Love, love, love our scooters. Haven't even had them a week.
We really enjoy our scooters, we live in the country and can just run over to the neighbors to visit without getting the car out, it is also very good for state parks, when you normally would get too far away from camp. Makes it much easier to see more in one trip.

Ed Wyand: I love my Raptor. I've had this one more than a year. It is powerful and lightweight. I have multiple sclerosis and sciatica. I am not able to walk without assistance. I able to lift it into the back of my SUV. I can get out with family and friends. For four years I used the 36 volt model and enjoyed it. However, it was heavy and not a 3 speed more powerful motor. I can shop and know a have mobility at all the stores. Also, it is fun and people want to talk to me about it. Thanks very much for your wonderful vehicle.

Kevin Jones: I have been using my Excalibur for six or seven months when I stopped at a crosswalk and when the light changed it wouldn't go. I tried making sure both brakes were off and still nothing. I walked it home and called Steve. He walked me through troubleshooting to no avail. We agreed to continue later since I had to go and he left me with things to try. After following all his steps and feeling frustrated my cell phone was low on power so I went to plug it in and found my phone cord stuck in the front brake! After removing the cord the scooter worked fine. I can't thank Steve and 5 Star Scooter enough for their patience and help!

Michael Doppler: I wanted a meteor 350 in supernova blue, got it with a good credit score and no loan history. The down payment was a little rough at 1400. The staff are very helpful and friendly to new riders.The winter storage option is also super affordable, and they get the routine maintenance done quickly.As for the bike itself, it's stylish as hell and rides great. It isn't a speed demon, but I didn't buy it to turn myself into a meat crayon; I bought it for a fun commuter bike, cheap gas, and cheap insurance. It's 10/10 for that.

I've also heard they are a great place for dynamo hubs and related accessories.Knocking a star off because one time I brought my bike in for a minor fix and they lubed my chain, which added an extra $20 to my bill. I wish they had just told me to lube it. For a working class person that’s basically just throwing money away.

Quincy Oliver: Have you ridden an e-bike before? If the answer is no and you have any interest my first suggestion is DO IT!! IT'S A BLAST!I got a deal on Groupon for $8 an hour and I bought a total of 8 coupons. It was money well spent. Usually, it is $25 an hour which is still probably worth it, but I am a frugal guy so I try to save money anywhere I can.Every worker that I have encountered at the shop so far is very nice, helpful, and friendly. Linda is who I have worked with the most and we get along quite well. Definitely stop by and rent a bike for a few hours with friends and or family, or better yet, just buy an e-bike from them!!!!!

Helios “Sol” Corvid: Great medium sized bike shop for the area! They didn't have what I was looking for, but they were super helpful. I'm on the market for a class 2 e-bike and they only have class ones. But the sales clerk was very helpful and informative! I will definitely consider returning if I'm in need of anything else!

Mehdi M: Simply Ride is not your average motorcycle dealership. It’s a place where you can find love, happiness, and a turbo supercharged Hayabusa. Well, maybe not the last one, but you get the idea. They are very kind and genuine people, and they made me feel like I belonged there. I saw a bike that looked awesome, but it had a sold tag on it. I was heartbroken, but then they told me it was a mistake and the bike was actually mine. They had reserved it for me as a surprise. How did they know I wanted it? Did they read my mind? Did they stalk me on social media? No, they just have a sixth sense for these things. They are that good. I didn’t even need to test drive it, I just knew it was the one. It matches my personality and style perfectly, and they didn’t judge me for my poor taste. Steve and the gang were awesome and hilarious, and they made the whole process easy and fun. I had such a good time with them, I almost forgot I was spending money. Steve, you are a legend!

Will Coughlin: Showed up here late on a Saturday looking to test ride and learned they were about to be closing up shop when I arrived. Despite this, the staff were super chill and personable and even suggested I take an additional bike out for a test. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bike shop in this area.

Though they were in rough shape, I took them with the intention of repairing them and giving them to some kids next door. After taking them to another shop and being told they weren't worth fixing, I stopped by Car's. I explained to Bruce what I was trying to do. He went the extra mile to get the bikes up and running at a very reasonable price. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Bruce came to the rescue, and the kids love their bikes. Gary Carver: Came here yesterday with little tires for my dog stroller that had crooked valves that weaved between my spokes. The guy replaced them with brand new inner tubes with proper straight valves and filled them up to their proper PSI. It was far from my house but worth the service that went above and beyond my expectations. The staff here knew what they were doing, something that I could not say for the mom & pop shops closer to me. I highly recommend this place!

Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable and spent extra time to answer all of my questions as a beginner cyclist. ACF even had to order a part, and still rebuilt my entire bike in about 2 days. My bike has never shifted or rode smoother since I bought it brand new in 2015.
