But I returned within my exchange timeline and was able to test ride another bike which I did fall in love with. Illyana was so kind and helpful and really helped me out. It also has a bone yard where you can buy used parts in good condition at good prices. Unfortunately the store is closing down. It's easier to get things online for cheaper. Also felt like repair times took too long during the busy season.

When I arrived it turned out I didn't actually have a slow leak in my tire. Mike pumped up both my tires and charged me nothing. They also got my back brake back working which was awesome and I'm back to riding like new.Also before they took the bike from me to work on it they did let me know that they wanted to maintain a safe distance and I thought that was very professional and honest of them especially during the covid pandemic we just got out of but are still dealing with. They also sanitized my bike before giving it back to me to ensure further covid safety measures which was an additional plus. I will definitely be going to them again for any bike repair and I will definitely point potential customers in their direction.

Will Coughlin: Showed up here late on a Saturday looking to test ride and learned they were about to be closing up shop when I arrived. Despite this, the staff were super chill and personable and even suggested I take an additional bike out for a test. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bike shop in this area.
Gina Opager: I ripped the air stem off my tire trying to fill it and I went here and they replaced the tube and filled my tires for me all in like 10 minutes and only cost me $25 for them to do it all! Very glad I found this place!

Joseph Sweeney: The neighbor of a friend was getting rid of 2 bikes that her children had outgrown. Though they were in rough shape, I took them with the intention of repairing them and giving them to some kids next door. After taking them to another shop and being told they weren't worth fixing, I stopped by Car's. I explained to Bruce what I was trying to do. He went the extra mile to get the bikes up and running at a very reasonable price. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Bruce came to the rescue, and the kids love their bikes.
