Cooks of Crocus Hill: what do users think?

Terry B: I look forward to going again and looking closer at what the ship offers and knowing more about it.

Sas B: Best ham and cheese croissant I’ve ever tasted. The staff was really nice too ! I tried a few other treats as well and all of them were just as yummy! Will be stopping by again on my next trip to Minneapolis!

Amy Nelson: The moment you step into this place, you smell the fresh delicious Roma of such sweet delight then you taste the delicious chocolate almond croissants, and you’re just in heaven👍

Lexi Schiffman: Took a cooking class with Nomi & couldn’t have had a better time! Highly recommend!

Michael Benjamin: The Banoffee Croissants were delicious! Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

ben delarosa: The French Pastry 101 class was gifted to me for Christmas. It was a really fun class and Chef Zoe was a fantastic instructor. Highly suggest this as a date night thing or with a friend.

AH: Best pastries in town.

Beth Kalin: Excellent service and love the delicious GF baked good options!

Elizabeth Leming: Cooking classI took a cooking class. It was a lot of fun, but we cooked in groups, so it was hard to have a turn at everything. I either felt like I was taking over or missing out.The groups were of six for those classes, so if you have that many you can be your own group.

Spoon and Stable: what do users think?

Robyn: One of the best restaurants Ive tried in Minneapolis! The menu might seem pretty ordinary but everything was very goodRecommended dishes Dry-Aged Duck Breast …

Jonathan Robinson: Absolutely phenomenal food and experience. Our server Louis was beyond amazing as he took the time to explain the dishes, cocktails, and so much more. Hat's off!Speaking of dishes, the bison tartare was increibly good, but we were blown away by the flavor of the duck ragu in the Torchietti. We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated! Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. This shows up starting with bread basket modifications, moves into extra tasting bites supplied to us from the head chef, and follows through to all our entrees and special desserts. Phenomenal staff coordination and cooperation.

Raquel Tabor: Recommended dishes Pot Roast

Akshaya Bhagavathula: My recent dinner at Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis was an experience that truly stood out in my culinary adventures. This beautifully restored horse stable turned restaurant offers a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a remarkable evening. The menu, curated by Chef Gavin Kaysen, is a testament to his expertise and commitment to showcasing the best of Midwest ingredients with a French twist. We started with the foie gras terrine, which was rich and perfectly balanced, and it became an instant favorite at our table. For my main course, I chose the duck breast, which was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a side that complemented the duck without overshadowing it.What really made our meal unforgettable was not just the food but the service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. They recommended excellent wine pairings that elevated our dining experience. The dessert rounded off the evening on a high note, with creative and delightful options that were as beautiful to look at as they were to taste. The ambiance, service, and exquisite cuisine made Spoon and Stable a dining destination that I can't recommend highly enough. Whether for a special occasion or a treat-yourself night out, this restaurant promises an evening that’s both enchanting and satisfying.

Tilia: what do users think?

Joel Abrahamson: Love this place! Every cocktail I've ordered has been spot-on, and the dishes always bring together unexpected flavors. The brunch menu includes chilaquiles, which you don't see everywhere in the Twin Cities.Tilia also has a thoughtful kids menu and not particularly expensive. Top it off with kind servers, and it's well worth it.

Augustin McLaughlin: Pros: Good cocktails, amazing service, cozy interior.Cons: Nothing really.Drank: Two CocktailsRecommend: Yes

Weo Kick: and atmosphere cozy. Our main dishes were a little less mind blowing than the small-dish starters... One was rich but really toooo rich, making it heavier than is enjoyable, while the other entree had outstanding flavors that didn't quite blend as they should... Sharp and tangy beets, grilled cauliflower and minerally fish not melding quite right. The flavors didn't create a symphony, but also kept me intrigued... maybe it has to grow on me? All in all a very good experience and we'll definitely be back to try more original recipes. Happy this unique dining experience exists so nearby.

Demi: what do users think?

Ryan O John: Top 3 meals I’ve ever had. Creative pairings, stellar raw ingredient quality, locally sourced, and fabulously curated textures and tastes. On top of that the vibe is just purely welcoming and friendly.Dietary restrictions: They can seemingly accommodate anything with advance notice.

Felix Gill: It is a small kitchen environment. Seats about 25 people max. We got the eleven course Whitney meal. Great presentation.Had a lovely time.Parking: Use the valet.

Vitor Yamaoto: You walk in into a small yet inviting waiting area with a small bar. If you got the pre drink package, you get a small menu of crafted cocktails or you can ask the bartender to make your own. After your introductory drink, they take you to the dining area which is a U shaped are with the kitchen in the center. You get an amazing experience from start to finish with 7 to 11 courses; you won't leave hungry. The wine pairing is carefully selected for a perfect match to each dish. The food is TOP NOTCH. They way the flavors come together in your pallet is really an experience you need to have for yourself.

Bethany Charlsen: We’re hard to impress, fussy and difficult. This place continues to top our list of the best in the Twin Cities and even US/worldwide.Yes, it’s deserving of at least two Michelin stars. The ambience, cuisine, and staff are remarkable.Yes, you might need to save up for a dinner here although the Barrington option offered Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays is lovely and a steal at $95/pp.Yes, every time you go the experience will be a bit different yet still the same in some ways with those gooey, warm Rice Krispie treats at the end as an example.Yes, the staff is passionate and eager to share their expertise and showcase their knowledge with you and….Yes, you will feel cared about and valued as a guest. Every time.

Anna Torgerson: Hell yeahRecommended dishes Truffles, Wagyu Beef Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend …

Linda McLoon: I love to cook, and I love dining out. I love to try new foods and foods cooked in different ways. I find the complex mixtures of ingredients to make a totally new dish fun and exciting. If this is you, you will adore Demi. The food is sublime, the ambience serene, and the service is impeccable and joyful. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed. We started with a warm broth made from roasted beets. Light and warming. The first course was a triple. The sweet potato tart with pickled kombu, nori, black truffle, and miso was absolutely scrumptious. The other two small bites were lovely, but, oh my, that sweet potato tart! These were followed with a lovely fresh scallop crudo, beautifully plated. I adore foie gras, and the Demi version was slices of a terrine served with prune and preserved lemon. The foie gras was smooth; this was really yummy. The fish course was sturgeon, interestingly served with rutabaga puree and little slices of crispy rutabaga. This really worked. The pasta dish was so delicious, and I mean really, really delicious. This is the type of pasta you think about for days. These were chestnut agnolotti, served with celery root, cognac cream, and pomegranate. I could have eaten a huge bowl of these. A triumph in flavor and texture. Mmmmm! The duck and beef courses were also delicious, cooked perfectly, with perfect accomplishments. I had to laugh at the cheese course, as it was actually a cheese tartlet, with endive marmalade and pine nuts. These were perfect. We had a delicious sorbet palate cleanser, and a very interesting sunchoke bavaroise and ice cream dessert. And you leave with a little box of candies. This is a nice touch.Eating here is an adventure in deliciousness. Every dish is beautifully plated on interesting service ware. Your water glass never goes unfilled. You are served at your own pace. The staff is clearly and justly proud of what they are serving you.I have eaten at some magnificent restaurants in Copenhagen, Barcelona, France, and this absolutely meets the standard of those Michelin starred restaurants - and better than some.It is not cheap. You know what you are getting into when you reserve your table. However, the food is divine. If you like to know what you are going to eat before you get it, this is not the place for you. If sturgeon with rutabaga puree gives you pause, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are willing to put your meal in some very capable hands, and don't bat an eye at eating smoked white fish, broccolini, and caviar, you will fall in love with Demi.

Gabriela Seidel: put it, made me not miss wine.Thank you Demi for taking such good care of us and for giving us a night to remember!

Carolyn Livingston: Just go. It's perfect. Staff was amazingly friendly and made the evening for us.

Jeremy: Weee! That was fun. No idea what the second seating is doing, our reservation was at 5:30, didn't get home till after 9. Go early, it's an adventure. Even the bathroom was meditative and romantic. Not sure what else to say about it. It's a great experience. All the dishes were fantastic but for me the vegetables really shined. I know a full 11 course vegetarian menu would never sell but they could pull it off.

Chris Valenty: A truly memorable dining experience, definitely lives up to the high praise. We had been waiting for a while to visit Demi, we had seen the stellar reviews for a few years now. The dining experience is very immersive with the open kitchen format. Being able to speak to the chefs as they deliver each course, really helped us understand the creativity and depth of flavors in each dish. As a fan of the Netflix Show “Chef’s Table”, this is first dining experience I’ve had in Minneapolis that felt like a world-class fine dining experience like you would see on Chef’s Table.

French Meadow Cafe & Bluestem Bar: what do users think?

Noel Stroner: This brunch spot is adorable and has excellent food and drinks. The service wasn’t great - no one explained to us the self serve area vs full service area when we walked in, just stared at us. Another group walked in behind us and the staff then proceeded to explain everything quite kindly to them. The staff member that took our order at the counter acted quite annoyed and barely spoke to us.

Kellie Hoffman: .The atmosphere was really cool!

A Google User: The cinnamon buns are out of the world Jamison the bartender hook me up I love this place I just hate because they only have it on the weekends

Brasa Premium Rotisserie- Northeast Minneapolis: what do users think?

Hello World: Ordered the plate for rotisserie with corn bread with the sides of rice and black bean. The company does not take tip as its part of their culture.Definitely supporting this business moving forward.Parking: Parking can be busy.

Alyssa Hernandez: Rotisserie chicken plate with green sauce was perfection. Yuca fries were great. Mac and cheese and corn bread were delicious. Personally I’d pass on the plantains and creamed spinach. But this food was soooo good.Food: 5/5 …

Laurisa Donte: I rook a work meeting here and agreed based on the experience of the person who invited me.I'm so glad we did this. The food was so good that it was hard to focus on business. I asked my waiter about every dish I saw coming from the kitchen.I'll be back!Next time, I'm trying the chicken bowl.Enjoyed my fried fish, by the way seasoned to perfection and with spice. The famous green sauce....MORE PLEASE.They didn't have cheese grits, but I had the Mac and Cheese instead. Whew, I just needed a little more cheese on top, but I still could not stop eating it once I started.Closest to Southern style I have experienced up here.I had the Yuca fries and requested them hot PEPPAS!!!Oh, and did I mention the corn in the cornbread 😋... the way I make it at home.GET YOU SOME BRASA. 😀

Alma: what do users think?

C T: This is a quaint restaurant with a high-end tasting menu. You start your journey at the concierge booth, which also doubles as hotel check-in. They escort you through large doors and seat you immediately, assuming you made reservations in advance. Our server was very attentive to our needs and explained the pairing for each of the courses we had. The food was definitely a journey for you palate. The caliber of the kitchen is topnotch! The kitchen is open and right next to the dining area, and we didn't hear a peep out of the chefs. That just shows you the quality of professionalism they have. Smooth and running like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend celebrating a special occasion with Alma!

Nicole Gislason: We had the most wonderful experience for my sister's 30th birthday dinner. It was a curated menu where the plates just came out in courses. You let the server know what dietary needs you had at the beginning... We started out with some great cocktails and then a wonderful recommended wine. We loved every single part of this meal and experience. Do not miss this!

PinKU Japanese Street Food: what do users think?

Ammarah Sadiq: Best sushi ever!!😋 really sad you guys are closing😔

Prototypes End: Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes

Jeff Storms: Unique take on Japanese street food! Some classic tastes and some others that are different. Brings me back to Japan for sure. I highly recommend the Okinomiyaki, the Katsu Curry, and Karaage.

Shelby Cara: incredible food, the chicken karaage, crispy shrimp rice and hiroshima dish were AMAZING

Linda Reed: The food is wonderful and the service is impeccable all in all a very good experience !!!!!!!.

Kathy Owens: I had the pork dumplings and it was very good. I'm not adept at using chopsticks, though and would have liked a fork, but it was good, the place was quaint, and just a nice experience. Will go there again.

Nick Goebel: Nice place, helpful and friendly staff. Food tasted and looked excellent!Their signature cocktail was great too.

John Fillman: Just got home from PinKU. Dinner was fantastic. New manager was fantastic. Our favorite neighborhood spot for comfort food.

Kimora Willis: Edit 9/19: X, the owner of PINKU, clearly cares about the feedback he receives from customers. After noticing a negative trend in his restaurant, he took the steps to better management and workplace conditions. There aren’t many restaurant owners like this, and I would encourage anyone who leaves a bad review to make sure it can be a learning opportunity for him, because he will definitely take advantage of it. Thank you X, for being one of the few restaurant owners who strive to do better.Unhappy staff leads to unhappy customers. Food is mediocre because they are always training in new employees to replace the ones that quit. I’m glad they pay their employees well, however that isn’t enough to make them stay. PINKU should work on team effort.

Ale Yasoko: The food was perfectly seasoned. Great service and friendly staff. Definitely will go back.

Colita: what do users think?

Robyn: Very interesting modern Mexican small plates. Great vibes + food for large groups!Atmosphere: 5/5 …

Greg Aulwes: Had a fantastic birthday dinner there with my wife and friends. Our server did a great job with recommendations, as we took all of his except for swapping one plate for another. The drinks were also on point.Dietary restrictions: Kitchen is entirely gluten free.

Elizabeth Mo: Had a wonderful dinner date here on a Wednesday night. It was still a very busy night for the resturant, meaning there were some tables that were spaced inches apart in the main area and making it loud enough that conversation was occasionally difficult to hear. The food though, was wonderful. We started with a couple of cocktails, the Mamakuna and La Clandestina, both of them were tasty, being fruity and light, in their respective ways. The first food we got was the masa & guacamole along with the corn elote, which go together in a fun mix-n-match way. For mains, we got chicken tinga tostadas and the seared scallops. The chicken tinga was a lot of savory deliciousness without being to heavy and the seared scallops were full of vibrant flavors, and surprisingly spicy with the salsa macha. And of course, we got the churros for dessert. They were fun and tasty, with the dulce de leche and sweetend cream, I definetly favored the cream, but I'm less of a sugar person.I would love to go again, but I think I will wait until the patio is open to get some more elbow room and bring down the noise level.Parking: The parking lot is very small, fewer than a dozen spots. There is plenty of street parking, but it's a busy area.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no curb on entry. The entranceway is pretty tight, it's got a straight hall to the left inside the front door, straight to the front desk. To get into the seating area is a right turn from facing the desk.In the seating area, there is very little room between tables, to the point where some of the tables are literally inches apart. There is a wide through path to the back of the building, where kitchen and restrooms are located. The restrooms are roomy but have low toilets.

Kate Nelson: This is my second year celebrating my birthday at Colita, and I couldn’t be happier. Our server, Theo, was wonderful and brought us free samples of the very tasty house-made Curado de Peranja. I wouldn’t have ordered it on my own but I’m so glad I got to try it, I ended up buying a round for my friends because we enjoyed it so much. So light and fruity. We then started with the masa & guacamole, which was so tasty. All of our dishes were wonderful and rich. Don’t forget to save room for dessert- the churros are to die for! I wish they still had the brownie and the tres leches though. They had them last year and they were both very good. However, the churros were the best so I’m glad they kept them. The Octopus al Pastor was pretty good, but the tacos and tostadas are where colita really shines. Can’t wait for next year!Dietary restrictions: Entirely gluten free!

112 Eatery: what do users think?

Jay Sivasailam: This is just a fantastic place! It's been one of my top places in Minneapolis for at least a decade and never fails to disappoint. It strikes a nice balance of being classic and fresh. With the bonus of having stellar food and service. Somehow I still think it's underrated with all the restaurant opening up. But if you want a top-tier place that never fails to disappoint, hit up the eatery!PS The butterscotch budino continues to be my favorite dessert.

Brandyn Rubeck: Cool staff killer food. They have a little bit of everything. The Halibut is fire, and so is the octopus.

Annslie Rustad: So if you're wondering is this place as good as their reviews, yes absolutely. Not only is the atmosphere intimate and cozy, the staff is knowledgeable and fantastic, but the food is even better. We went for our 1st year wedding anniversary and my only regret is not visiting sooner. The food is top notch. That's the review. Couldn't be better. Everything you eat will be cooked to perfection and satisfying.

N. Dendinger: , was fantastic and attentive. The staff were professional and pleasant and we felt quite at ease. My only critique is that the restaurant was a bit cold and awkwardly spread. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved the burrata toast, 112 tartare, the dumpling, and desserts. We also greatly enjoyed the NA drinks. But wow, the lamb entree was to die for. It reminded me of my grandmother's delicious slow cooked lamb dishes and made me joyful. The menu was unfussy and well priced. My husband and I have had poor restaurant experiences for a couple years now and lamented that eating out was just not worth the cost anymore. 112 Eatery completely changed our minds. We are thrilled to find our new favorite spot in Minneapolis- We will be back for more!

Hannah Wetterlin: . There were a few salad options and a vegan pasta. I had the pasta and it was AMAZING. So were the cauliflower florets

Michael Shay: This is a great place to eat, the food is phenomenal and so are the people working. This place is for more mature kids and and adultsKid-friendliness: It os for more mature kids and adults

Kitchen Window: what do users think?

Jess Taapken Klabough: Gorgeous shop with treasures galore. What a value for the neighborhood, will definitely visit again the next time we’re in the area.

Mick Kuffel: Great selection of kitchen items, bought a grill here and the delivery was smooth and service was very friendly.

Ashley Young: .

Neal Dimick: Still the locally owned, locally oriented kitchen store that's also north america's biggest. Great staff and great products.

T Pruitt: Though my previous experience with the knife sharpening service was not unfavorable, I appreciate that the owner reached out to me quickly to make amends of their service. I like stores that stand behind their quality of service and customer care. Thank you!

Akshaya Bhagavathula: This place is a culinary gem from Chef Ann Kim, who brings her innovative touch to the world of pizza with this charming neighborhood spot. Known for its wood-fired pizzas, the space itself is bright and lively, adorned with a photo booth and a distinctive copper pizza oven named Lola, which adds to the restaurant's quirky and inviting ambiance. The menu at Pizzeria Lola offers a creative spin on traditional pizza, featuring a variety of unique toppings that cater to all tastes. From the classic Margherita to more inventive options like the Korean BBQ pizza, which includes mozzarella, scallions, arugula, sesame, and soy-chili vinaigrette, every pizza promises a delicious and memorable experience. The crust is expertly crafted—airy, slightly charred, and perfectly chewy, thanks to the high heat of the wood-fired oven.Beyond pizza, Pizzeria Lola also serves a selection of appetizers, salads, and desserts, all of which maintain high standards of quality and creativity. The soft serve ice cream, particularly the vanilla with olive oil and sea salt, is a must-try.Pizzeria Lola is not just about great pizza; it’s about a fun, engaging dining experience. Jewel Ryan: I went here for a friend's birthday and they happily accommodated a group of 7 even thought they are quite small for a restaurant. I initially thought their prices were fairly high for chicken, but then I received my food. I ordered the chicken tender plate, and I swear I got 4 MASSIVE chicken tenders. It's definitely different from what I was expecting but worth the cost. They were a bit difficult to eat because of their size, but I had leftovers for days. Would recommend for a nice relaxed group of friends. Order the lowest spice level unless you really do like spicy. One of my friends was sweating eating their middle tier chicken tenders haha.

Matthew Schepp: On a recent trip back to Minneapolis, we dined at Revival for the first time in a few years. This updated location has added parking which was a great touch! The menu, and food is still as fantastic as it always has been!

The Mindful Midlife Crisis Podcast (Billy Lahr): It's been a while since I've been to Revival, so I'll just talk about my first few experiences, which were awesome. I still believe this is the best burger in town, and when you can order a whole Nashville Hot Chicken as a complement to that tasty burger, what's not to love? I know there are a couple of Revival restaurants in the TC now, but I like the intimate atmosphere this one provides. The best experiences I've had is when I bring 2-3 friends with me who are from out of town and we order a bunch of different menu items. They all rave about how amazing the food is here. I don't live in MN anymore, but I hope the quality of the food at Revival is still at a high level the next time I'm back in town! Highly recommend!

Latasha Dyar: Atmosphere was good low key ...good food.

The Lynhall No. 2640 LynLake: what do users think?

Margaret Sipola: A fun, adorable place to go for brunch with friends or family! So many different gourmet pastries to choose from. They also offer hot breakfast items. Plenty of seating in a shabby-chic building. I tried a sampler platter of various pastries, all unique and decadent.

Gopinath S: Taste 4/5Ambience 3.5/5Cleanliness 4/5Cost 4/5Good food.. had an amazing brunch on a sunny winter day.

Jorae DuPont: Lovely destination for a baby shower!

Samy Vernet: WOAAH! I think I took my best picture yet!? and how could I not... EVERYTHING about this place screams high class. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an immediate sense of elegance and fine dining. Perfect for an upscale brunch - honestly I felt like I should be drinking tea.A lot of times with places like this, you think the atmosphere is the attraction in its self... but think again! The food more than held its own. A concise menu with enough variety and phenomenal flavors. The benedict far exceeded anything I could have expected. From top to bottom, everything about this place is inviting. Expect to spend a little bit, but it's certainly worth it! Stop reading and get eating!

Matt _: Awesome!!!

Julia Hall: Incredible venue! Fabulous, attentive and wonderfully proactive staff. Food was impeccable and overall amazing experience! Highly recommend for an event.

David Daily: . And, Impossible Breakfast sausage, which was a pleasant surprise. I don’t eat meat very often anymore and for some reason it’s challenging to find alternative meat options at our local breakfast joints. The Lynhall has a wide range of creative menu items

Ryan C. Van Wyk: , Breakfast Gnocchi and Eggs Benny. Everything was outstanding, the Breakfast Gnocchi was a standout dish, so unique and so full of flavor.Glad that there is still an Edina location; it will be interesting to see how things evolve for the Mpls event space in the years to come.

Lisa Rude: Lovely space. There for a wedding. Excellent service, good drinks, amazing food.

Linh Nguyen: Went here for brunch date and got the brunch bundle which is a great deal. My boyfriend had the Lynhall standard, he said he really liked the scramble eggs but lamb sausage was too salty. I got classic eggs benny, which was okay to my taste. But I really like their pastries, I got the raspberry bear claw which was almost sold out by the time we were there. Nice space and atmosphere!

Dana Curran: Excellent food for a decent price.
