4worldlovers: They're the most loving and compassionate staff I've ever had the fortune of having as it pertains to the overall health and quality of all my cats!
I've been going to Lyndale Animal Hospital since I first got a kitten in 2015. It is a wonderful clinic and they are extremely kind and understanding. I am giving 4 stars because their parking lot can sometime be tricky to get into and can be frustrating if you aren't used to uptown.
They love my dog and Mister Musashi loves them. It's always great and trusted. Absolutely golden.
My 16 year old cat was recently seen by Dr. Stoddart for a quite concerning issue. The care that my cat received was so wonderful and caring. My cat is totally thriving now— and doing so well!! I could not be more impressed with the care provided by Dr. Stoddart.

Caitlin Caswell: Dr. Hansen is the best vet i’ve ever had! She’s so nice and puts lots of effort into every visit. She’s great at answering questions and giving guidance. The front desk people are great too, always very nice and helpful. I’ve been happy with all the care my cat has gotten here and the prices are very reasonable.

Scott Moriarity: We're a cat family and we've been very pleased with the care they get from Lake Harriet. They keep the spaces clean, are as attentive to cats as to dogs, and have provided thoughtful care.

I used them when I lived in the Cities and I still use them even though it's a little bit of a drive. They will give you care options and estimated costs so you can make the right decision for you, your pet, and your bank account.
Krista James: The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. We take both our cat and dog here and I couldn't be happier with how they treat our pets. Ann Marie Brandenburg: I've been there before with my first cat Squirt. They treated him with so much care. They said he was adorable and well taken care of. He has passed over a year ago and still very sad of the loss in my life. At that time they had grants for animals but not much any more. They may have some money now but not sure if how much. They are a wonderful organization and would recommend anyone to take there pets to MN SNAP. I was really nervous when I went back to get Squirt after his surgery, but they reassured me he would be fine in a few days. Just keep him quiet and he will be ok. No jumping up and down and all around they said. Made me smile. Love the volunteers and staff. Wonderful people and peace for pets to go

She was very emotional and upset to the point where it was sometimes difficult to put her words together. Cate Smith: I found a stray that was a year old and needed to be neutered because it was spraying. I brought him in and was asking around and found someone who wanted to adopt him so I asked when he would be available and they told me the date he would be neutered and ready. By the date I went on the website to adopt him, someone else already fell in love with him and he had a happy home. It was a wonderful experience.

Joan: Dr. Michelle Donald is an amazing veterinarian! Her staff are equally wonderful and this is a well run, efficient, and professional veterinary service. They squeezed me in at the last minute with a very sick 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua. Dr. Donald explained everything as we went along, and was very reasonable in the tests that she recommended. Extremely transparent with procedures and pricing. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
Taryn Bradley: We brought our 8 month old in for our first appointment with Dr.Jones and was so impressed with the how thorough the staff was and the care they provided. Vets are often underpaid and overworked, so they don’t have a ton of time to spare. Our doctor never rushed to get out of the room and was so patient with us and our wiggly dog. She had answers for all questions about our puppy and followed everything up with the latest science.

Krissy Otto: I had to put my dog down, and I really didn't think I would be emotional. The tech who did the procedure went above and beyond. Without me noticing at that time, we talked and shared stories through the whole process. Never felt rushed, and not once did I feel myself or my pet was undervalued like it was a job. She was very passionate.
Cassie Obarski: We recently had to put our dog to sleep and we were recommended to Access Veterinary Care from the Humane Society. We have never brought a pet here before but from the moment we called and throughout the entire process, including getting ashes back, they have been nothing but kind and receptive. Our dog has always been anxious however she seemed at ease at Access. They had a blanket for her on the floor, the kids, my husband and I were all able to cuddle around her. She was calm and relaxed which is exactly what I was hoping for. They team walked us through every step of the process and all of our questions. The kids were able to step outside the door or into the lobby as needed without being the middle of a ton of people as they were grieving.I am thankful we were recommended Access Veterinary Care and we are actually looking to switch our other dog's care to Access in the future because of our experience.Thank you to Access for all you to for these beloved family members!

In my experience they are the most caring and professional group of people I have ever met. I truly trust everyone there with my pets wholeheartedly. They are amazing for urgent care, and I have never felt quite the connection and level of compassion that Access gives compared to most clinics around. Truly if your pet needs help, this clinic is top.

River Magnuson Hagberg: If you wake up late and can't get into Mission, this place is your next best bet. Prices were comparable to Mission's. Treated animals with love and respect. Staff were cordial and compassionate. If you fill out the online application in the morning you'll get a spot within two hours. Almost went with the five star but the appointment application online was difficult to navigate and seems inaccessible because of the length/details of questions asked. Overall, my pet was treated with respect and received the care they needed.
Jenny Schmidt: About a month ago I had to bring one of my cats into urgent care for a UTI. She was well taken care of and they were so thorough and wonderful.We had to make the difficult decision to put our other cat Thomas down and we chose to come here because of our wonderful experience with our female cat. I am so glad that we chose the end of life service at Access. They were so kind, compassionate and treated our cat with dignity in his last minutes here. He had a comfortable and painless experience in his last moments with us and I am so grateful for the care they gave us. We will definitely continue to bring our female cat here. I also love that everyone that my dog and I interacted with was professional and friendly. My dog has anxiety and is jumpy and they were all the best at calming her down when meeting her. We seen Dr.Gatz and she was patient and answered all my questions throughly. If you use the urgent clinic be aware that it can take some time to be seen but it is worth the wait for the services they offer for the price. They also had all the meds my dog needed. Being a walk in clinic means you’re waiting but the team was communicative and worked to juggle all the patients. Amy was our vet tech and she was such a great listener and gave a lot of great feedback about how to move forward. She really knew her field and cared and showed compassion during a stressful time to both my fur baby and myself. Great team!
Maddie Turpin: I have no idea where these other one star reviews actually went because it wasn’t here. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere ever. My cat had an emergency bladder obstruction and we were struggling to find an emergency location that was able to work with us financially and actually had capacity. The online urgent care form was super easy to fill out and I was called back quickly after submitting it. We got in and they immediately took our sweet boy back to help relieve his pain. One of the receptionists came in and talked over all the different payment assistance programs they work with and how the process works. Vet techs and vets were so compassionate and understanding. They talked with us about our budget to see what we could get figured out to fit inside our constraints while still getting our cat the care he needed. They sent us home with donated prescription food and some of the medications he needed were donated as well to help with our cost. We’re coming back again in a few days to have the catheter removed, and its removal is included in our price we paid. Wonderful people through all steps of the process I can’t give you all high enough praise. Thank you for saving my baby and thank you for being such wonderful and helpful humans.

Paige Kehoe: Two of my cats have received services from this location. One required stitches which the cat ripped out, the other was diagnosed with extreme chin acne. The clinic saw the cats several times each, phenomenal experience throughout. The staff was attentive to our pets needs, even squeezing in appointments with little notice. Dr. Melinda Lecheler is a knowledgeable veterinarian, assisting with the chin acne. She detailed the treatment options, associated price and the likelihood of the method resolving the issue. Upon the biopsy results, Dr. Melinda provided layman explanations and clear instructions. I sincerely appreciate the help of this clinic to ensure the health of my pets.

The follow up and care for my pet has been amazing so far and I truly appreciate it!
Masha: The best and friendliest pet clinic in twin cities. My cat is not the friendliest and somehow the doctors at this clinic made him accept the care and meds while keeping him clam. And when he got a really bad puncture wound, they made sure that he got admitted the same day and continued checking on his health until he fully recovered. Highly recommend and can't thank them enough.

Kristen Weller: Shelby at the quarry Banfield is the face of this Banfield, and has always treated us great. All the staff there are attentive and kind. Often very busy, but always curteous and clear and treat my dog well.
Emily: As someone who moves a lot I really appreciate that each location is connected. It’s also great for when you have an emergency, if one location doesn’t have an opening you can call around to find one that does. Having the ability to drop my dog off in the morning before work is amazing. The prices are reasonable, as well. I really liked the staff at this location so far, my dog was well taken care of.

Amy North: My cat got into a bottle of Zyrtec around 3 in the morning. I looked up the closest animal hospital to me and ended up at Como Park Animal Hospital. I told the vet tech what happened and she had me fill out some paperwork. She then let me know that I should call pet poison control, as if they called I would have to pay an additional fee. She said she wasn't going to charge me for an appointment unless poison control said he needed medical attention of some kind. She even let me use an exam room while I was on the phone. Luckily, poison control said he had ingested a small enough dose that I just needed to monitor him and take him back in if he started acting abnormally. The call to poison control cost $59 versus the hundreds of dollars I thought I would have to spend! The vet tech was so kind and accommodating that I will definitely be going here in the future!

Fixed her up relly nice, It was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Also I think it's worth noting when I brought my cat to the vet before she peed herself because she was so scared and they did a good job at the other place but this place did exceptionally well she did not even pee and I thought for sure she would.

Our experiences with all of the staff throughout the past years has been so overwhelmingly positive in every way. I can’t thank the team at SPPH enough for their kind, caring, and compassionate approach to all health concerns, both big and small. We moved out of the area five years ago and even though it’s a much longer drive than it was when we first started going, it’s never crossed our mind to go elsewhere. Despite the busy demand all vets are facing lately, they do everything they can to get our pups in as promptly as possible with empathy and grace.There is so much more I could say and countless examples I could give, but from the bottom of my heart, thanks for everything you all do!

I am very pro-active about the care of my two cats, and she really makes me feel at home. The cats both love her, and are always so calm and relaxed at the vet. Very great price points with multiple options to keep it affordable.Also, the surgery team did great! Sylvie's spay and Loki's dental extraction both went wonderfully. I was given many updates over the phone and very clear, kind directions. Highly recommend if you're in the Minneapolis or St. Paul area!

Diva JR: For me and my Fur-baby Mission Animal Hospital was a blessing from the emergency vet referral.🙏🏻 We had visited that night that my Coco Channel, continued to be sick for the second day in a row. From the time they opened the door, I was very surprised on how organized and friendly the staff is. 🏼 I was so grateful that people are so supportive and passionate with helping in any shape or form to get your pet checked-in. It is a walk-in hospital, first come first serve and depending on the emergency the vet makes the decision to assist. Especially on a Saturday, and it was busy. I cannot Thank you’ll enough for the follow up call they make after a week, to check-in. 👍🏼 Just Amazing Lifesavers working there. Ann Wartnick: Love this place and the prices but upset I drove all the way there at 7 in the morning on a Saturday just to wait 30 mins in the cold just to see a little sign on the door saying that they are closed this weekend due to staff meeting. It doesn’t say that on their website which I think would be very helpful. Also very hard to get ahold of and long waits but they do get you in. They do take care of your animals though so I switched it from 3 to 4 stars.
