Nicole Crittenden: The staff at this location are amazing, I had a pawn there and when I wanted to pick my pawn up, the COVID quarantine hit, even though they were closed for two weeks and opened back up, the owner was so nice that not only did he not charge me any additional interest during the closure and an additional two weeks they were open that I did not know they were open for, but he gave me a discounted price and over 150.00 off of what I should have paid. The owner made a lot of accommodations for me and I am extremely grateful!
PRINCE: I bought a couple of laptops that they had on sale. That was the best deal I ever had in a pawn shop and I want to say that Carlos who is one of their employee, is awesome. Thanks guys because of you, my school will have some laptops

To my dismay, they had sold it earlier that morning.Now, i was slightly devastated. I know, it's only a leaf blower, but I fell in love. I immediately starting searching the internet for another one that would fill that void in my life. To my surprise, Uptown Pawn had just listed one about 4 hours earlier. I called the store and spoke with the owner. He made me an unbelievable deal. I drove straight to Uptown Pawn and brought it home. My hope is that this added addition to my small engine toys will last another 10 years. Based on the service and quality you will find at Uptown Pawn, I don't have a doubt that it will. I live on the far end of North Dakota and have an Omega that needs just one more link to fit me properly now. I went in during a short stay in Minneapolis and talked with a young lady named....Sue....I believe. If the name is wrong I apologize. She said that she would check her inventory for an additional link and call me, within 10-15 mins she called and said she didn't have one to come back and they could order me one. I did, they got my information, I asked if I was supposed to pay and she said no, we will let you know when we get it in. They called me just the other day said it was in and wanted me to call to confirm my address. I did and received it 4 or 5 days later. This is how you treat "people". Sure I didn't buy my watch there, but they treated me like a person because they didn't know if they were going to be able to help me in the beginning yet still tried looking for a link in house. 5 stars all the way around. Class act

Many Rolex dealers have a tendency to be either condescending or salesy- neither of which result in an enjoyable experience. I went to the store about 20 minutes before closing time, after which the goldsmith had already left but repair was completed by 10am the next day, and I came to pick them up in late afternoon. They did an excellent job, and appreciate that they were honest upfront that I should consider this a temporary fix and disclosed that the weld will be more brittle than the original metal. They put on a new crown without affecting the appearance which was important to me. It was ready when promised which was also important. Once it was cut off, Todd carefully explained the cost and parameters of the repairs. We also asked him to explain some options of custom making a new ring and he again took great care explaining and helping us pick out the perfect new ring using my original diamond and even reusing the gold from my ring! What I got back was a repaired ring that had been buffed and shined to beyond new condition. I was very impressed!
