Joan: Dr. Michelle Donald is an amazing veterinarian! Her staff are equally wonderful and this is a well run, efficient, and professional veterinary service. They squeezed me in at the last minute with a very sick 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua. Dr. Donald explained everything as we went along, and was very reasonable in the tests that she recommended. Extremely transparent with procedures and pricing. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
Taryn Bradley: We brought our 8 month old in for our first appointment with Dr.Jones and was so impressed with the how thorough the staff was and the care they provided. Vets are often underpaid and overworked, so they don’t have a ton of time to spare. Our doctor never rushed to get out of the room and was so patient with us and our wiggly dog. She had answers for all questions about our puppy and followed everything up with the latest science.

The next day, I got the sweetest voicemail from their practice manager, Blanca, asking about my cat by name and how she was holding up, and saying she hoped the lily scenario didn’t ruin my valentine’s day. Uptown Veterinarian checked back in despite me not even being a client—they truly just wanted to know my cat was okay. I ended up taking her in that day after the incident, and they were able to run bloodwork so quickly. Thankfully, my cat is fine, but everyone I interacted with here was so kind and Blanca even made a point of coming down to meet my cat as I was leaving. Truly outstanding service and care, at a level which is kind of unheard of these days! I will absolutely be taking all my pets here moving forward.
Diego Jara: This clinic was able to see my dog the same day I called them. I ended up at the ER the night before and they told me that my dogs platelets were low. After speaking to the doctor here, they recommended an xray and ultrasound. They found a tumor on my dogs spleen and she was too weak to operate. The doctor explained in detail and sincerity what my options were. I appreciated the honesty. Unfortunately her prognosis was poor. I opted to try to stabilize her to get her ready for surgery but she was not improving. They were able to schedule for a same day appointment again, this time they helped her cross the rainbow bridge and they were comforting towards me.

Robeet Townsend: We are a licensed breeder through the state. Pet Central has ALWAYS been our go to for our care. The staff is more than welcoming to all of our needs. They have taken their entire team to deliver an emergency C section saving 7 puppies! That’s just 1 time they have stepped up to the plate!! They have always treated us with respect, including treatment options. We feel that they are not all about the money, more so about your pet’s quality of life. When we had to put our foundation dog down due to old age, the veterinarian, Calli gave Vega her left over Chipotle burrito for her last meal!

4worldlovers: They're the most loving and compassionate staff I've ever had the fortune of having as it pertains to the overall health and quality of all my cats!
I've been going to Lyndale Animal Hospital since I first got a kitten in 2015. It is a wonderful clinic and they are extremely kind and understanding. I am giving 4 stars because their parking lot can sometime be tricky to get into and can be frustrating if you aren't used to uptown.
They love my dog and Mister Musashi loves them. It's always great and trusted. Absolutely golden.
My 16 year old cat was recently seen by Dr. Stoddart for a quite concerning issue. The care that my cat received was so wonderful and caring. My cat is totally thriving now— and doing so well!! I could not be more impressed with the care provided by Dr. Stoddart.

She was very emotional and upset to the point where it was sometimes difficult to put her words together. The staff were just SO nice and understanding and patient with us and it was appreciated so much!

Britney Lanoue: , the veterinarian giving my cats shots informed me that my female cat needed a tooth pulled and she was experiencing gingivitis. So, I needed to find a new regular veterinarian as I was so scared I hadn't brought my cats to see a vet for a few years as a result of the incident at the corporate chain.I forwarded all my feline's medical records to this clinic and informed them that I needed her to have a dental cleaning that used different anesthetics from the disastrous event years ago. They informed me that they used a different protocol anyway and reviewed her records so they knew to avoid those medications.I informed them *many times* and I know I must have been annoying-that I was so nervous for my cat's well being for her dental cleaning that she needed. However, I have to stress the workers at this clinic are *very accommodating*, so lovely, so sweet, so helpful and empathetic. They were kind enough to call me to tell me when her cleaning was done and she was recovering very well! When I picked up my kitty that afternoon, I was told she even fed churu as a treat

Michael Braunlin: This is the only vet that I will bring my pups too. They are compassionate and don’t try to shove services down the owners throat. We had an experience with a different vet where they kept an elderly cat alive when she should have crossed the rainbow bridge. The staff here are courteous and kind. I really am thankful for the service that they provide.

T P: ...which s crazy to me because he normally doesn't even like men if I'm around and just never takes treats in a stressful situation. There was one vet tech that came in to draw blood that I felt wasn't very friendly or interactive but the one that came with her was nice enough, though I don't feel like she was listening to my pets airway when holding for blood and this was causing some extra distress that wasn't needed. Overall though, I still give 5 stars because the holder for the blood draw was doing her job, she doesn't know if a dog is going to move at a critical point. So just communication is a big thing.I also really liked Dr Perry. He was very informative and left a very detailed message about the blood work.I think the pricing could be better but that's more just about everywhere.

Cate Smith: I found a stray that was a year old and needed to be neutered because it was spraying. I brought him in and was asking around and found someone who wanted to adopt him so I asked when he would be available and they told me the date he would be neutered and ready. By the date I went on the website to adopt him, someone else already fell in love with him and he had a happy home. It was a wonderful experience.

Rylenn Rumler: Brought my 4 year old rescue pitbull this morning after two biting incidents. I’ve only had him for 6 months and his aggression is new as of about 2 months ago. Got lots of great information on further steps and I learned lots of ways to handle his aggression. After talking with them, I have changed my mind on putting him to sleep and we are going to attempt training and some medications to see if we can regulate his anxiety. The staff were very calm in dealing with him as he hates new people, small spaces, and anything in between. The ladies showed me how to be confident when he is stubborn and to ignore his attempts to be scary. They did not critique me and our handlings at all and we felt very safe going there and will definitely be going back for his bloodwork exam. They cleared a path for him walking in and out of the building as well.
MacKenzie Conran: Wonderful place to bring your pet! I was very concerned and the staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Seriously, between the two days I was there recently I must have interacted with 5-6 employees and everyone was so nice. The vet explained things to me in a way I understood and told me the “why” which helps me greatly. You can tell these people really care. They were also very transparent about cost and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The Hospital staff was so kind and gentle and patient in supporting me as I made the brutally painful decision to let my cat go in peace and without pain. They used they/them pronouns to refer to me and I didn't ask them to do so, they were just being respectful as I look semi androgynous. This made me feel really comfortable and welcome. I felt very listened to and they answered all questions I had thoroughly. The vet was really helpful and had a lot of great information for me and was really nice. I liked everyone I interacted with here and I really feel like they love and care about animals as much as I do. Definitely recommend.
