Jill Barrette: Featuring an impressive selection of high quality billiards tables and supplies, poker and general game tables, and other bar and home furniture, this store is almost intimidating to walk through. I stopped in here with the goal of having a few pool cues fixed, and the staff was friendly and super helpful. I was quoted a reasonable price for the repairs, and the service was completed faster than the expected timeline I was given when dropping them off. Despite being likely a smaller transaction for them I felt like a valued customer for the entirety of my transaction, and was even recognized by the staff when picking up my cues. I would love to come back here for a larger furniture purchase in the future. Plenty of parking available.

Paul Kopecky: Even though my experience with a totally new Peters Billiards must have been substantially different from my father's experience back in the 70s, we must have shared the same attention to detail and level of quality of both product and care evident throughout the entire process of obtaining a pool table. From the salesperson to the installers, these people know their stuff. I tried and tried again to find a less expensive route only to add everything up, including risk, and found Peters to be the best way to go. The installers really took the time to understand how I wanted to finish the flooring and helped think through some room details that I hadn't thought of. Your mileage may vary, but my experience shows why my older brother wanted that old Peters Billiards table that my dad bought all those years ago.

Carla Addison: We did the Edina loop and looked through almost all the shops for furniture. Maya at Crate and Barrel was so helpful and friendly as we shopped with our baby. We found several pieces we loved and for the most part quality seemed to be great. Thank you Maya for making our shopping experience fun and easy and sorry about the baby dropping puffs at the end. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the end as you snuck off. Seriously considering several pieces from here!

We had to go out because we had to go somewhere but came back to this place because I wanted to get the beautiful aroma of the 2 lotion, 1 diffuser and 2 counter top cleaner that I could get not get enough which my Bf got for me and the checkout ladies had a great smile and were friendly!!! Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.
