We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Judi Blomberg: I moved to the Vue in December 2023 and I have so enjoyed living in my new home. Even though I am retired, I wanted a building with multiple age groups. I also wanted to downsize after selling my home. I knew I wanted to live at the Vue as soon as I walked into the lobby and met the managers who were so welcoming! I loved the common spaces on the first and sixth floor that felt so Nordic to me, the style I prefer. The sixth floor has a great view and I look forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the outdoor patio during the summer. My apartment has just the space I need, a large kitchen with slide out shelves, a balcony with views in all directions and a generously sized walk in closet. Generally it's a quiet building which I appreciate. Loring Park is just a block away and has a community center with frequent free activities sponsored by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board. Walks in the Park and Sculpture Garden are an added plus to living at the Vue. I'm close to museums, sport venues, restaurants and so much more. I am loving the life in downtown Minneapolis and at the Vue!

Danny Locke: I've been here 3 months. Great building - clean and safe. Very near U of M campus and super easy access to 35W. The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place.

Caitlin Johnson: I'm a previous renter of this building. I rented a studio on the top floor. One of the best places I ever rented at, I only moved because I bought a house. I used the community spaces often, and loved that it was right on the Greenway. They are very dog friendly which was a must for me. The community events were also a nice way to meet others in the community and the neighbors were all very friendly. The rooftop area was one that I used a lot, along with the community living room. Loved the neighborhood and this building, miss living here!

I really enjoyed my time in the building, it’s central to everything you need including bars, restaurants, parks, pharmacy and grocery stores. It’s also located right off the greenway which is fantastic for biking, walking and getting across the city.The units are very large compared to other apartments in the area and have large windows that let lots of light in. The office staff is amazing and responsive, Shannon is also great to stop and just have a friendly chat with. Steve in maintenance is also very friendly and all maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner.Overall, my experience at the murals was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

It is a very quiet place while still being close to good food places and fun things to do. I feel very safe here and have no complaints. I love my apartment and plan to stay for a long time to come.

C W: Leased a studio for a year and a half. Never had any issues. The people working in the office were always nice and quick to respond. Very peaceful; living in an apartment will inevitably come with some amount of noise, but it never kept me from working or sleeping.

Located right on the Greenway with easy access from the bike storage room. An added bonus is the Greenway section by the building is sponsored by a church and has an awesome garden with many plants! Work out room is small but has enough equipment for a good workout. Community areas inside and out have plenty of space for whatever you need to do.Units are very spacious with plenty of room for furniture and storage. Never had issues with other tenants with noise. When the windows are closed the traffic from lyndale is inaudible. Updated appliances and wood floors make it a fantastic place to live!

They have a lot of nice events going on throughout each month as well, so if you're interested in meeting other people or having free food it can be pretty nice. Can't say there's much to complain about, and with the rent prices being very reasonable and maintenance requests getting fulfilled quickly, it has so far been worth the value.Thus far, there are only a few minor negatives. For one, our apartment does not have ceiling lighting in the living room or both bedrooms, and with the ceilings being vaulted in the penthouses, it's tough to properly light the place with just a few lamps. Not sure why they have light switches in these areas

I had a one-bedroom apartment by myself and felt at home right away. If I hadn't needed to commute six hours for work as often, then I would have stayed longer at this residence.Highlights:-The parking garage was a huge perk. Super reasonable pricing especially when comparing it to other rental places in the cities.-The residents are all very kind whenever I crossed paths with them in the halls or elevator. Everyone always seemed to exude that Minnesota Nice character.-I never had an issue with packages or my mail-The grocery store below was a life saver-I took an Uber to/from the airport several times and while Excelsior blvd made a couple of the drivers confused, it was a flawless pickup and drop off most of the time.Overall, I'd give this apartment a 10/5 stars if I could. I shared a couple photos of my apartment and one of the lobby.

The location is the main highlight, there is Fresh thyme connected to the building and its 5 min drive to Target and Lund's. Maintenance team is awesome. I only placed 1 work order during my stay which was little over a year.A BIG SHOUT OUT TO MICAL. She has been so helpful in so many occasions. My birds got out of the cage and flew to another apartment, Mical came to the building on the weekend to help me so I can get access to other resident's apartment. We had to go to 3 different apartments before I could catch my birds.

The office staff were always welcoming and helpful! Lastly, I loved the fact that Fresh Thyme was right below the apartment and you are in walking distance of many shops.

Gary Dunn: It's hard to overstate how much I enjoyed my two years living in Hiawatha Flats. Units are comfortable, well designed, and well maintained, management is very responsive, any issues were always addressed in timely fashion. The neighborhood is great- pretty quiet but has plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within a few blocks and the light rail is about five minutes' walk. I can't recommend HF highly enough, I only moved out because I bought a house and I even got almost my full deposit back.

Judes: I have lived in this apartment for almost 3 years now. I used to work in downtown Minneapolis so the close proximity to the light rail station saved me a lot of time and money trying to drive to/park in downtown. The amenities are amazing! pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, movie room, gyms, underground parking, and etc. You just don't get the same value anywhere else. The management team is dedicated to making everyone's lives easier. Any issues or maintenance needs were taken care of within a day or two. The apartment is also very close to Minnehaha Falls and cute shops and local restaurants are near by. Highland Park area is just across the bridge so I had no problem getting to places/running errands. The only reason I'm moving is because my fiance and I are getting a house. My fiance only lived here with me for a little less than a year but he can vouch for how awesome Hiawatha Flats is as well!

We met him that week. We new we didn’t want to live in that town but we fell in love with his knowledge, sustainability and esthetic. We schedule meetings to look for land. His communication was fantastic; Chad listened to what we were looking for and showed us the properties that fit out criteria. He had one last property that was well over our budget but felt we needed to see it before we made our final decision. He nailed it and we couldn’t turn it down. We had Unfold Architect design our home overlooking Minneapolis and Bde Maka Ska. And the dream team PM and designer take their designs and bring them to life and add all the final touches to make it a true custom home and exceed our expectations. Our designer fully decorated and furnished our home. It was like we were on an HGTV show at the grand unveiling. She moved us to tears. She nailed our taste but brought it up multiple levels. Our PM kept a tight ship and expected nothing but perfection from his subcontractors. We would go over there to check on progress and If we saw something we would email him and he would show us and invoice that he had already had a work order for it be be fixed. For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Her presence has truly turned Harlo from a building full of residents into a warm community at Arrive, which will only become better once we can have events again.Now if we could only convince management to install a rooftop hot tub, it'd be pure perfection.

Whether I'm bar hoping, going to a show/event, or taking a walk along the riverfront, Edition is in the center of it all yet far enough away from NoLo that it's not excessively noisy. Also, getting out of town is incredibly easy with quick access to 35 & 94Quality: the building is well cared for and well maintained. You don't get a pool, but there is a fantastic gym, community room, and outdoor BBQ and firepit overlooking the park, which has live music, movies, and other fun events. Plus, if you like coffee, they have a really good coffee bar. The rooms are very nice, too, with insulated walls and luxury appliances. Every one of my guests were impressed by the place.Staff: any apartment can bring good amenities and be built in the right area, but what makes Edition so great is the staff. They actually care; not just about the apartment but also you. Every time I pass by the desk, it sparks a conversation and laughs. And I see that with others two. Edition is not a massive building with too many faceless tenants, so their's a homey, second-family feel, and the staff really know everyone and their story. Even the maintenance guys know who I was and were happy to strike up a conversation. And the staff are efficient. Any problems I had were resolved swiftly and followed on. They really care, and it shows when they ask people to fill out a survey on what we want, and then we see community events and actions taken on those surveys.I can't express enough how much I love this apartment. I lived in other apartments that claim "luxury life without luxury price" but they always have issues. Edition has none. I would have stayed longer if I was not going home to Seattle. If you're looking for an apartment downtown Minneapolis, I cannot think of any better than Edition

Makenzi is also fabulous at the front desk. Our maintenance guy is extremely sweet to our kitten and communicative about solutions. We love the resident events as an opportunity to get to know our neighbors. One of the reasons we decided on this building was because of the view of the Commons Park and this end of downtown is just minutes away from nightlife and kind of like a quiet pocket except on special occasions. We are new to Minneapolis, and have even met some other couples our age to go out and have some drinks with. I think because this building does not have a pool it attracts a more mature sophisticated demographic. My apartment is beautiful, and I am absolutely loving it here and looking forward to how it feels in the winter!
