Amanda Rakos: I am standing outside in this awful Minnesota frigid weather, and I am sweating. Yes they are expensive, but the quality is so worth it!! Service was admittedly hit or miss. The first two times I went it was meh... To the point that I wasn't sure I wanted to return BUT!! V was incredibly helpful so this review is for V. I cannot say enough good things about him!! He listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions for styles I hadn’t even considered, and was really knowledgeable about the brand! Thank you V for your wonderful, KIND service. Highly recommend!

Check locally before ordering on line. We need to keep quality stores in our neigborhoods.
Mia Bremer: The clothes may be a little spendy but are a good investment because the always look good on my husband and fit well. The Alaskan Guide shirt is a winter staple. My husband has two and he wears them more than any others in our Minnesota winters.

When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.

cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.
