The Hub Bike Co-op: what do users think?

Krista Murphy: They always are great to work with. I got a bike from them last summer and couldn't be happier. I went in today and was glad to find a new helmet that fit great and was a great price.

PJS: I purchased a bicycle from The Hub and wasnt totally in love with it after my in love with it test ride. But I returned within my exchange timeline and was able to test ride another bike which I did fall in love with. Illyana was so kind and helpful and really helped me out. Green Beanz is such a great bike and this location has always been the best. Thank you all so much 😎

Will Coughlin: The staff here were great and answered questions speaking from experience. Test riding here was great with the bike lane on Minnehaha and all the neighborhood streets. Would also 100% go back for the parts bins and DIY stations!

Emily McPhillips: I purchased a bike from the Hub a few months ago and had an excellent experience working with several of their salespeople! They showed me a range of features and prices, and gave me ample time to test ride a handful of different models. After each test ride, we debriefed about the experience, how it compared to the other bikes I'd tried, etc. They helped me feel very confident about my decision, and I couldn't be happier about my new bike!

Dr. Jamie Blumentritt, PT, DPT, MA, CSCS: I could not be happier with my experience at The Hub! The employees were so great at asking the right questions to figure out what bike was right for me. Their bike fitting process helped me find a bike that fits perfectly and has helped me feel amazing during my long gravel rides. They took all the time that was needed to help me find a bike that was 100% right for me. Thank you, The Hub for being so amazing!

T Blue: . As a queer person, I always felt really welcome at The Hub. I will miss you!

Elijah Kamali: helped turn a bike noob like me into a bike commuter! only bike shop in the metro that doesn't shaft you for parts and labor on repairs, either, not to mention very queer-friendly environment. very sad to see it go.

David Mackenzie: Longest established and well-respected bike shop with great people for bile repairs and new bikes . It also has a bone yard where you can buy used parts in good condition at good prices. Unfortunately the store is closing down. It's easier to get things online for cheaper. Also felt like repair times took too long during the busy season.

Brandon Charboneau: Great staff, super enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Excellent selection of bikes for every rider. Always fully stocked in accessories, keeping you rolling!

Justin Rhodes: The staff is phenomenal--knowledgeable, dedicated, and kind. I wish I knew as much about bikes as they do! If you're having problems with your bike, take it there. It'll be in good hands.

Maddie: Incredibly helpful staff and honestly the best place for bike sales and maintenance.

Elaina Boytor: Took a tune up class here in May and have already been able to do so much more work on my own - I even replaced my own freewheel using the DIY station. I'm so grateful for the classes and resources - the community y'all have created is a major asset to this city.

The Hub at The U of MN Bike Center: what do users think?

Kenneth Gilbert DDS: Great job. We dropped in for small details for my daughter’s bike kit. Chain cleaner and adjustments. Since then, she’s gotten really good help with her eBay project. Thank you guys very much. I’ve enjoyed racing and repairing and building bikes for years and this is a great shop - set up and service.

Michael Broton: Friendly and great service for a small shop.

Zhe Zher: Great location

Andrew Caddock: expert and respectful service, careful consultation, valuable recommendations -- come on, you know Hub is still the best option even in this small space

Christina Knudson: It’s a tiny shop so blink and you’d miss it, but missing it would be a bummer! I worked with David and Lisa today, and both of them are knowledgeable and thorough. I keep coming back because I trust the Hub for fair and solid service.Plus the shop dog Geordie is sweet and cute.

Katrina Toman: Thank you so much for your prompt and clear response. That makes total sense. My sincere apologies for my reaction based on an inaccurate understanding of what happened.

Nancy Harms: Always great service!

Domonique Gilmer: Dunken made my day. I came in and he remembered my name from two month ago. The first time I can in he was nice and didn’t charged me, he wanted me to learn how to do it in my own.It is nice that bike shop is the first one open in the metro area, so I can my day started with a ride.Today- it was the great service, he showed me how to tighten my axel. I bought a few supplies as well. They are pro union and give a discount to card holding union members

Emily Bartel: Brought in our Bob Revolution stroller. Pumped up tires and fixed a broken valve. Very nice.

Terry Niebeling: Great service. Lisa helped me get a tire and tube for my son's bike! It was a rare and unique size. She was able to locate it and get it delivered to a store convenient and near my location. Excellent job. I will be back. And it was a good price!

The Fix Studio: what do users think?

Catherine S: I'm so glad a friend recommended I check out The Fix Studio. The online strength classes are excellent. Both Sophie and Otte are outstanding instructors. They are very clear when giving direction and no work out is ever easy! I have really benefited from doing the twice weekly classes as the exercises are challenging and help build full body strength. The Youtube videos are very helpful as well. I did one on one coaching & training with Sophie during the winter to improve my cycling fitness and on my first ride outside I immediately noticed improvement from previous years. I highly recommend The Fix Stuido for anyone wanting to improve their performance.

Teresa Morgan: Excellent coaching that is tailored to me and flexible with my schedule. The goals I have set for myself have been met and exceeded as a result of the work we have done together. Highly recommend!

Mel W: So much combined knowledge and skill and love for what they do! They listen to their athletes and really do personalize the training.

Steven Gray: Excellent, focused, friendly training with no gimmicks. If you're serious about being adventure-ready, this is the place!

Keith Bianchi: The Fix Studio staff has the know how to help you heal your pain, perform beyond your imagination and motivate you to be ready for your next adventure.

Jeffer Ali: I love the Fix Studio.I started working out at the Fix in 2012 to get in shape for a particular event. Then I became hooked on the Fix's interval workout and training with power. The workouts are the best return on investment on improving cycling fitness with a busy schedule, work and family obligations, and otherwise limited time. Eventually, I wanted to get even more serious with my training and began working with a coach to devise a training plan. As a result, I became the fittest I've ever been. I continue to do interval classes regularly.Sophie, Larry, and Otte have also established a great, welcoming, and friendly community of like-minded cyclists, initially with group rides and later with the cafe. The group gravel rides are a great way to get into gravel riding and enjoy the company of other gravel enthusiasts, judgment-free.In the post-pandemic world, the online classes are a convenient way to ride on the trainer/rollers at home while staying motivated by riding virtually with others. The Fix's core/stretching/lifting online classes are a nice compliment to cycling as well.If you're at all interested in improving your cycling fitness, give the Fix a try. You won't regret it.

Amy Hanenburg: The Fix Studio in person classes in the past, and now with virtual classes, continues to be an excellent performance value and a wonderful source of community. The 60-90 minute structured interval cycling classes provide an efficient and productive work out. The transition from in-person to virtual class has been surprisingly successful - I'd never have guessed that the virtual structure would work as well as in person has, but it does. The live video interactions and teaching provide just as much motivation and connection as the live classes always did. The efficiency and convenience are top value. It was easy to get set up to join from home, and the consistent schedule provide a stable platform that makes it easy to stick with the routine.

Sierra Kaptain: The Fix has the best strength classes for cyclists and Sophie and Otte are the kindest, most supportive trainers. I always leave any interaction with them feeling strong and they never make anyone in the cycling community feel less than, no matter their experience level. 3

Kathryn Otte: I love The Fix Studio3

D Barlow: . I knew about The Fix, but always thought it was for other

Josie Estrada: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWonderful people and they do top notch hair. I keep coming back. Never been disappointed

Joey Otte: Great service, great bike shop. Coffee is A1

Mike Patrick (MetlOtter): One of the best coffee shops for Covid safety. Order from outside or online, and plenty of shielded outdoor seating.

Dominc Jones: Positive:QualityFriendly staff and fast service.

Richard Kleinschmidt: Relaxing stop on the Minnehaha Bike Trail.Great Coffee and Healthy snacks.Wonderful staff.

5s 1s: Sophie is helpful and very informative. I'd recommend The Fix for anyone. Beginners to experts.

Bicycle Fit Guru: what do users think?

Christopher Genco: , Chris has been very helpful in dialing in my fit to make sure I don't experience hip tightness/discomfort, back pain, and knee pain.Chris has also been incredibly patient in helping get my fit more aerodynamic. I aim to be a more competitive amateur and the adjustments made to my seat height, bar angle and bar configuration have all had a positive impact on my results. Chris is also very responsive to feedback. Specifically if something doesn't work, Chris doesn't say "well just let it work", he lays out what alternatives are.Chris isn't going to sugar coat anything. He tells you how it is, and I appreciate that. I have recommended Chris to all my group riding friends, and even my family. If you're looking for a partner who's going to get your bike dialed to your body's needs, Chris is your guy.

Robert Roby: Chris is amazing! I have been using this service for several years, and this year heading to Worlds in Malaga, Spain with Team USA in olympic distance triathlon.

Terri Jaksha: . I left his shop with a much improved set up and comfortable custom insoles for my biking shoes. I immediately noticed a difference in increase speed and reduced effort during my weekly 100 mile bike rides. I raced with confidence at Ironman Wisconsin soon after Chris’s fit, and qualified for Ironman Kona the following year. Plus he’s easy to work with and a heck of a nice guy to boot!

Andrea Wuebker: Chris is amazing and is like no other you will encounter in the bike-fitting world! He is master at bike fittings, and I highly recommend seeking Chris out and booking as many sessions as you have bikes. He understands anatomy, geometry and how to marry the mechanics of riding with your body, power and bike fit.I've gone to Chris a number of times, regardless of where I am living in the world. He has helped with: pre-purchase fittings; fittings; adjustments to the fit; knowledge of accessories; shoes; resources--you name it, he knows it, and he is very generous with his time and knowledge. I trust him more than anyone in the business, and he has single-handedly helped me fit my bike, love the ride, and cycle stronger. This is more than just a fit--it is a life-cycle of help you receive when you get help from Chris. And if it sounds like I'm a fan--you are correct! I wouldn't hesitate to book this session if you are serious about being the best you can be on the bike.

Brent Morris: My experience in working with Chris was both meaningful and substantive. He brings depth of knowledge, years of experience, and a level of care that results in a connection to cycling that brings you back to why you began riding in the first place. He really cares about the rider and it shows in every tweak, measurement, and turn of the bolt.I can wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone looking to fall back in love with their machine!

Richardson Bike Fit: As a fellow professional bike fitter in the Mid-Atlantic region, I have collaborated with Chris since 2016. His knowledge of the human body and bike fitting principles is impressive and expansive. He is extremely forward thinking, passionate, and caring. I've had the opportunity to work with Chris in his studio in Minneapolis and cannot recommend his professional bike fitting services highly enough.

Chase Wark: Chris has helped me with fitting several of my bikes. Every fit has been amazing and has resolved any aches or pains that my previous fit had. It's worth the investment to pay for a good bike fit so you can ride longer without any issues!

Benjamin McKinley: Chris helped design and fit a bike for me that has restored the joy of the ride again. I am no longer hurting after my ride and now looking forward to the next ride without the nagging aches and pains. Thank you to Chris.

Clara Brown: As a Paralympian with extensive nerve damage and unique body asymmetries, feeling comfortable, powerful, and efficient on the bike is a challenging feat. I have worked with Chris for several years, and he has revolutionized the way I ride in the best way possible. Since working with him, I have become a three time World Champion and truly could not have had the quality training and competitive performances without his incredible work. He is both knowledgeable and creative, and has a keen sense of body mechanics unlike any other fitter I have worked with. He is well worth the cross country travel for me to dial in my position, and I trust his experience to set me up so I can ride at my best. Chris is exceptional in all aspects and could not recommend him more highly.

Craig Ishman: I have been going to Chris for bike fitting for over 10 years. He is amazing at what he does and I continue to go back to him for new bike projects. Initially he solved a knee problem I was having and most recently spent extra time helping me with some lower back pain. His attention to detail and passion is truly appreciated.

Christina Enger: I’ve been seeing Chris for all my bike fit needs for more than 12 years. He has fit my TT, gravel, road, MTB and fat bikes. His attention to detail and understanding of biomechanics is exceptional. I recommend him to all my friends who ride bikes.

Cory Hoffmann: Chris is without question the most skilled and knowledgeable fitter out there. I couldn’t be happier/more impressed. There’s a reason he has such an incredible reputation. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Jerry Gerlich: Chris puts his heart into his craft by under promising and over delivering. He set up some shoes and a 29’er hardtail last year that continue to feel fantastic. Not only does Chris pay meticulous attention to hand-molding his footbeds, he grinds them just enough to get the feet as deep as possible in the shoe without sacrificing integrity. Everything between the grips, post and pedals feel balanced and secure. That’s no easy feat using Speedplay SYZR pedals. Thanks for the awesome and effective efforts Chris.

Tevin Neegaard: Chris is the best in the business. His fitting and service is unrivaled. If you live in Minnesota or surrounding state seriously worth the drive! You can have the fastest bike and components, but if your fit is off you will question bike… nothing is worse than a bad fit.A great fit is a game-changer. Chris can deliver that. Not many people work to ensure everything is dialed in. Chris values a perfect fit and works to get that by following up and always accommodating anything that may change.Took my 70.3 bike split from a 2:27 to 2:13 in 3 months….Thanks Chris!

Danielle Ravnikar: will be dialed after going to the Bicycle Fit Guru!

Mandy Little: Very thankful for Chris' recommendations. I am a middle-aged working mom with two small kids and a totally untrained cyclist who enjoys doing longer rides. I had hip surgery several years ago and have been struggling with my bike fit. Chris was very generous with his knowledge and has tried to save me money and time. Very much appreciated as I really didn't know who to turn to.

Michelle Dankwerth: Chris Balser is the “Bike Fit Guru." He's a true magician when it comes to optimizing your cycling experience whether you are a recreational rider or elite athlete. My journey with Chris began in 2006, just a month before Ironman Wisconsin, when he first fitted me on a tri bike I acquired from a friend. Since then, through every bike purchase - road or mountain - and through life's ups and downs, Chris has been there, fine-tuning my ride to perfection. What sets Chris apart is his unwavering dedication to understanding his clients' needs. Even after I faced challenges like injuries and the upheaval of parenthood, Chris adapted my bike fit to suit my changing circumstances. However, it was during my arduous recovery from post-concussion syndrome that his expertise truly shone. Relearning the proper pedal stroke seemed like an insurmountable task, but Chris patiently guided me through it. Once the foundation was reestablished, he made the bold move of transitioning me to substantially shorter cranks.Initially skeptical, I was amazed by the results. The switch not only transformed my cycling experience but also revitalized my confidence on the bike. Thanks to Chris's keen eye and profound understanding of kinesiology and bike mechanics, I found myself back in the saddle, effortlessly keeping pace with group rides and enjoying the thrill of fast-paced cycling once again. What's remarkable about Chris is his reliance on intuition and expertise rather than fancy technology or AI. While these tools have their place, Chris understands that true bike fitting goes beyond algorithms and metrics. It's about the symbiotic relationship between rider and machine, a harmony he achieves through his unparalleled skill and insight. In a world where customization often comes at a premium, Chris's ability to tailor each fit to the individual is a rare gem. He doesn't just adjust your bike; he crafts an experience that's uniquely yours. So, if you're looking to elevate your cycling game, look no further than Chris Balser. He's not just the "bike fit guru"; he's one of a few master craftsman in the cycling world.

Peter Wikman: Have gone to chris almost half a dozen times with several different bikes and would highly reccomend him to others looking to dial in their set up. Extremly knowledgable!

Nikki Sudberry: I have been seeing Chris Balser for bike fittings for about 10 years. He’s excellent at what he does and you can tell he truly enjoys the science and physiology behind it. I recommend Chris to anyone who wants to feel comfortable riding a bike to wanting to seek better performance while racing. He is a staple for us in the bike community and I’m glad he’s here in Minneapolis.

Kurtis Young: This was the best bike fitting experience I have had. The changes made have significantly improved the efficiency and comfort of my gravel bike.

One on One Bicycle Studio: what do users think?

Vikash Talyan: This is a great spot for bike lovers, with a helpful and welcoming staff who will give you an unforgettable experience...

S Willie: Super friendly folks, great service in every way possible.

Ryan Griffin: I purchased a Yeti at One on One last week, and from my first phone call, the experience working with Gene and the One on One team has been fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable group, and they take the time to work with each customer to ensure proper fit and component selection without exceeding budget. Would highly recommend One on One to anyone looking for a high end mountain bike and component dealer in the Twin Cities.

Jack Jackson: .This place is truly a gem and they actually care about helping all people no matter what your income is and I appreciate that.

Justin Symanietz: Best LBS in the metro. Killer service and ace mechanics. I drive or ride past more than a couple other shops to get to OOBS and it's always worth it.

paul leung: Great and fast walk in service on week day for flat tire. Happy camper

Jen Prochnow: frame!! Jen, Gene, and the whole team are great to work with. They will solve any problem and answer any question you have. Can’t wait for my next visit there!

Hailey Colwell: Super welcoming and attentive staff. The moment I walked in, three different people asked how they could help. Really appreciate having this bike shop in the neighborhood!

Annie Garnett: 2nd time going to them to service my alley bike and will continue! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I came in for a simple fix and it was executed in minutes! I also got a little tutorial on how the gears work on my bike which was super beneficial because I'm very ignorant when it comes to bike knowledge. So thank you so much!!

Behind Bars Bicycle Shop: what do users think?

Will Coughlin: Showed up here late on a Saturday looking to test ride and learned they were about to be closing up shop when I arrived. Despite this, the staff were super chill and personable and even suggested I take an additional bike out for a test. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bike shop in this area.

Gina Opager: I ripped the air stem off my tire trying to fill it and I went here and they replaced the tube and filled my tires for me all in like 10 minutes and only cost me $25 for them to do it all! Very glad I found this place!

Emma B.: Super helpful, quick, and honest! I’ll definitely keep going here for any future bike needs and recommend all my friends do the same. Glad to have this in the neighborhood!

Jeff Cramer: Great little shop!

G P: I like this place! Had what I needed when I needed it. 😃 Learned some things. 🖖

C. Ann J: It’s a no-frills bicycle shop. You need your bike to work or bike parts? They likely have them. Happy to have these guys in my neighborhood.

Penny McCoy: I appreciated the service and information provided by Alex when I brought my bike in for a rusty chain.

Eli Curran-Moore: 🚵‍♂️

Steven Juell: Absolutely the best experience I've had in a bike shop. Never have I encountered a staff as committed to my experience as I have at behind bars. The techs are second to none in the cities, Jules is peerless in her knowledge of suspension and everything bikes. I will never spend a dime anywher except here.

Natalia Mendez: service from talented professionals. Love to see women in the shop too who know their stuff because it makes me feel a lot more comfortable going in! All around excellent shop!

Perennial Cycle - Best Electric Bikes, Brompton Tyres and Bike Shop in Minneapolis, MN: what do users think?

kostondub: I'm an online shopper but still wanted to review this LBS! I needed an obscure part - the staff jumped on chat, answered all my questions and had some great suggestions for additional gear for my travels. Just fantastic levels of stoke here! RIDE BIKES!!!!

Devin Filicicchia: A couple of times now Perennial Cycle was the only place I could find that had the parts I was looking for. They have a great selection of those harder-to-find parts. Also, Karl was incredibly helpful in walking me through the pieces & processes necessary to set up Dynamo lights on my bike. Great service all-around.

Sunset Seeker: Hunter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful at Perennial Cycle. I recommend checking them out for your bike needs.

Noah Henkenius: , but when I texted them they responded quickly and gave it to me. Other than that minor hiccup, consider me a satisfied online customer!

Luke B.: I love cargo bikes and Perennial also loves cargo bikes!

Jer G: Friendly staff. Very willing to work with me on my concerns. They have high standards.

Noah Barth: Perennial is more than just a great bike shop. Perennial is basically a moving community center/social hub! They organize fantastic group rides ranging from pastry or DJ/dance rides to queer history bike tours. They really bring people together. Support a small business that supports their community!

Tristan Freese: The team at Perennial took great care of my bike and got it running perfectly. Great shop!

Nicholaus Larson: Just the friendliest staff at any bike shop in the area.

Will: .My family was looking for a very specific style of cargo bike. So specific we couldn't find anything close on the internet. We talked with Keith and Luke at Perennial Cycle. They gave me some ideas of what they had in stock, explained where it did and didn't meet my criteria, and offered to make some contacts to other bike shops in the area that might be a better match.Super impressed with the service. They're really focused on the person and the purpose. Highly recommend.

Emily Newhall: My family and I had a great experience here. Staff were patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We ended up buying a great bike after a few test rides, and they installed all the accessories and walked us through all the details. Highly recommended.

Robin Heil: A truly unique shop, they have things other shops don't, like Carradice Bags, Soma Racks, Brooks Proofide leather dressing, and cargo bikes. I've also heard they are a great place for dynamo hubs and related accessories.Knocking a star off because one time I brought my bike in for a minor fix and they lubed my chain, which added an extra $20 to my bill. I wish they had just told me to lube it. For a working class person that’s basically just throwing money away.

Christopher Phillips: Great bike shop in the uptown area! Top notch service and a great selection of bikes.

Daniel Graham-Boire: Awesome shop, good employees who know their stuff with excellent attitudes.

They’ll keep our bikes running for many more years to come

Tangletown Bike Shop: what do users think?

Helios “Sol” Corvid: Great medium sized bike shop for the area! They didn't have what I was looking for, but they were super helpful. I'm on the market for a class 2 e-bike and they only have class ones. But the sales clerk was very helpful and informative! I will definitely consider returning if I'm in need of anything else!

caeley: Absolutely love every experience I have walking into the shop. Never been met with anything other than a friendly face, great advice and the absolute best dog!

Drake Friesen: Awesome bike shop!

Jake Coleman: Rented 2 e-bikes for our visit last weekend and we could not have been more pleased. The bikes were waiting for us when we arrived and staff were friendly and helpful. 5 extra stars for Minneapolis and the Grand Rounds bike path! Thanks Tangletown bike shop!

Clare Heggie: I rented a bike here while visiting and had a great experience. They have actual road bikes so it’s a good alternative to the bike shares if you’re used to riding something nicer/more lightweight at home and want to do longer rides.

Jeff Paske: This is the last twin cities bike shop you’ll need to find. Within these walls you’ll find the absolute best people, with the most knowledge, and the most approachability of anyone in town. I’ve had the pleasure of a few different projects through Tangletown and I have nothing but stellar things to say about every aspect of the builds. This is true for my wife as well, where she was treated with nothing but respect and the genuine desire to help her prepare for a duathlon. Whether it’s a new bike, service, a rental for the day, or parts and accessories, or bike bags - check ‘em out! They’ve got you covered. You won’t regret it.

Donna Gerein: I'm looking to purchase an ebike and the staff here have taken time to show me what they can do!

Zeke Rice: Great shop and people. Thanks for steering me to the best bike for me, and an excellent tuneup on my husband’s bike that had suffered from a few years on non-use.

Connor Carroll: Outstanding local bike shop with very reasonable repair prices and a nice selection of affordably priced gear and accessories. Patrick & Nick in the shop do great work, fast, and are often answering random bike maintenance questions from me which is super helpful. Make this your local bike shop!

Sheila Vossler: Had the best experience ever renting from here. I reserved online and walked in the store and was out in less than 5 minutes. The bike was amazing, comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting from here and plan to again for my next visit.

Payton Hrics: Great bike shop and service. Right near Grand Round trail. We rented bikes and the employees were wonderful! Great dog on-site, Bella. Better bikes than those around Chain of Lakes.

Joe Schilling: Fantastic spot to rent a bike in Minneapolis. I made an online reservation the night before and the bike was waiting for me when I arrived. Mike made a couple of seat adjustments, gave me a helmet and a lock and I was on my merry way. The hybrid bike performed great on Minneapolis's fabulous lakeside/riverside trails and on the bike lanes downtown.

Steve Rawlins: Knowledgeable, friendly staff to help with purchase or repair. Good location.

Scott Nass: What a great experience with these pros. Brought my ebike in basically off the street and Patrick put it on the stand and fixed my shifting problem in minutes on a busy Saturday. So satisfying to find pleasant people who are so good at their jobs. Thanks.

Charlie Murray: Nick & Mike of Tangletown Bike Shop are top shelf full service neighborhood assets. They offer full bike service, bike rentals and new bikes and parts. I've enjoyed their expertise and deep bike knowledge to create a dream project as well as upgrade a used bike for my son. I'm thankful to have such an honest and dependable bike shop in the area to ensure we keep rolling and have a destination to ride to for picking up the next hot bike accessory!

Peter Forbes: Great shop and helpful crew

Hank Papritz: One of the few bicycle shops in the area that offers rentals and the rentals were in really great shape, the price was reasonable, and the service was great too. We got a flat tire on our ride and didn't have a patch kit with us so someone from the shop drove out and swapped out the tube and tire for us. Highly recommended!

Full Cycle: what do users think?

a: Got a new front wheel for $20 and they helped me replace it! Friendly people 😊

BasketBloxBros: Got a nice bike at this place. Helpful staff members

Aidan “Dusk”: It was great! Helpful and kind people 😆

Phillip Brooks: We have 2 bikes. No problems.

MARY MOCHINSKI: Friendly, knowledgeable help and although they didn’t have the wheel I needed I would highly recommend them! They have loads of new and used parts and I saw great used bikes.

Luke Taylor: Super cool community bike shop. Lots of awesome used components.

Jonathan Aurand: It's a great little used shop for bikes or components. The hours are more limited now than before COVID and they don't service bikes like they used to. I do like their mission of helping youth develop technical and life skills.

Smruti Kimitch: Among the second hand bike stores, this place responded immediately and gave a lot of good information. We bought our current used bike from here.

Ruben Lotz: Never knew this place was here but it’s awesome! It’s like a candy store but for used bike stuff. Great prices as well. Definitely going to be one of my new go to shops.

Koa Rosa: If you need bike parts, they got it organized for easy picking. The staff are very helpful. Gently used bike gear, some of it new. Clean out your garage! They also take bikes that you don't use.

Dane Arthur Steinlicht: Very lovely place- basically a cool thrift store of bike parts and full bikes.

Jonathan Sulisz (jpsulisz): Full Cycle was able to keep my Schwinn Varsity through college working for not a lot of money, I'll gladly keep coming here for my biking needs. Nice people, great parts

Chong Xiong: Great bike shop with lots of used parts and tires too. I think they may have the best used parts inventory of the local shops that carry used parts.

Angry Catfish Bicycle: what do users think?

Christopher D: One of the best bike skips in the area. Great service. Tons of parts actually in stock.

Will Coughlin: Cool spot. Was not able to test ride exactly what I wanted, but was able to get some other recommendations and try out some alternatives. Can tell they really want to hook you up with a bike you'll love and tune it just to you!

Gary Carver: Came here yesterday with little tires for my dog stroller that had crooked valves that weaved between my spokes. The guy replaced them with brand new inner tubes with proper straight valves and filled them up to their proper PSI. It was far from my house but worth the service that went above and beyond my expectations. The staff here knew what they were doing, something that I could not say for the mom & pop shops closer to me. I highly recommend this place!

Rachel Saunders: Great shop. Everyone is extremely helpful. Highly recommend Stephen for a bike fitting. I recently had this done. Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable and spent extra time to answer all of my questions as a beginner cyclist. I just took my bike out for the first time since the fitting and it was like riding a different bike. Totally worth it.

Jeremy Mak: , but the parcel arrived promptly with some freebie stickers and coffee beans inside. Without even interacting with anyone, I can feel the care put into that box. Love abounds at Angry Catfish and I am a huge fan.

Ava Malloy: Stopped in 5 minutes before close and they were kind enough to fix my flat tire even when they were about to be done for the day. Worth every penny.

Tyler Frazier: ACF did a great job tuning up my Gunnar and getting it ready for early spring riding. Quick turn around time and great communication. Cool shop and cool people 🤙🏻

Philip Brown: Good size bike shop that’s very approachable and knowledgeable. Big building that shows off many unique bikes.

Joe Justjoe: I dealt with Scott and Rapheal in web sales during a search to find a new replacement downtube battery for a bicycle brand Angry Catfish doesn't even sell. Both of these gents went beyond great customer service. I didn't end up buying my battery through Angry Catfish Bicycle, but the service was so excellent during the search that I'm going to give them 5 stars.

Ahren Rogers: Very helpful staff!

Carsten Ingvoldstad: Cool shop. Helpful people.

Christian Stanton: Ordered a bike here from across the country on a specific model/size that was in limited supply. The bike came expertly packed with constant communication from the company. I had an initial minor complaint and they went out of their way to resolve the issue above and beyond my expectations. Great service, will be using them for any special orders moving forward. A+

Matthew Wiss: I dropped off my Specialized bike at ACF Bicycle Shop on November 6th and it was ready for pick-up on November 8th. ACF even had to order a part, and still rebuilt my entire bike in about 2 days. My bike has never shifted or rode smoother since I bought it brand new in 2015. I highly recommend ACF and will have all my bike repairs done by ACF going forward!

Cynthia Bemis Abrams: Thanks to a proper bike fitting with Stephen at Angry Catfish, I feel like I have a bike "guy." The fitting will get me back on the bike with confidence after knee surgery. Stephen took the time to listen to my aches and pains, translate them into all the fitting variables of my bike - and then explain what he did and what I should monitor. Game changer.

Anthony Steyermark: Excellent bike shop, top notch service. The new space is bright and well stocked! Best bike shop in Minnesota.Their bike ambassadors, like Nick, live the bike life.

Jennifer Patil: Friendly, informative, helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Brandon Charboneau: Great variety of unique accessories for all kinds of bicycle adventures! They will keep you rolling wherever your heart desires with the selection of bicycles and they have a full service shop!

Farmstead Bike Shop: what do users think?

Vanessa Cambier: A truly wonderful experience! The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, and work to understand what type of bike works best for your life. I also got the best cruiser ever.

Tom Kelly: Best bike shop in Minneapolis! As a beginner they were extremely patient, helpful, and I couldn’t say enough about how happy I am with my experienceI have to say, and emphasize that if have the pleasure to work with Joe, then just know you’re in trustworthy, smart, and professional hands. He went above and beyond.I wouldn’t go anywhere else and will be back!

Ephraim Nicholson: Love this place. My son was having issues with the gear switch on his bike. They said they might be busy and it *could* take a week. I got a call about 45 minutes later saying they resolved the issue! Not only that, but it was such a simple fix that they didn't charge us. I will be going to Farmstead for our annual bike service and maintenance for a long time to come.

Mark Weyandt: I highly recommend Farmstead. Joe was incredibly detail-oriented, did great work, and was perfectly communicative. All the while -- super kind. Great shop!!

Sam Ecker: Fantastic service! The new manager is putting this place back on the map. Will definitely be returning!

Shreedhar Pandey: They have a bike pump available for anyone to use, even if the store is closed. Saved our day!

Bennie Rosas: I popped both tires nearby and they helped me immediately. A super friendly neighborhood shop. The staff are incredibly helpful.

Stacie Jackson: Sam helped troubleshoot my issues and was able to fix them right there!

Gustavo Sanchez: Highly recommend this bike shop if u need a quick repair will be bring my electric bike here again probably do some upgrades here

Sof MC: HIGHLY recommend! Excellent service, great people - true experts in every sense of the word. I took in my old Schwinn Le Tour Luxe for their comprehensive tune up and it's never ridden, looked or felt this good. They gave it the TLC it needed and I am ready to put on the miles. Thank you, Farmstead!

Aaron Cummins: The best little bike shop in South Minneapolis. My first choice for gear and repairs. Good advice, great communication.Took our 'daycare commuter' in the other day to have some issues addressed with the rear hub - they took care of the problem and went above and beyond to get the bike back quickly and with little surprises thrown in too: a brake adjustment and the nuisance of all nuisances resolved -- they got the pesky leather handlebar grip slid back into place once and for all. Didn't ask for either fix, but the tech noticed both were in need and did it anyway and we left with a much better ride than we came in with! HIGHLY recommended!!!

jose macca: Good service, I’m so happy for my bike 😍

Ivy Abdullahi: This is the only place I’ll bring my bikes. I brought mine and my husband’s in to get fixed before a trip. Sam helped troubleshoot my issues and was able to fix them right there! I thought I was going to have to pay $$$ for new tires, but nope! When I do have to get labor done, it’s always been incredibly well priced and fair. I love this place!

Stephen Wigg: Great people and the prices for service are fair and way cheaper than some chain stores. I had an estimate of over $180 for bearings for my front fork at Erik’s and they did it for less than $40 here.

Dominic Playle: I like this little shop! They always take good care of me! They also keep a good inventory of bikes/parts/accessories between the 2 shops! They're quickly becoming my favorite shop in Minneapolis.

Tommy T Cyclery: what do users think?

Kathryn Andersen: Note this is open Tues-Fri 11-5 and Sat 12-5

Megan H: Tommy is a real cool guy and was very timely in repairing and spiffing up my two bikes.

Collin Redwine: Tommy and Ben do a great job with timely service, custom parts, and overall friendliness.I moved to MPLS and they are the local shop in my neighborhood. I’ve purchased bikes, bike parts, and at the time of this writing one of my bikes is having a repair/upgrade being performed. While my bike is in the shop, Tommy allowed me to borrow another bike to run a quick errand. This shop focuses on bike repairs more than selling new and used bikes.Stop by and say hi when their door is open. Will continue to do more business with them.

Katy Edstrom: This will be the only place I bring my bike! Amazing and knowledgeable service!!

Cole Nelson: Tommy was the only shop in the cities that I was able to get tubular tires from, same day! Most of the other shops barely knew what I wanted when I was asking for them, but Tommy was able to set some aside for me right away when I had called to ask. I will be returning, not only to show Tommy the completed bike, but for any other bike needs I have!

Chris: Tommy is there every time I go. Friendly, easygoing place, used and new bikes, repairs on the spot or pick up later. I like supporting my local business and I'm glad Tommy T is in my 'hood.Update: might want to call before you head over. Walked there today with bike wheel only to find the place closed during it's open hours.

Jeremy Bigalke: Excellent shop, great service, expert advice.

Michelle Anderson: I took my son’s bike in to get fixed, having never gone to a bike shop before. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but I felt the price was great/fair. I would definitely use them again!

Stephen Higgins Whiteside: I brought in the bikes and other wheeled contraptions that our family had grown out of. Tommy quickly gave us more than a fair price for them. Very friendly and professional.

Scott Tracy: Excellent service. Friendly folks. Took care of a tough tire change without complaint.

Carlos Alfonzo: Today my family and I were enjoying a 4th of July bike ride, when we realized that our tire was flat, and the pump that we brought did not work. Luckily for us, down the street was Tommy and his shop! We walked in thinking it was closed but Tommy welcomed us. He jokingly warned us that he will sell us something. He immediately filled our tires and sold us an adaptor for three dollars! Reasonably priced and fantastic service. I will definitely return for future bike repairs. Thanks Tommy!

John Castillo: This small, bicycle shop in the heart of Linden Hills is one of the gems of the neighborhood. Tom is a first-rate mechanic and does a fantastic job with any bike repair, large or small. The shop has a small section of cycling accessories for any quick need, and a selection of bikes for the entire family. Highly recommended!

Marty Mathis: Tommy is a great guy. He provides a great and honest service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cycling needs.

Flanders Bros Cycle: what do users think?

Eric Anderson:

Sam Benson:

Sameer Khan: Amazing and quick service!

Brad Bolin: Adrian is a pro mechanic.

jack harju: Went there with a minor issue on a used biked. The mechanic fixed it in front of me in a couple of minutes, showed me how to fix it, and didn't even charge me.

Mark Kroskin: Best bike shop in the Twin Cities metro. I worked with Jim Flanders on a custom Serrotta Ti bike build that included custom paint. Jim handled everything and the guys at the shop did a great job building it. It turned out amazing. Whether it's a complex build or buying a bike they sell regularly, Flanders Brother's is where you want to go. Professional advice and outstanding customer service!

Tobi W.: Brought my bike here twice during my stay in Minneapolis! Both times the problems were solved super fast for a very good price! Also there are some fantastic bikes to look at to bridge the waiting time.Would love to have these guys in my hometown in Germany!

Trevor Meehan: By far the best bike shop in Uptown, if not Minneapolis.
