational inadequacies, and cleanliness. It didn't take long for Katie to resolve these issues. Moreover, a couple of months later, 4-6 units flooded. Katie again stepped up immediately, alongside her supervisor to ensure that my needs were met and professionally resolved.On a personal note, I enjoyed working and communicating with Katie - an outstanding individual. On a professional note, as someone who's managed professionals in the past, she is an all-star leader, team-member and professional. If I worked in her industry, I would instantly seek out her skill-set.In regards to the apartment - it is located at the outskirt of downtown MPLS on a busy intersection. The hospital is about 1/2 mile away with frequent ambulance and cop sirens passing by. The apartments are reasonably priced and fairly adequate to live. Would I live there again, only if Katie was the manager and I lived on the top floor.

Danny Denero: Convenient location right off 94, priced for all with renovated and non renovated units, pet friendly with a separate outdoor area for dogs and provided disposal for waste, amenities would include a recently updated community room with a pool table, gym, lounge area, and usuable kitchen for events or just a night with friends while keeping the apartment uncluttered. You will not find a more friendly and accommodating property manager who will always get the job done!

Richard Brown: , and indoor/outdoor parking. Many of the units have been refreshed with stainless steel appliances etc, while old units like mine are dated but of course cheaper. Generally a quiet place -- traffic and ambulances on Portland Avenue can be noisy when the windows are open. If you're looking for the urban lifestyle, want a larger space at lower cost, and don't mind an older building, definitely check this place out.

Gary Dunn: It's hard to overstate how much I enjoyed my two years living in Hiawatha Flats. Units are comfortable, well designed, and well maintained, management is very responsive, any issues were always addressed in timely fashion. The neighborhood is great- pretty quiet but has plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within a few blocks and the light rail is about five minutes' walk. I can't recommend HF highly enough, I only moved out because I bought a house and I even got almost my full deposit back.

Judes: I have lived in this apartment for almost 3 years now. I used to work in downtown Minneapolis so the close proximity to the light rail station saved me a lot of time and money trying to drive to/park in downtown. The amenities are amazing! pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, movie room, gyms, underground parking, and etc. You just don't get the same value anywhere else. The management team is dedicated to making everyone's lives easier. Any issues or maintenance needs were taken care of within a day or two. The apartment is also very close to Minnehaha Falls and cute shops and local restaurants are near by. Highland Park area is just across the bridge so I had no problem getting to places/running errands. The only reason I'm moving is because my fiance and I are getting a house. My fiance only lived here with me for a little less than a year but he can vouch for how awesome Hiawatha Flats is as well!

Andrew Stevens: The units are nicely renovated, you can find more space in the same price range in the same location but I don’t mind paying a little extra as the management is extremely attentive and has responded to me during holidays or out of business hours as well. Do note that I just moved here so I will update this review if anything changes. There are some cool features like being able to unlock your door through an app for packages, another apartment I was touring was going though a lot of trouble with packages being stolen so this is a huge plus, good security in the building and very quiet.
