By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams.Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. He walked us through all the different styles, qualities, and values of diamonds and bands. We were able to design a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring we thought was perfect, and at the best possible value. This was through no fault on Ryan’s behalf, but rather because her “dream ring” had a last minute alteration she desired. I gave Kelsey full creative control of the creation of the ring, and trusting a stranger has never paid off like it did here. Adjacent to the Minneapolis institute of Art or MIA which is a wonderful art museum, right down down the street from the Walker Art Center which is an excellent contemporary Art Museum/resource complete with the late great Siah Armajani’s fantastic poetry bridge that takes one over and or back from the lovely Lorring Park where there is much to see and do.

I had no expectation they would do anything for me since the item had been purchased elsewhere; at most I thought they might be able to send it somewhere for repair at my expense.After listening to me explain the situation, the salesperson looked around in a few drawers, found an identical bracelet and traded it for the defective one with no hesitation. I was so happy and appreciative, I told her I could have hugged her. And she actually took me up on it.This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a retailer. I am beyond impressed--and so thankful for the kindness of the sales associate and Brighton's policy of standing behind its product.

I showed a picture to Dave who had it custom made. That went so well I bought a Tanzanite stone and had another custom ring made for myself. I bought a few small 1855 gold Portuguese Coins and had a his and her set made. I’ve sold stuff on consignment a wedding ring, me never been married. I sent Dave a Cutco knife for his birthday too.

I took a custom ring in to have a stone set, and he was able to immediately recognize that I paid WAY too much for a Diamond Nexus stone. He even showed me side by side how it should looked. I was floored. He offered a better quality stone for so much less than what I originally paid Diamond Nexus. Additionally, he set and sautered my ring same day. Most places I called quoted me way more and it wouldn't have even been done before Christmas. Because I was able to make a return with Diamond Nexus, he SAVED me money with a better stone and the labor to set and sauter the ring. They gained a customer for life and I'd recommend them to anybody. I got so lucky finding them. Don't go anywhere else - this business and people like Jeffrey are one in a billion.

Emilia: This bookstore is really beautiful and has a great selection of both native and non-native authors. There are also an assortment of handmade gifts that are clearly made with care. When I was there today one of the employees helped me find some horror books. They had lots of good suggestions and were friendly and genuine.
