Mrs. B: A friend and I decided to stop in here for Give to the Max day and Wow! It's a little girl's dream come true. There's a lot of sparkling jewelry, adorable, one of a kind purses, headbands, scarfs, and so much more. The prices are very reasonable and somethings sold are made by hand. We didn't meet the owner, but the lady who was working there was very sweet, caring, and helpful. We will definitely be going back before Christmas and other gift giving events.

0 2: I have to say without a doubt, some of the nicer people I have met in the jewelry industry. I live on the far end of North Dakota and have an Omega that needs just one more link to fit me properly now. I went in during a short stay in Minneapolis and talked with a young lady named....Sue....I believe. If the name is wrong I apologize. She said that she would check her inventory for an additional link and call me, within 10-15 mins she called and said she didn't have one to come back and they could order me one. I did, they got my information, I asked if I was supposed to pay and she said no, we will let you know when we get it in. They called me just the other day said it was in and wanted me to call to confirm my address. I did and received it 4 or 5 days later. This is how you treat "people". Sure I didn't buy my watch there, but they treated me like a person because they didn't know if they were going to be able to help me in the beginning yet still tried looking for a link in house. 5 stars all the way around. Class act

Justin: I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and MSP jewelers. Starting out, I knew nothing other than that I needed to purchase an engagement ring so I could propose to my true love. By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams.Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. He walked us through all the different styles, qualities, and values of diamonds and bands. We were able to design a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring we thought was perfect, and at the best possible value. Or so we thought…It turned out that, after the proposal and receiving the ring, my fiancé had a slight change in heart on the design. This was through no fault on Ryan’s behalf, but rather because her “dream ring” had a last minute alteration she desired. At first this concerned me very much because I wanted her to have the PERFECT ring, but already paid the bill on this custom finished product…Luckily Ryan was able to put me at ease and make it right. We went back to square one at the drawing board, expedited the process, and the finished finished product was absolutely perfect. Ryan even offered to take the hit on some of the extra costs of doing it over - truly a stand-up business owner.Ryan and MSP Jewelers are simply the best. Ryan and his goldsmith decided that the best way to fix my wife's ring was by laser. My wife was astonished how beautiful the ring came out. They resized and replaced the missing diamond. Rosemary Buckley: I first discovered Larissa Loden jewelry at the Renegrade Craft fair in Chicago a few years ago. Each time, I’ve gone back back and gotten another piece. I love my 2 Brene necklaces, they go with everything and I always get compliments when wearing them. I was traveling recently and had them too close to clorox wipes that leaked and tarnished the chains. Thankfully Larissa Loden were able to fix them for me. They look like new. I was so happy and appreciative, I told her I could have hugged her. And she actually took me up on it.This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a retailer. We are so happy to have maintained the original look of the ring, and absolutely love the contour band. We ended up recasting the gold into a plain ring as well. It turned out exactly as I imagined!

John III and his team gave me the option of consigning my solitaire diamond which had never been an option with other jewelers and made the transaction seamless. The wedding band was made into a cocktail ring and again exceeded my expectations with their craftsmanship and range of options. I had diamond earrings that I had purchased years before from them and unfortunately lost one. They were able to match the stone and the setting identically. Kent Boll: I was wanting to buy a special necklace for my wife she suggested Tiffany’s. I went there to spend $3k-5k. It was so outrageous expensive you needed a microscope to see the Dimond’s for that price range. I was thinking I should be able to get a pretty nice next for $5,000!!Thank god I googled Dimond stores in that area of south dale and Dimond Direct came up!!I got what would have been a 12k necklace at Tiffany’s for 3k and the customized it with even larger diamonds spaced from the center piece. They texted me pics and followed through with everything.I have found my go to jeweler from now on!!

We absolutely recommend this store for our family and friends.I found an engagement ring that I absolutely loved that was created by the owner. They had to size the ring down 3 sizes for it to fit perfectly. A month later one of the stones at the end of the melee loosened and fell out. We were not able to make it back to the store right away. We walked in without calling today because we were in the area. They matched the stone, replaced it, tightened everything, and cleaned the ring on the spot for no charge. They are so nice, knowledgeable, and stand by their products!
