I worked with Antony at the North Loop location and over the course of 6+ months Antony personally guided me, gave great advice and put up with 8 guys being slow and making multiple excuses/changes. The suits fit perfect and will be great additions to our wardrobes in the future, but more importantly the service and guidance from Antony was the best part and highly recommend him and the North Loop location for any daily needs or celebrations.

When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

P H: Went downtown to buy an item at a allegedly quality men’s store. Stopped in Hubert Whites randomly on my way to other. Good selection of quality brands in wide range of sizes. So many stores have the idea that a 32 length pant is as tall as men get. Not here. Unlike the mens store on the corner of downtown I went to after my purchase at Hubert White; where it appeared intrusive that I came in to drop probably 300$ on an item; the person that assisted me at Hubert White was friendly, engaging-I was welcome. I can tell if you need to get some serious business wear or shoes or grab simple quality casual wear —This is the place you'll be assisted as needed and be happy you shopped local. Purchase with a smile b4 & after.

I've been waiting on writing this review until I had actually gotten to wear the suit.The experience of having the suit made was top notch. You make an appointment, so you're the only person in the storefront and you have the complete attention of the eponymous brothers. The process of choosing fabrics, features, buttons, monogramming, etc is quite efficient, and I even had fun. I let the Brothers know that I was colorblind, and they discretely ignored anything I showed interest in that was not on my desired color scheme. Both of the Brothers were wearing suits with different features so that they could demonstrate different styles when you design your own suit. I found this incredibly helpful. The whole thing took about an hour.My suit was ready in a few weeks. It fit as expected during the in store try on. The build quality was great and it came out better than I had imagined. Fast forward a few months to actually wearing the suit. I got non-stop compliments and the suit performed as well as expected.The cost of the suit is definitely higher than some mass market men's wear stores or lower end department stores, but it is definitely reasonable. I think cost was very comparable to your specialty stores like Hubert White or higher end department stores, but the product is so much better since it's completely bespoke.I can't wait to wear my suit again, and I will definitely have some more shirts made at King Brothers.

I went in on a Tuesday and spoke with Ron and told him I was leaving Friday and just needed to get measured and they can ship my suits to me. By some stroke of luck they were able to finish altering one of the suits by Thursday so I had one to wear right away at my new job. I love Milberns. They are affordable and comfortable and they know what they are doing. I will only ever go here for suits and formal attire. They also have some really great looking peacoats and sweaters.

Eric Ly: One word - RON. I booked my appointment online with a stylist and was assigned Ron upon my arrival to help with finding the right suit. Ron was as kind a gentleman as they come. He was attentive, personable, and professional. I learned more in the short 30 minutes about suits than hours spent at other stores. Ron made sure I was comfortable in the suits we tried on while also providing his feedback on what color matched my skin tone, etc. He also helped me find the color of a sports coat that I am totally in love with. In a time where great customer service is hard to find, Ron bucked the trend and provided truly extra-mile customer service. Let's just say I'm a believer and I'm sending everyone his way. I'm sure the other staff members are great, but Ron is the dude!

Justin Opie: Huge selection of men's suits and accessories. The pricing was more than fair, and the staff was friendly.I used this store to buy suits for my children for my wedding. We ended up buying 5 suits and had 3 of the 5 alerted. The tailors were helpful, and alterations were well done. The dressing rooms were a little cluttered with previous guest wrappings or garbage, but it was still acceptable.I would highly recommend this store for budget friendly dress attire for any age group.
