Rasikanand Harvind: It was... alright lol. Going by the other reviews here, you would assume service was terrible. That's not the case at all. When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

Many other stores' color schemes seen pale, dusty, drab, listless, neutral and a tad boring.Kelly & Caroline were very kind, attentive, helpful and good-natured during my first visit to this location, and I was able to find several things for an upcoming international trip. ¡Muchas gracias por su ayuda! The store was clean and huge, and the clothes clearly well-organized and tastefully arranged. I definitely plan to come back.

It was SOO important to me that I was able to try the clothes on because of my short stature and I needed them within 2 days and some of the clothes would need hemming. Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

I came back to exchange them and they did not have my size. When I found out they had a standalone store in St. Louis Park I was thrilled to go visit. It was even better than I'd imaged and I walked out having spent way too much money. Kirby Leiwu: Amazing quality clothing. I’ve worn my sweatshirt 4 days in a row , and my son loves his baseball hat. Their customer service is phenomenal. Had a tiny hole in sleeve and they sent out a new one the next day. It’s how customer service used to be. Would buy over and over.

I don't think that what they're doing is particularly unique, especially because there are many businesses competing in that same niche. That said, the clothes are good quality, and worth checking out if you're in the area.
