Adam Caywood: Excellent place purchased a Traxxas Slash 4x4 VXL got a battery charging kit. And was able to upgrade my son's tracks to slash two wheel drive with the Traxxas 3s brushless system. Guys in the RC Department that I dealt with are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile definitely going back for return business. It's a drive from Rochester Minnesota does not matter to me because the customer service was great

Debra Webb: The is a small store but it is jam packed! There are novelty toys, stuffed animals, and things like coloring and maze books. I loved the selection of games and puzzles though and did not leave the shop empty handed. If I'm ever at the mall again I will definitely be sure to stop here.

A.: . As soon as I arrived I was greeted by associate by the name of Preston. He was amazingly kind, patient and knowledgeable. He worked on my phone for over an hour.While the issue was not able to be resolved he was able to make an telephone appointment with the phone tech people for the next day, he also put a new screen saver on my device, picked out the right charging cords and at my request signed me up for Apple care and damage replacement, etc. If. If you see Preston, say HELLO from Amy. 🙂Honestly, the entire staff is amazing!

Hannah Marron: I went into the Genius Bar hoping to get my iPhone 11 fixed. After running diagnostics, turns out it was a hardware issue and would’ve been relatively the same cost to get a newer phone. Tyler was the one who helped me out at the Genius Bar, and explained everything thoroughly. Tyler then walked me over to the sales part of the store where I met Jarrod. Jarrod was extremely honest and helpful. We talked through the trade-in deal that my phone carrier has and found what deal works the best. I had to leave the store to think on what new phone I would want, and Jarrod was happy to help me out to finish out the product. There was very little “pushing-to-sell” talk and I felt like he was just trying to help out. While I was transferring things over from the old phone to the new phone, I conversed with the employees who were very kind. I noticed their kindness and patience especially with customers that are not as tech-savvy was assuring. I left happy with my new iPhone. Thank you!

They have very spacious and comfortable free parking it's just busy, but everyone is served, with self checking stations with good customer service willing to help you respond to your questions they closed at 11 pm until then I wish you check it whenever you have time

Mark Laska: A surprising find! At first, I was curious by seeing figurines from anime. I thought that I would venture in to find something for the kids. Soon I found myself walking the aisles to find new solutions to every day needs. Various things for the kitchen such as dishes, chopsticks 🥢 and even a scissor holder. You really need to check this out for yourself.
Mateo Burgos: I came here and walked the whole mall for something kpop related but the only thing they had was a tata bt21 plushie for 70$ 😭 a little disappointed but it makes sense cuz anything bts related is always expensive and also it’s a mall so everything is overpriced they had a quite a few of sanrio things which was exciting but i didn’t get anything. they had a lot of other cute merchandise there and a selection of snacks. i’m a little dissatisfied with their selection of kpop items because it was only 8 posters and most of them were blackpink and the rest were monsta x. regardless, i would probably consider coming again to this store, maybe just for the sanrio things next time 😅
