I have purchased at least 10 different types of clothing and other items which all had the same top notch quality. Sam was able to assist me in finding a duffle bag which he had in store and offered to ship it for free. I was very impressed with the customer first approach and the quick shipping options. Check locally before ordering on line. We need to keep quality stores in our neigborhoods.
Mia Bremer: The clothes may be a little spendy but are a good investment because the always look good on my husband and fit well. The Alaskan Guide shirt is a winter staple. My husband has two and he wears them more than any others in our Minnesota winters.

I will be doing my shopping in-store from now on - staff is always helpful & friendly and I know they will take care of me as a customer.

Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

I came back to exchange them and they did not have my size. She was going to the store in Edina to work the next day and made sure to check if they had the size even though the computer said they didn’t, and then called me to follow up and let me know they did. She was so unbelievably helpful, free people is lucky to have her on the staff!

Emma Anderson: helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.

The staff also gave our daughter some stickers when she was getting antsy. We love Carhartt anyways, but this was a great reminder that it's more than just quality clothing.

He’s super friendly and just made sure I was happy with my experience and I appreciate that so much because you don’t get a lot of that lately in retail so I really appreciate his customer service! I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.
Justin Young: The staff at this location is always so top notch. It’s easier for me to buy online but that’s a mistake when instead I’m able to get support from the folks that work at the store. Every single time I’ve left extremely satisfied. Keep up the great work.
cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.

When I found out they had a standalone store in St. Louis Park I was thrilled to go visit. It was even better than I'd imaged and I walked out having spent way too much money.
