Ian Taylor: I went here after months of searching for the right ring. I was introduced to Kelsey by my brother and his fiancé. He created her beautiful one of a kind ring and I was hoping he could do the same for me. I gave Kelsey full creative control of the creation of the ring, and trusting a stranger has never paid off like it did here. With just a few simple suggestions he created a masterpiece that I can’t wait to put on my girlfriend’s finger! I will be going back for the wedding band!

I called around to see who might be able to tighten it for me and New Gild said they could! I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and the jeweler tightened it while I waited within 5 minutes - they also polished my ring for me - it was just sparkling! - and didn't charge me for the visit. Will be visiting again for future jewelry needs!

While also being able to treat me with respect when I rejected many rings she brought to my attention. Always striving to work within my budget, she was able to make my dreams a reality. So much so that when it came to the bands I knew that she was the only one who would do them justice. From now until the end of time I will always have my jewelry crafted here. Justin: I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and MSP jewelers. Starting out, I knew nothing other than that I needed to purchase an engagement ring so I could propose to my true love. By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams.Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. She helped me look at different settings and understand what would be the best fit and style for my finger and needs. We are so happy to have maintained the original look of the ring, and absolutely love the contour band. We ended up recasting the gold into a plain ring as well. It turned out exactly as I imagined!

I took a custom ring in to have a stone set, and he was able to immediately recognize that I paid WAY too much for a Diamond Nexus stone. He even showed me side by side how it should looked. I was floored. He offered a better quality stone for so much less than what I originally paid Diamond Nexus. Additionally, he set and sautered my ring same day. Most places I called quoted me way more and it wouldn't have even been done before Christmas. Because I was able to make a return with Diamond Nexus, he SAVED me money with a better stone and the labor to set and sauter the ring. They gained a customer for life and I'd recommend them to anybody. I got so lucky finding them. Don't go anywhere else - this business and people like Jeffrey are one in a billion.

It was so outrageous expensive you needed a microscope to see the Dimond’s for that price range. I was thinking I should be able to get a pretty nice next for $5,000!!Thank god I googled Dimond stores in that area of south dale and Dimond Direct came up!!I got what would have been a 12k necklace at Tiffany’s for 3k and the customized it with even larger diamonds spaced from the center piece. They texted me pics and followed through with everything.I have found my go to jeweler from now on!!

They had to size the ring down 3 sizes for it to fit perfectly. A month later one of the stones at the end of the melee loosened and fell out. We were not able to make it back to the store right away. We walked in without calling today because we were in the area. They matched the stone, replaced it, tightened everything, and cleaned the ring on the spot for no charge. They are so nice, knowledgeable, and stand by their products!
