Z: Living at Rafter has been a great experience for me. The quality finishes put into the apartments are unmatched with anywhere else I've lived. The amenities throughout the property have been great to have as well. The coffee machine in the lobby is enough to make me want to stay!I've also really enjoyed the neighborhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants, nearby gas station, grocery and of course easy access to the Mississippi! Nicolette Island and Boom Island Park are great to have within a few minutes walk!

Rafter has unparallel luxury style living with in a bustling and thriving city. Exceptional staff with one of the best customer service experiences I've ever seen. We put in a maintenance request on Sunday and RoJon had it fixed Monday morning. Maintenance is always extremely fast and they are very respectful of your space when they need to do any work.

Dennis Rossetti: The Gatsby Apartments have been an unexpected pleasure! We relocated to Minneapolis from Florida not knowing what to expect other than a weather change. Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!

Are you kidding?Not to mention the staff are so incredibly flexible and accommodating. Julia, TC, and Mason go above and beyond. Truly "luxury" experience.

He went above and beyond during my time living there and when I moved out.In an effort to be transparent, the one elevator was broken pretty regularly during my time there but there are two others and a stairwell. So, it wasn't even close to a big deal.I would recommend living here to anyone!

Ramadan Kareem: is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts?The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year.

For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Aside from the amazing location and numerous amenties, the management team onsite is comprised of the most thoughtful and committed staff who truly care about creating community and making each resident feel at home. Sarah, Noah, and Dan have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help us.They host several fun and engaging community events each month to get to know your neighbors and there's even yoga onsite! We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

philip valley: Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

The staff is always ready to answer questions, and are very quick! Sarah, Noah and Dan are very friendly and make us feel welcome every time we see them.I also recently did a transfer within the building and it was the smoothest thing ever. The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Ryli Dunlap: I recently toured and moved into 365 Nicollet after considering a handful of other properties. I'm absolutely confident that I picked a great new place to live. The staff have been excellent throughout the entire process of scheduling my first tour to move-in. Very professional and very prompt to respond to inquiries/questions. The move-in process was smooth and it was very convenient to have the ability to reserve the loading dock and freight elevator for the movers. The property/building itself is excellent. I love the location right downtown, which comes with great views from my new apartment and from the various amenities throughout the building, which are also excellent. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had issues at a previous property with neighbors smoking in the building and smoke odors in my apartment due to this. That has not been a problem here. Not only are the staff great, but the neighbors are courteous and respectful as well. No noise issues, well-behaved pets etc. This is a very well-managed property and the management as well as the residents clearly take pride in keeping it a clean, well-maintained and pleasant living environment.

All of the residents are friendly & I’ve met a lot of friends in the building that I enjoy hanging out with.Apartment:I like to call my place my sanctuary. There’s nothing like coming home from work & feeling so happy to be in your own space. I love the floor to ceiling windows, open concept, & how modern all of the amenities are. Judi Blomberg: I moved to the Vue in December 2023 and I have so enjoyed living in my new home. Even though I am retired, I wanted a building with multiple age groups. I also wanted to downsize after selling my home. I knew I wanted to live at the Vue as soon as I walked into the lobby and met the managers who were so welcoming! I loved the common spaces on the first and sixth floor that felt so Nordic to me, the style I prefer. The sixth floor has a great view and I look forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the outdoor patio during the summer. My apartment has just the space I need, a large kitchen with slide out shelves, a balcony with views in all directions and a generously sized walk in closet. Generally it's a quiet building which I appreciate. Loring Park is just a block away and has a community center with frequent free activities sponsored by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board. Walks in the Park and Sculpture Garden are an added plus to living at the Vue. I'm close to museums, sport venues, restaurants and so much more. I am loving the life in downtown Minneapolis and at the Vue!

When we recently wanted to host our wedding rehearsal dinner on the rooftop, Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The staff are responsive when in need, and also help throw fun community events almost every week. I would recommend Daymark to anyone just because management here truly cares about their residents.

James gave me an awesome tour and made the move-in process extremely easy.The washer hose in my unit was not hooked up upon move-in and caused some minor flooding in my living room, however it was promptly taken care of by the awesome staff.The summer community events rock!Annual carnival, Free Yoga classes for residents, etc. Daymark has something for everyone.You will not regret moving here!

Overall, the best place I’ve lived so far. They also just renovated the community room, which is a great place to study or work.

Garage door is a tarp which was ripped open and exposed for people to break in.- Maintenance requests are slow. Matthew Jorjorian: My wife and I have lived at Heritage Landing for over three years and are very thankful to call this place home. The location cannot be beaten. Literally a block from restaurants, bars, shopping, a park, and trails along the river while still relatively quiet tucked between 1st and 2nd street. Rent is competitive for the neighborhood, but the units are so much larger than you'll find anywhere else. The staff has rotated over a couple of times, but they continue to find very friendly and helpful people who work in the front office. I cannot speak highly enough of the maintenance guys, Denny and Rick. They are so friendly, prompt and efficient. The guest parking situation is great, and so is the Luxor packing system. My only criticism would be the walls are relatively thin, however the building is pretty quiet and after 3+ years in multiple units we've never had any major issues. Would highly recommend Heritage Landing to live if you're in the market!

Brennan McCabe: is particularly nice. He was surprisingly quick to respond on the few occasions I needed something fixed, and he always seems to have parts on hand for common issues. The building is quiet and mostly young professionals with a lot of UMN business graduate students.

The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place.
