Makayla McGregor: I could not speak more highly about a&bé bridal shop in Minneapolis! The vibe of the shop was amazing, from the names of the brides coming in that day written on the door, to the amazing staff and wide variety of dress options. I could not have had a better experience if I tried! Hannah was my bridal stylist, and was an absolute joy to work with. She was extremely helpful, and was willing to pull so many different dress styles to help me find the one for me. She definitely made the day go so much smoother, and made the day even more fun! She was also very responsive when I had questions weeks later about my dress. I could not recommend a&bé and their staff enough!! 😊
Blair Prewitt: a&bé was the first spot I went to try on dresses. I really loved a brand that they carried, but after trying them on, I wasn’t sure anymore.My consultant - Liv - PHENOMENAL. I can’t say enough good things about her. I felt like we were best friends and she hyped me up so much even though internally I was struggling. She ended up pulling a dress that was so different than what I pictured myself in, but once I had it on I knew that was my wedding dress.I left without buying since I still wanted to try on some other styles, but I came back a few weeks later and bought it.I never felt pressured to buy anything and Liv truly treated me like I was just playing dress up with no expectations. I was so happy to buy from them, specially because of Liv!I am giving 4 stars because I do wish they had larger sizes of some of their tighter dresses. I am a 8/10, and it was extremely difficult to picture myself in certain dresses that I loved because they were SO tight. It’s so important to be able to try on things that may not fit exactly right, but still give you an accurate picture of what the right size would look like. Trying on dresses that were extremely tight put me in a super overstimulated space mentally, so I would just love to recommend to the store to carry a larger size of all dresses.Other than that, store was stunning and never felt overcrowded.THANK YOU LIV
Anna Stumbras: Can't say enough about Rachel. Shopping, let alone wedding dress shopping, is not my comfort zone. Rachel made the process fun and relaxed. She was my first appointment of the day and I was so happy to return to the dress she helped me fall in love with!

Lisa Nicklay: a&be has sooo many dress options. I had often times heard they are more "Boho" if you will, which made me feel they would only have one style of dress but that is not at all the case. They offer plenty of styles and many unique options for all kinds of bridal dresses. They also promise to stay within the budget they give you and won't ever try to do a sales pitch or put you in something you cannot afford. I worked with both Stella and Macy. Both were extremely helpful, kind and fun. They were very easy going, which was a huge priority to me being that the experience can be overwhelming. I did end up buying a dress from here that I absolutely love. Overall, I had an awesome experience and would highly recommend coming here if you are looking to book a wedding dress appointment!

Savanna Basina: LOOK NO FURTHER! This is THE shop. I went to 6 other shops before this one all over MN. Tried on around 100 dresses before here. The consultants are phenomenal. Best experience. Only shop I’ve been to where some designers custom cut your dress to your size! Save yourself the headache of other shops, GO HERE!
julia kotelevskaya: I literally had the best time at A&BÉ in Minneapolis! Everyone was so sweet and excited! Hannah was my bridal stylist and SHE IS LITERALLY THE BEST! She was so easy to work with and she was genuinely so much fun to hang out with! Olga Zakharenko: Absolutely loved my experience at The White Room. They had such an incredibly diverse selection of dresses and styles. And Leo was so helpful and kind throughout the process. They were super knowledgeable and pulled a few dresses I wouldn’t have even thought to try. The owner, Carmen, is lovely as well and stopped by to congratulate me. I ended up finding my dress here and I couldn’t be more thrilled to wear it!
Stephanie: I can’t say enough amazing things about The White Room! I had my heart set on a dress that was not in store and Gretta helped me look at some gowns with similar fabric. Carmen and Nikki were so kind and helped me order the dress I wanted and communicated when it was ordered and when it arrived in store.Fariba did all of my alterations in store and was so helpful! She did an outstanding job altering my dress to fit me just right. When I went to pick up my dress, both Carmen and Fariba made sure I was happy with everything and made me feel so special! Honestly, it was such a good experience I wanted to buy a dress just to give them my business. First off, I loved the layout of the store. It had a really cool vibes with big beautiful windows that let in tons of natural light. I realized this was extremely important while bridal dress shopping. At my appointment, I worked with Jill. Who was laid back and made my feel both confident and comfortable the entire time. Jill always stayed within my budget and was extremely knowledgeable. Let's just say she had an eye for things I might have not tried on, which made a positive impact on me. After awhile dress shopping becomes overwhelming, but Jill helped take the pressure off and knew just what to grab. The White Room had an awesome selection of dresses, especially if you want something unique. The White Room left a lasting impression on me. If you're considering going here to look at wedding dresses, I would highly recommend it!

Working with them in photoshoots and whenever I am in the bridal shop, I always feel welcomed and comfortable. Along with, of course, all of the beautiful dresses the supply. Maggie Schmidt: The White Room was possibly my favorite part of planning our wedding. These women are the BEST. Their highly curated style offers a portfolio of dresses that are high fashion and timeless.The personal attention that is provided by the team is the tops. Nikki helped us primarily, but we fell quickly in love with Gillian and [owner] Carmen at subsequent visits. Nikki was easy to get along with and was very calm and supportive, while also offering advice from someone who has done this for many years and helped many clients. Her advice was never pushy and she always worked hard to ensure my opinions were heard, amongst the voices / opinions of my nearest and dearest.I opted for a Laure de Sagazan gown and Nikki took about 25 different measurements. It was amazing to have a dress created to my personal specifications. When the dress arrived, I decided to have alterations done at The White Room, which was a slam dunk decision. Valentina was so talented and handled the alterations deftly. Nikki and the girls helped give me insight on how to have Valentina bustle the dress and sent me home with helpful tips on how to store it, steam it, clean it, preserve it.I wish I could buy dresses from The White Room way more often. These women are the absolute best. They'll be the first to admit that their collection might not be for every bride, so check out their website. If you like even one of the designers they carry, make an appointment. You will love this experience.
Mackenzie Cook: I had three bridal appointments at different stores in Minneapolis and The White Room blew them all out of the park. Their store environment is unmatched and all of the girls are so sweet and friendly. They really make the experience special for you. The dresses are clean and their selection is great. I ended up purchasing two dresses from them. Special shout-out to Leo for helping me find my dream dresses. She was so nice and fun to work with! Highly recommend!

Hannah Moland: Cannot speak highly enough about my experience at the White Room! This was my second stop while dress shopping and absolutely my favorite. Leo was AMAZING, so kind, so thoughtful, so encouraging!! I was able to pick my own dresses off the rack which was really fun and very different than other places we went. I found two dresses I absolutely loved and needed some time to think about it. There was zero pressure from the staff to purchase that day which I loved, bc I really wanted to be sure in my decision! Leo was so helpful and quick to make me a return appointment a few days later to retry on my two favorites and make my final decision. I feel more and more confident in my choice as the days go on! I am also so thrilled alterations are in house, makes things so easy. Definitely recommend going here!
C Cabe: I worked with Leo this past weekend and I can’t describe how wonderful of an experience I had. I had been to other bridal stores and the experience here was above and beyond. Leo specifically made a point to really listen to what I wanted, Leo pulled items off the rack that I had overlooked but based on extensive knowledge pulled my dream dress. I had a really hard time shopping up to this point because I was feeling self conscious about sizing. I never felt that way here. Leo also provided critical knowledge about how things would fit in my size and how things could be tailored in the future to fit me. I cannot say enough about the experience. I will be recommending the white room to all my friends dress shopping.

It’s so hard to pick out dresses and with their styling expertise, they picked out some amazing dresses knowing that they would flatter me and look truly immaculate, and classy with my hourglass figure. It’s been so hard to find something that fits my shape until I stopped at DUGO! As I was trying dresses on, I’d walk out to the big mirrors, while other women in the shop were stunned and it just made me feel even better! I felt like a top model! They did an over the top job helping me feel good and confident for all of the outfits for the wedding weekend. Sit back, and let them work their magic! Be open to let them know what you’re looking for! The ladies are all professional stylists and specialize in their merchandise and I was just blown away by their knowledge! They made me feel like a Princess! 💕 Best customer service and formal dress shopping experience that I’ve ever had in my entire life! I am so glad I chose DUGO for wedding apparel. I definitely know I will NOT be wearing the same dress as someone else because they are all unique unlike buying one from a competitor.

The staff is expert in navigating the world of custom formal and cocktail dressing for all ages and sizes. Also offered are premium ready to wear special occasion dress lines. As a one location shop not all styles and sizes are in stock, but the staff are able to order directly from the designers, both custom and ready to wear. Great American and European lines of work and play clothes are also carried. The jewelry and accessories are remarkable. Dugo seems always to be looking for new offerings so you need to come by often to see what is new. Styling and wardrobing assistance are specialties of the experienced and courteous staff. Best results are ensured by giving the staff time for custom special occasion dress searches. However the staff will scramble to accommodate any timeline as best it can. Take a look at dugo on facebook to get a taste of the offerings and the current special events that occur regularly.

Adina Jonke: Would highly recommend Anna bé to all brides to be! The shop offers large individual spaces for you and your guests so you don’t even know if another appointment is going on. Olivia emailed and called me before my appointment to get a sense of what I was looking for and then even sent me some dresses to look at before I came in so she knew exactly what to pull for me to try on! She wasn’t pushy at all but asked all the right questions. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the end of my appointment and she made time for me to come back later in the day so I could say yes!

My brilliant sister-in-law, Amanda, made the appointment, knowing it would check all the boxes for me. She was RIGHT. Surrounded by my sister, sister-in-law, and bff, Claire guided me through dreamy dress after dreamy dress. It came down to two choices at the end but when posed with the question, “when you’re standing up there by Matt, what do you see?” I started bawling and knew the answer. Claire agreed! We added the veil and the rest is history. Perfect dress, perfect experience, perfect wedding 3 months later in Palm Springs. I cannot thank Claire enough nor recommend Anna Bé more highly. It’s the best boutique in MN.

I also liked that after the appointment she sent a follow up email asking how my dress search was going and if I had any questions or concerns. Anna Be clearly has amazing customer service and cares about everyone who walks through the door!Another thing I’ve really enjoyed about Anna Be is all the events they have going on. I love Katherine Tash and was thrilled that I was able to attend the trunk show! I am also so excited to come back in June to try on the Kim Kassas collection. My stylist Emily knew I was super interested in that designer and let me know right away that trunk show was going on. I cannot wait to come back! It jams even when the dress isn’t on so it’s not merely a factor of the dress being tight. Cheap, corner cutting design but still high prices.

They allowed us to shop around and try on as many as we liked, we even were able to go back a second time. I had a bridesmaid drop out last minute and they were so quick to respond with trying to find alternatives to match the other dresses, although we didn't go with their alternative option its the thought that counts that they worked so hard to try and help the bride out!

Kelsey Hobbs: Trying on dresses with Nikolina was the highlight of my wedding dress search. Even my less vintage-inclined friends were impressed with her incredible design knowledge and the vision she cast for modifying each piece to create my own personal aesthetic. She was so fun to work with! Shopping through their selection does require some imagination, but as someone who loves envisioning possibilities, this was half of the adventure. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to create a personal and unique vintage dress or revive a historical piece with sentimental value - you won't regret taking the time to imagine with Nikolina.

After I booking tickets home to visit Minnesota I also made an appointment at Andrea’s Vintage Bridal.My experience at Andrea’s was fabulous! My mom, maid of honor, and future sister-in-law were able to go with me, and we had an absolutely lovely time! Nikolina, Andrea’s daughter, was so welcoming and extremely helpful! From the moment we walked in she gave us her undivided attention, and made the whole experience fun. For the first time in my search for a wedding dress I was able to enjoy the process of taking my time to look at gowns and try them on. Nikolina pulled so many beautiful dresses for me to try and offered extremely helpful styling advice when it came to many of the gowns. She was able to suggest so many ideas, such as the removal of sleeves, the remaking of a bodice, or adding a train. For the first time I was also finding dresses that I loved! Not only did the dress I ended up buying exceeded my expectations, but it was affordable and within my budget.The shop also offers very reasonable alterations, and has a beautiful assortment of vintage jewelry, accessories, and headpieces. I highly recommend Andrea’s Vintage Bridal. Andrea and Nikolina’s expertise and care for what they do is evident.

They were able to welcome my whole party, compared to other bridal shops in the area that limit the number of guests, we were welcomed with champagne, and when the shopping started, my stylist Dana listened to what I envisioned, and hand-selected what she felt would be good for what I was looking for. Her suggestions allowed me to pick and choose the kinds of dress styles I liked and didn't like. I ended up finding a perfectly flattering and customizable dress that was well under my $1500 budget! I look forward to coming back next month to have my bridesmaid appointment!

They took in my dress to where it was snug and comfortable, shorted it and added additional boning for structure and it was AMAZING. I am so pleased with everything from my experience.

My dress had an open back and open sides, so to take it in we first almost had to completely sew up the beautiful open sides and I was heartbroken. Tori & Jared Sandlotz: Not only did Chelsea go above and beyond for my wedding dress sleeves + "wings" vision, but she also built from scratch my mom's custom suit. With my desire for a splash of color in my sleeves which I had removed and built paired with my moms desire for an outfit unlike the assumed gender norm for a woman's outfit, we came to Chelsea with an unusual and potentially heavy lift project.My mom would drive over from Wisconsin and I down from the north to Minneapolis to make numerous day excursions together. This added to the special build up to the wedding day. In the end, there is NO ONE else I would have wanted to work with. Folks mentioned they've never seen a dress like mine and were stunned by the sleeves. My favorite part were the wings. A lovely alternative to a veil.Chelsea has the ability to uplevel your outfit, while setting yours apart from anything out there. I will be getting my dress preserved with the sleeves on main display. As for my mom, she has a custom suit she actually feels comfortable in for the rest of her life.We are so pleased and will have these memories forever. Sounds cheesy, but this time and creation all together was something I will cherish for as long as I will remember

I was able to comfortably explore the dress options by selecting several that I wanted to try, as well as some that Ilissa found that would fit my body type. One of my favorite parts of the day was when I went back to the floor to see if there were any other dresses to try on, and I happened to keep picking out the same dress to stare at over and over, but I had already tried on a similar cut at a different shop before and felt that I needed to try on other dresses. A person who was also on the floor next to us then said, "You need to try that on." I later learned after I put the dress on, and cried, I found out it was the designer of the dress himself. He walked me through the dress, the veil and earrings that he had designed for the entire look. The dress fit like a dream and I am so thankful for everyone's help that day!! E P: I went to two other bridal shops before my appointment at Ivory. Ivory Bridal was a breath of fresh air. I wasn't treated like I was "just another number", other shops made me feel like I was less important than the gowns. My experience at Ivory made me feel special. It was the experience a bride dreams of - customer service was excellent, and the owner made me and my bridesmaids feel so special. I was so impressed with the selection of dresses and Colby John made excellent recommendations based on my body type and what I was looking for in my wedding dress. They didn't pressure me or rush me into a decision, I truly felt that they cared about me and wanted to make sure I chose the best dress for me. Highly recommend - but make sure to schedule this shop last, because you are going to end up getting your dress at Ivory Bridal. Also- they have veils and jewelry & provide dress cleaning and preservation when the big day is over. Ivory Bridal is a one stop shop. Please go and ask for Colby John!
