Marilyn Reiter: brought over the cooktop cleaner and looked over the installation of our appliances. In the quality literature that act of kindness would be labeled "delighting the customer". Or as Buzz Lightyear would say "to infinity and beyond". That is the kind of service and focus on the customer that does not exist. Thus we put it in the appliance sales' Hall of Fame. I see no reason why anybody would buy an appliance from anyone else but AC Carlson.

I had never heard of PJ's Appliance Outlet, but after Google searching discount appliances near me Plymouth MN, PJ's popped up in the mix with AC Carlson and Warner's Stellian. With how good the reviews to this place was, I decided to stop there first on a whim, and it was such a surprise. Terry the store Manager greeted me as I came through the door and he consulted me on the different options, functionality, and sizes of the fridges we were looking at. Then PJ himself came over and both of them were amazing when dealing with my questions and inexperience when it came to appliances.Never once did I feel pressured or pushed to buy a certain type of appliance. I spent almost two hours in the store, found a perfect fit well below what I thought I'd need to spend, and they even scheduled delivery for the next day which included taking my old fridge! Great experience, great staff, and the prices were lower than any other option I researched.

Gerald Wimmer: They sent their own technician out twice to try and help when the GE service was booked extremely far out to help. The Tech. replaced parts twice and it still didn't work correctly. Finally we got a factory service rep from GE, he spent 5 min looking at the unit and said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Eric worked with the GE rep. and got a new unit and swapped it out - all at no cost to us. Great service! We will continue to use them for all our Appliance needs.

Chris Axel: Also there are often some minor cosmetically blemished units where you can save extra money if you want.I also like being able to deal directly with Erik the owner. He knows everything he has and what he's likely to have in the near future. They can do delivery and install or you can pick up. If you get delivery they take away the old appliances for free.Anyway glad this store is here. I was bummed that other place disappeared but this is just as good

Steven Moua: The store somewhat seems like it may be a bit understaffed in some departments. We had to wait roughly ~15 to ~25 minutes for help on purchasing a new washer/dryer. Aside from that, as the youngsters would say, "it fire."

No thanks to the useless reps at the Verizon store off Flying Cloud, who were too lazy and unmotivated to help me process my COMPLETED online credit app because it would "take too long". Thanks to Noble, who had a "lets get it done" attitude, we got it done! Had some issues initially because we ran the cred app too much and Xfinity didn't want to divey up my number but we figured out a temp solution for now and I left the store with a brand spankin new S24 ultra. Kuddos for slappin the Zag shield on there too! I couldn't have done it any better myself! Management, someone there. Please give this young man the raise he deserves!! Entered the store pissed at Verizon, left Best Buy Mobile SUPER Happy! Thanks again!
Jeffrey Grier: Some good deals to be had, but most of the items are either scratch and dent or may be missing parts. But, it's totally fine to get a TV with no remote or stand if you were going to mount it on a wall and use a universal remote anyway.
