The lobby has nice soft music playing and there is a gym with unlimited time usage, a nice big pool equipped with grills, a dog walk & 2 media rooms that has a pool table, you can watch TV, read, or even entertain your guests. Also at least once a month everyone in the building comes down and get to meet each other and have trivia night.
Jeff Hoing: Trevor and Krissy were fantastic in helping us with our new apartment. The apartment is great and the whole process was very positive.

Trevor and Krissy were super helpful and flexible when it came to our move in and, even though we were only there for a short time, they made us feel incredibly welcomed. Would highly recommend Junction Flats to anyone. And the apartments stay super warm, even in -20 degree winters!
Kayla Justen: Junction Flats has by far been the BEST place I have ever lived at. People are what make an experience positive and I can’t say enough on how amazingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating Krissy is. Always enjoy chatting with her when picking up a package or grabbing a coffee from the amazing machine downstairs. The apartment has one of the largest outdoor pools in Minneapolis, the gym is good enough to have not needed a gym membership and my unit is the perfect size. The only thing to remain cautious of is selecting a unit that is facing the metro transit. The buses park right outside the building and are loud. If I wasn’t moving across the country I would definitely be renewing my lease.

I really enjoyed my time at Junction Flats, because the team did so much to make it feel like a little community nestled within a great area in the North Loop! Would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area to live at Junction Flats!

Residents are friendly but mind their own business. I haven’t run into any issues with anyone or anything. Thanks for a great place to live!

makenna Berger: I signed a 15 month lease here and 4marq is absolutely everything I expected and more. Beautiful views, great amenities, always clean, very quiet and has social events every month. They take building security very seriously and are always working with you to ensure you have the best experience possible. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to treat you as their guest. Maintenance is very responsive and respectful of your time with requests. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond to ensure all levels of the building are clean at all times. I can’t forget to mention how great the building smells at all times too! The business office is very communicative and understanding if you ever need anything. The 4Marq staff truly is remarkable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time here. I truly will miss it!

Skyler Martin: Has been a great 6 months at Green on 4th! Don’t plan on leaving G4 anytime soon. Hot coffee, great staff. Lia was able to change my door lock battery on the weekend when it died and I got locked out of my apartment and Keairra is always very welcoming in the mornings with coffee and Deana brightens the room when she comes with her great personally what else to ask for feels like family

When I have an issue with anything, even if it has to do with my personal situations, they are always professional and friendly. It’s like a family that looks out for you. Chasing Chassion (Family First): Bolero Flats has been a building that has over came a lot from different managements to better leaders and making it safer for us as residents and guest. Bolero has went from being just a building to learning how to make residents feel like family and not just residents.I been living here for over a year and became social with my neighbors and building employees so over all it’s a great place to live and affordable specially living in the downtown Minneapolis area.

Matt Orchowski: locked off access to all the stairwells and parking for added security. Units are small but very functional, perfect for one or a couple. Definitely not for families though. Grocery store on ground floor owned by the developers. Amazing. Value is also great, it feels urban with a neighborhood feel. Shoutout to Alexis who made my leasing process seamless.

Ethan and the staff are great, there’s free drinks, a gym, a roof deck with grills, and a grocery store right next door. The building is also secure which shouldn’t be taken for granted in this city.

It's also incredibly convenient to live above Good Grocer, not only because it seems to be a great organization, but it makes getting groceries - or a last minute ingredient - an absolute breeze. AIC Chair: Good Dwelling has been a phenomenal place for my son to live. Ethan was fantastic to work with and helped us get into a unit on very short notice. The building is in a great location. The units are beautiful and the building as a whole is thoughtfully designed to maximize the comfort of the tenants. We are delighted that my son was able to rent an apartment here! What a stellar find this was!!!

Abdirisaq Elmi: Amazing place to be and live. Great location close to downtown but not too immersed in it. A fresh bakery shop inside the building, logical and secure features and methods to ensure tenants safety and privacy. Also… depending on your unit, the view could be one of the best views on the city.

Dennis Rossetti: The Gatsby Apartments have been an unexpected pleasure! We relocated to Minneapolis from Florida not knowing what to expect other than a weather change. Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!
Quinn Bissen: .The building's location makes it easy to access the entire metro area, you are able to get just about anywhere in ~15 minutes or less, also the north loop is nearby which has plenty of great spots for walks or restaurants to grab a bite to eat.Finally, the views from the building are fantastic and there is a heated parking garage

Are you kidding?Not to mention the staff are so incredibly flexible and accommodating. Julia, TC, and Mason go above and beyond. Truly "luxury" experience.

He went above and beyond during my time living there and when I moved out.In an effort to be transparent, the one elevator was broken pretty regularly during my time there but there are two others and a stairwell. So, it wasn't even close to a big deal.I would recommend living here to anyone!
Ramadan Kareem: is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts?The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year.

For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Any issue in my apartment, no matter how minor, was always fixed the next day.The building is new and has some nice amenities, nothing crazy because it’s a smaller building, but the conference room, lobby, secure package room, workout room are all very much appreciated. The views from the rooftop are pretty unmatched with unobstructed views of the skyline and surrounding neighborhood, as well as the riverfront and the leafy neighborhoods of NE Minneapolis.The location is perfect, as the street is pretty quiet, yet you’re only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, historic buildings, riverfront trails, and downtown.I had a 1 bedroom overlooking the skyline for what I considered a steal of a price, and I loved how large my closet was in my unit. All my neighbors were respectful and friendly. Truly a great building to live in, can’t recommend it enough!

So, this was a great stepping stone for me and it was really enjoyable. The price is not exactly reasonable, but, nothing in the area is and you really do get what you pay for. My experience with the staff, building amenities, and location exceeded my expectations.
Maggie Shishilla: I've loved my time at NoLo- never have I felt so sad to leave an apartment complex. The staff were always friendly, accessible, and made moving in/out a breeze. The units are so thoughtfully designed to maximize space and had top notch finishes, like soft-closing drawers and grohe fixtures. Situated on 1st street, it's an excellent location for someone who wants to be near breweries and fabulous restaurants, but also come home to a quiet sanctuary that's tucked away from the noise of the city.

Brianna Loude: . Living in a building with character was a non-negotiable for me so this was the perfect place. Also having a patio in the warmer months was such a win!Danny, Kelsey and maintenance are truly angels, they deserve raises. I had quite a few unique issues with my first unit but was compensated and met with urgency and grace. My second unit has been nothing short of amazing. My neighbors are fantastic. I’ve had so many friends move to Freightyard because I cannot stop raving about it! As long as you come with the mindset knowing it is an old building and you are paying for location, you will love it!

Christian Gould: I lived here from 2019-2021.Recently, we had a two year old electrical bill issue resurface after buying a house. Danny was incredibly helpful and worked hard to help us out. I can only imagine that he puts just as much effort in for his residents. I’m updating this review from a 1 star to a 4 star. The previous building manager failed to help us while we lived there in most aspects.This building is super unique, and there will be quirks, but if you’re going to move into a 100+ year old building, you shouldn’t be too surprised by that.That said, I’ll never forget them redoing the grout of the brick on the facade of the building while everyone was WFH during peak-Covid. It sounded like a dentist drill for 6 months straight. Every. Damn. Day.Centerspace is still sketch.

The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance team have been fantastic. My maintenance needs and general requests are typically completed in a timely manner. The staff are also friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean and tenants are respectful of the building in general. Amenities are also great with rooftop, community room and gym aceess it provides a environment that can be enjoyed. Im happy to call the Whit home!

The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.
Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Ryli Dunlap: I recently toured and moved into 365 Nicollet after considering a handful of other properties. I'm absolutely confident that I picked a great new place to live. The staff have been excellent throughout the entire process of scheduling my first tour to move-in. Very professional and very prompt to respond to inquiries/questions. The move-in process was smooth and it was very convenient to have the ability to reserve the loading dock and freight elevator for the movers. The property/building itself is excellent. I love the location right downtown, which comes with great views from my new apartment and from the various amenities throughout the building, which are also excellent. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had issues at a previous property with neighbors smoking in the building and smoke odors in my apartment due to this. That has not been a problem here. Not only are the staff great, but the neighbors are courteous and respectful as well. No noise issues, well-behaved pets etc. This is a very well-managed property and the management as well as the residents clearly take pride in keeping it a clean, well-maintained and pleasant living environment.

There’s nothing like coming home from work & feeling so happy to be in your own space. I love the floor to ceiling windows, open concept, & how modern all of the amenities are. Ben Churchill: Living at Soo Line has been a joy! I moved in just about 3 months ago and have never stopped being impressed by the beautiful property and the management team! From the beautiful rooftop with incredible views, to the classic decor, to the apartments themselves. It has been a pleasure. The team here puts on fun monthly resident events, is responsive to issues, and is always looking for ways to improve the living experience. The convenience of the location has been unmatched. I am able to walk to work, the store, and anywhere downtown that I want. This allows me to save hundreds a month in travel expenses. Aaron Sidman: If you're considering living downtown due to work and wanting to be close to music venues, this is the place to be. I had a quick timeline to move to Minneapolis and the process was smooth and painless with leasing. The team is willing to work with you to get you here. I put out requests to about two dozen apartments downtown and in the surrounding area and Soo Line got back to me in hours, not days. One thing that I can NOT stress enough is the management company's responsiveness. Anything I've ever needed has been immediate and always done with a smile. Logan and team are so willing to accommodate.Also, the apartments here are some of the best downtown for the money. You get a ton of great amenities, skyway access, and really nice apartments. I have a lofted unit with massive windows that I absolutely love and is a block away from my work. Tour the place and check it out!

Jacob Rorvick: My girlfriend and I lived at MDCC for 16 months after getting a great deal on rent during the pandemic. We are only leaving because we bought a house. Nigel came on board and has been a complete turnaround from past management. He and I have had good communication whenever there has been an issue with our place. For example, the battery on my automatic shade died and he took the time to find a replacement when I couldn’t find one. Other problems were taken care of promptly. Erika has also been excellent as well.This place is amazing - especially for the money. If you are considering, we highly recommend the 2-level lofts. In my opinion, it felt much larger than the other units.Hope you find this review helpful! I see a lot of other reviews giving flack but we had nothing but a peasant experience.
