Gary Carver: Came here yesterday with little tires for my dog stroller that had crooked valves that weaved between my spokes. The guy replaced them with brand new inner tubes with proper straight valves and filled them up to their proper PSI. It was far from my house but worth the service that went above and beyond my expectations. The staff here knew what they were doing, something that I could not say for the mom & pop shops closer to me. I highly recommend this place!
Rachel Saunders: Great shop. Everyone is extremely helpful. Highly recommend Stephen for a bike fitting. I recently had this done. Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable and spent extra time to answer all of my questions as a beginner cyclist. I just took my bike out for the first time since the fitting and it was like riding a different bike. Totally worth it.

Matthew Wiss: I dropped off my Specialized bike at ACF Bicycle Shop on November 6th and it was ready for pick-up on November 8th. ACF even had to order a part, and still rebuilt my entire bike in about 2 days. My bike has never shifted or rode smoother since I bought it brand new in 2015. I highly recommend ACF and will have all my bike repairs done by ACF going forward!

The tour was excellent. Tim was kind and knowledgeable, was flexible and tailored my tour to my interests. I cannot say enough about how great it was. It was a beautiful day to be out and I got to see all of the points of interest I wanted to see. The management team were so accommodating and worked with my schedule so that I could have this opportunity to experience the Segway tour. It was a wonderful experience and I will likely do Segway tours on future travels. I’m hooked now. They timed the stops just right as standing on a segway is a little tough on the feet. It was just a great time, worth every penny!
James Richardson: My girlfriend and I booked a tour because I've always wanted to try riding a Segway. We also thought this would be a cool way to see a lot of sights in a shorter amount of time and to hear the history along the way. My girlfriend was quite apprehensive about the experience, and had doubts about her ability to maneuver the segway, but the staff was super helpful and professional and made sure to take their time to make sure that everyone was comfortable before the tour started. They were also watchful and helpful every step of the way for anyone that should be having any issues.Additionally, the guides were all just a great and fun group of individuals with a lot of knowledge and always eager to answer any questions and be accommodating in every way. By the end of the tour my girlfriend was scooting around with no issues and having a blast.Another added bonus was having a photographer on hand to take several fun action photos along the way.We loved everything about the experience and will recommend it to anyone.

The tour stops at meaningful landmarks connected to Prince's legacy with music playing added a unique touch to theadventure. But what really stole the show was the sheer fun of riding the Segway through the city. I had a permanent smile on my face and the laughter was contagious among the group. Helios “Sol” Corvid: Great medium sized bike shop for the area! They didn't have what I was looking for, but they were super helpful. I'm on the market for a class 2 e-bike and they only have class ones. But the sales clerk was very helpful and informative! I will definitely consider returning if I'm in need of anything else!

Devin Filicicchia: A couple of times now Perennial Cycle was the only place I could find that had the parts I was looking for. They have a great selection of those harder-to-find parts.Also, Karl was incredibly helpful in walking me through the pieces & processes necessary to set up Dynamo lights on my bike. Great service all-around.

They gave me some ideas of what they had in stock, explained where it did and didn't meet my criteria, and offered to make some contacts to other bike shops in the area that might be a better match.Super impressed with the service. They're really focused on the person and the purpose. Highly recommend.
Emily Newhall: My family and I had a great experience here. Staff were patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We ended up buying a great bike after a few test rides, and they installed all the accessories and walked us through all the details. Highly recommended.
Robin Heil: A truly unique shop, they have things other shops don't, like Carradice Bags, Soma Racks, Brooks Proofide leather dressing, and cargo bikes. I've also heard they are a great place for dynamo hubs and related accessories.Knocking a star off because one time I brought my bike in for a minor fix and they lubed my chain, which added an extra $20 to my bill. I wish they had just told me to lube it. For a working class person that’s basically just throwing money away.

Barb Wolfe: This is the 3rd year we've gone. We always have a blast and have had various drivers/guides. They have all been helpful and so fun! There was an issue with a stolen auxiliary cord this time so we were out of music for a short time, but Rocky got one and was able to get us rockin' again!

Dillon Kice: They had the perfect comfort bikes for the city. Adam was extremely helpful getting us set up with everything we need to live car free. We were able to take our bikes home and ride them while the fenders and bike racks are being delivered.The new bike discounts and services are great. They’ll keep our bikes running for many more years to come
