J H: I called right as they opened and John scheduled me his last appointment for the day. He had been there for 9 hours before my appointment and took his time to give me a super sick haircut. He didn't rush it, he gave me what I had asked for and customized the cut to make it perfect for my hairs needs. *I have a ton of super curly thick hair so if you're looking for a place you can trust with your curls look no further* I'm a stylist myself so I haven't been into a new salon or gotten a cut from someone I didn't work with or already know In 12 years. I have a long hair history and sometimes forget some things that may affect how color comes out but she has a lot of experience and is quick to make changes and fixes. She is also sooo fun and every time i get my hair done we blah blah for hours. Highly recommend!

Adalpe Leal: Great place to go shopping. You could pretty much find everything you need for your house. If you’re looking for bulk stuff, we go there about twice a month and we spend around 300 bucks. Employees are really helpful if you need help with anything looking for something carrying something putting something on a cart something that’s heavy these employees go above and beyond to help, great service and you can find so many so many stuff there

Sid S: Great food options for personal or business. This location is definitely geared more towards restaurants and convenient stores. Where as there is no clothing, electronics or jewelry. There is a abundance of cooking products such as knifes, pans, commercial mixers and ovens. Lots of cleaning products, many more options for beverages, snack type options, also a much larger refrigerated section offering similar options though in more commercial quantities. To be clear it is a very good choice for personal to shop here.Only downside is no food court area, likely due to the significantly fewer customers passing through the store at this location.
Mike Cole: and products for resale.There is no food court, pharmacy or samples but there is some crossover in merchandise. Often the exact same product at regular Costco is a bit less expensive here.The selection for meat, cheese, fruit and vegetables and other food products is much better. Need a whole goat?

I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.
Justin Young: The staff at this location is always so top notch. It’s easier for me to buy online but that’s a mistake when instead I’m able to get support from the folks that work at the store. Every single time I’ve left extremely satisfied. Keep up the great work.
cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.

She fixed my orange hair from years of bad coloring and has always been realistic with my hair goals. She is the best of the best when it comes to blonde hair. Another shout-out goes to Vanessa who has cut my hair for years. She is fantastic at communicating what she thinks would be best based on my requests. The Beauty Room is a beautiful space with great product lines too!

Shawna L: Margot has been cutting, coloring, and styling my hair for many years. She's extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her work. She has a great eye for creativity and is so gentle and caring with me when she's doing her work. She listens really well when I have an idea of what I want and works with me on anything new I may want to try. The salon is always a welcoming environment, everyone who works there is super sweet, there's lots art on the walls, and it always smells really nice.

Sam Tao: I cannot recommend a better place to get a haircut in the twin cities. For $25, you get both a haircut and a shampoo. My barber, Nam, did a great job on my hair and cut it in a way that white people just can't achieve. He also went above and beyond in my fade and styling my hair after. The store is very busy and you might have to wait a bit, but the wait is worth it.

Cheng Vang: Trang cut my hair and she was amazing. English was their second language but she did her best to accommodate the hairstyle I wanted. I asked for a two block and she cut it perfectly for me. It's hard to find a stylist or barber that cuts it well and she did a great job.
