Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

Rasikanand Harvind: It was... alright lol. Going by the other reviews here, you would assume service was terrible. That's not the case at all. When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

It is harder and harder to find folks willing to work with you and help you learn what you need to about the products they are selling - I find that the older I get, the easier it is for me to say "Forget it" when some 18 year old tries to fake their way through the purchase process, and I have been known to walk right out the door. Let's face it, baby stuff can be expensive, and for that kind of money I want to work with someone who is educated in the product.That is exactly what we found at this store. The owner herself was hands on, walking my wife and l through the process of identifying the best values for the product we wanted. She went over the top to ensure that our experience there was a good one, even offering to help find an alternate method of receiving products that didn't happen to be in stock. After having a greatly disappointing visit to a big box baby store, I can only say thank you to the people at Pacifier Kids - their business model was 'spot-on' for us. 100% would recommend.
Nick Wolner: Great little store next to Punch pizza with cute baby and toddler clothes and gifts. My wife calls it Baby Patina. Employees greeted us right away and were very helpful during our hour long visit. They were very open to my three year old daughter playing with everything. We live in Chicago, but will be back!

I found FOUR adorable suits that are super flattering and fun, and June, one of the employees, was so incredibly helpful. She brought stuff for me to try on, and her picks were spot-on. This store is more on the expensive side, but I feel like I got great quality swimwear that will last for at least a few years. I will definitely be back!

After telling her i wasn't able to afford some of there prices and was looking for things on sale she still treated me with dignity and respect. She pulled a few suits she thought would look nice on me in my size. I normally wear all black not much color in my wardrobe I tried on a bright pink floral print one piece nothing i would have ever grabbed. She sold me... She complimented me made me see it differently and convinced me to get it. I got 5 compliments on the suit that night! She was so sweet and helpful. After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! I called several times and was told I would get a call back with an update. That didn't happen until I left a google review. If you're looking for an update respond to the confirmation email instead. That would have gotten me to the right person faster. Once I did get through to someone who knew what they were doing I got good service and he came up with a solution that worked for both of us.

Initially there was a problem with the rocker from the manufacturer and baby grand with no effort resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

They called me back just a few hours later and had one set of bed rails unclaimed for and said to come by the following week and pick them up. Liesl Feeney: This employees that work at this Soma are incredible. I highly recommend you go in for a quick and judgement free measuring session, huge thanks to Shawn who helped me with that, rather than wandering around for 15 minutes picking out bras to try on in the incorrect size, like I did. Shawn measured, asked me a couple questions about my likes and dislikes and brought me back an incredible selection of well fitting bras. Grace is also amazing, she is super friendly and helpful and was able to guide me to one of the most beautifully cut and flattering dresses I've ever owned. They let me know about the rewards program as well which when you sign up you'll get $20 off $100 which is fantastic. Highly recommend this location for the most personalized shopping experience, with the best shop assistants.

I worked with Shy, who was absolutely fantastic! She did not make me feel rushed even when the store it self was fairly busy. And, I was so comfortable with her! She was just a gem! So my experience in the store was 5 stars all the way! Now for the product - best bras I have owned. Like, I have never been so comfortable in a bra in my life!

She sized me and then brought me some to try on and these bras were THE MOST COMFORTABLE bras I have ever had on. While in the fitting room I heard other Soma first that were really excited with the bras, it was great to be a satisfied costumer and to know there were others that will surely be back in the future!

Ron Sarat: I was shopping for a gift so I needed help. Anna came over and my phenomenal experience began. I wanted a sweater and Anna tried everything to find one in the 3T size I needed. Even suggesting competitors. She offered to have one sent from the warehouse, but it wouldn't have arrived in time. Then all of a sudden she thought of the mannequin. Sure enough that was it. I will be shopping there over and over again thanks to such outstanding customer service.

JC Cross: I went on Black Friday. Despite the large crowds, the customer service was exceptional.We always get our Christmas PJs from Carter’s. I haven’t found a better deal. They didn’t have the style I preferred in the store, so the manager helped me by searching their online inventory. I struck out there too, but she recommended some other styles that worked great.
