Salika Pao: I saw Lisa. I booked an appointment online two days before seeing her. It was very easy and was able to see what time she was available. When I saw her, I told her what I wanted. She delivered everything on point. I got a cut and color. She even asked if it was okay to go shorter than I asked for because to get rid of my spilt ends. I highly respect that. The color came out the same as my natural hair color. She made me feel comfortable. So friendly.

Shayna Rissman: and how it makes getting my hair done an anxiety evoking experience. I really appreciated how they didn’t offer me ineffective products and/or services to treat this. Instead, they listened to my concerns and focused on finding the cut to make me as comfortable and confident as possible. We agreed on a length and style which would improve my hair health whilst still allowing me to air-dry my naturally wavy/curly thin hair.They were clearly a skilled stylist, and I felt the salon feeling lighter and prettier. It was also the first time someone diffused/curled my hair to enhance my natural waves. I love a good blow-out - which they did offer to do if I had preferred - but it was fun to switch it up this time.I should also mention they were so easy and fun to chat with. And i’m sure some can relate that it’s a bit of a challenge to meet a reliable hair dresser. I am glad to book an appointment with Connie of JoVu Salon. I told her how i want my hair to be cut and correct the hair color that i had a month ago. She was pleasant and i appreciate her recommendation. The location of her salon is easy to find with a good parking space. Her salon is well organized, clean and has a good aesthetics. S M: Best place to get hair done. Nice spa like atmosphere and talented hair artisans. Only dislike: their restroom is not labeled, and the front door makes a huge sound everytime when someone walks out. Parking is very convenient. Do not park behind Walgreens, rather in the parking ramp as its free and safe.

Gayle Tuohy: Sam was fantastic! I received the best haircut I’ve ever had. You can tell she went to Aveda school. She was super sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, my hair follicles grow forward instead of backwards away from my face and this is the first time I’ve ever had a haircut that my hair doesn’t fall into my face. I don’t have bangs. My sides are where I can bring them back behind my ears if I want to, but don’t really feel the need because I don’t know how she did it, but it stays out of my face. She is also super affordable, and provides other services as well.

My stylist, Kaylee, was friendly and was very meticulous with my haircut. The receptionist was also warm and professional.
