She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. Please consider giving her a promotion or a raise, it’s not too late in Q1 2024 to give someone a raise! Thank you Ruth for your help😊

B B: I live nearby so this is my neighborhood target.They have good prices on avocados so I come here for those and for hygiene products.That said, the past couple times I have shopped here I have been double charged at checkout.Be sure and check your bank statements because something is wrong with their computer system or something.Otherwise, I like this store.

SeongHeui Chesnut: I had an issue with our boiler soon after installation. Unfortunately the plumbing company who installed the boiler could not figure out why. so I personally contacted WHOAndy came out and found the plumber did set the temperature sensor incorrect, so when outside temp fluctuated it went off and on. Since Andy reset the sensor we had no issues .A week ago our boiler did not work and a couple of hours later it backed on by itself. So I had same plumber over but again he could not figure out why it went on and off in two days.WHO sent Andy out again for us and he found it was expansion tank issues.I know WHO is a whole sale company to the plumbing company so I felt lucky that they helped me in personal level.I was impressed how Andy throughly inspect the boiler and took time to figure out issues and he even changed one of the parts for free.This family business and their employee knows how to take care of customer.
