Rasikanand Harvind: It was... alright lol. Going by the other reviews here, you would assume service was terrible. That's not the case at all. When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

Phillip Conley Jr: The staff here are all stars. They gave me so much in my time of visit. Although they didn't have my size in the shoes I was looking for, they worked to give me valuable info to serve the rest of my trip. AMAZING! I enjoy our interactions and they also allowed me to look around and take in the space without feeling rushed or smothered. Staff were getting things done although they were completing tasks. The shoe selection here is out of this world. It's a hidden gem. I pride myself on wearing shoes I don't see many people wear, and I find a lot of rare footwear here. When you visit, let me know what your thoughts are. I'll return off the pure fact that the staff were so friendly.
Carla Semple: Everytime I go in here, whether my son is with me or not, I get excellent service. That says alot in today's age where kids don't want to work. These kids all work together, are friendly to customers and other staff. They seem genuinely pleased and eager to help you. I am more than happy to stop in this store whenever my son asks.

Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

Kyle Chank: I've ordered Bonobos a few times and love their clothes fit/style. So I took that to heart and jumped all in for going with Bonobos for my wedding suit and all my groomsmen. I worked with Antony at the North Loop location and over the course of 6+ months Antony personally guided me, gave great advice and put up with 8 guys being slow and making multiple excuses/changes. The suits fit perfect and will be great additions to our wardrobes in the future, but more importantly the service and guidance from Antony was the best part and highly recommend him and the North Loop location for any daily needs or celebrations.

Check locally before ordering on line. We need to keep quality stores in our neigborhoods.

Greg Couves: Patagonia is amazing and it's not an empty statement to say I'm a convert for life.Someone burned a hole in my Tres Parka. I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Lisa Carmichael: Cute store with everything Patagonia. Women’s, Men’s, Kids, and Newborn. Fitting rooms and a play area for kids. Jackets, snow pants, vests, sweaters, tshirts, gloves backpacks, hats, and the list goes on. Clean space. Helpful associates. Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.
Justin Young: The staff at this location is always so top notch. It’s easier for me to buy online but that’s a mistake when instead I’m able to get support from the folks that work at the store. Every single time I’ve left extremely satisfied. Keep up the great work.
cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.
