Marilyn Reiter: brought over the cooktop cleaner and looked over the installation of our appliances. In the quality literature that act of kindness would be labeled "delighting the customer". Or as Buzz Lightyear would say "to infinity and beyond". That is the kind of service and focus on the customer that does not exist. Thus we put it in the appliance sales' Hall of Fame. I see no reason why anybody would buy an appliance from anyone else but AC Carlson.

Needed to replace some, He had some salveged parts that he said I should try. He wouldnt take any money for his diagnostics or the parts. Freezer is running great. I half expected to by buying a new freezer. All it cost me was a little time. AAA+++ customer service. They have a nice stock of new and used appliances. Highly recommend.

Gerald Wimmer: They sent their own technician out twice to try and help when the GE service was booked extremely far out to help. The Tech. replaced parts twice and it still didn't work correctly. Finally we got a factory service rep from GE, he spent 5 min looking at the unit and said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Eric worked with the GE rep. and got a new unit and swapped it out - all at no cost to us. Great service! We will continue to use them for all our Appliance needs.

I had never heard of PJ's Appliance Outlet, but after Google searching discount appliances near me Plymouth MN, PJ's popped up in the mix with AC Carlson and Warner's Stellian. With how good the reviews to this place was, I decided to stop there first on a whim, and it was such a surprise. Terry the store Manager greeted me as I came through the door and he consulted me on the different options, functionality, and sizes of the fridges we were looking at. Then PJ himself came over and both of them were amazing when dealing with my questions and inexperience when it came to appliances.Never once did I feel pressured or pushed to buy a certain type of appliance. I spent almost two hours in the store, found a perfect fit well below what I thought I'd need to spend, and they even scheduled delivery for the next day which included taking my old fridge! Great experience, great staff, and the prices were lower than any other option I researched.

Jonathan Dao: Called them for service on a stove that would not light. Inquired from 2 other company’s Merit being at the top of my google search. I didn’t even get a call back or email from them. I called Shorties and they called almost immediately and got a tech out the next day. The techs are knowledgeable and quick. Also being very transparent and pragmatic. Took apart stove and pointed out exactly what they were going to do. Eric and Rob were my technicians. Besides the great technicians the people over the phone were nice and pleasant. Hats off to Jen too. After repairs were done the price was reasonable and affordable. Will use them again if I run into anything else.
Hunter Beckstrom: I bought a used washer and dryer combo from Shortie's Appliances in the summer of 2023. Both appliances worked great. Then, around six months later, the washer appeared to not be washing our clothes properly. We called Shortie's and quickly had a specialist come out and conduct a repair. However, the issue still persisted. I was very impressed by the way Shortie's was willing to work with me and find options after repeated visits to attempt a repair. Ultimately, we went with a different washer at Shortie's and it has been working great. I was incredibly pleased with Shortie's customer service and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

And Stacy was really helpful in looking them over and describing any scratches, dents, and missing or broken pieces over the phone, since I couldn't make it into the store and I was just looking at pictures online.
