Instead, they listened to my concerns and focused on finding the cut to make me as comfortable and confident as possible. We agreed on a length and style which would improve my hair health whilst still allowing me to air-dry my naturally wavy/curly thin hair.They were clearly a skilled stylist, and I felt the salon feeling lighter and prettier. It was also the first time someone diffused/curled my hair to enhance my natural waves. I love a good blow-out - which they did offer to do if I had preferred - but it was fun to switch it up this time.I should also mention they were so easy and fun to chat with. Love love love the vibe. 🌱 Tasha does very unique technique that is popular in Europe, but almost impossible to find in Minnesota: hair dusting. This technique removes split ends without sacrificing the length. It’s super helpful if you’re trying to grow your hair out but your hair is prone to split ends. Sam Tao: I cannot recommend a better place to get a haircut in the twin cities. For $25, you get both a haircut and a shampoo. My barber, Nam, did a great job on my hair and cut it in a way that white people just can't achieve. He also went above and beyond in my fade and styling my hair after. The store is very busy and you might have to wait a bit, but the wait is worth it.

On top of all of that, Matthew is an all around delightful human and so much fun to talk to - he truly understands and listens to his clients and I just love being in his chair. S M: Best place to get hair done. Nice spa like atmosphere and talented hair artisans. Only dislike: their restroom is not labeled, and the front door makes a huge sound everytime when someone walks out. Parking is very convenient. Do not park behind Walgreens, rather in the parking ramp as its free and safe.

J H: I called right as they opened and John scheduled me his last appointment for the day. He had been there for 9 hours before my appointment and took his time to give me a super sick haircut. He didn't rush it, he gave me what I had asked for and customized the cut to make it perfect for my hairs needs. *I have a ton of super curly thick hair so if you're looking for a place you can trust with your curls look no further* I'm a stylist myself so I haven't been into a new salon or gotten a cut from someone I didn't work with or already know In 12 years.
