Explained my situation.They had several options for in stock items but, nothing was really what I envisioned but, knew I was running out of time.Tracy indicated they had another shipment expected right before Christmas but, could not make guarantees. Tracy contacted the vendor multiple times during the next two weeks and by some Christmas miracle the couches arrived the week of Christmas. I’m so thankful for her persistent in helping me. I will be going there for all my furniture needs going forward. So thank you Tracy and the DMP team!

Heather Rieck: I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock at the moment. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the “vibes” in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall jovial tone . They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don’t know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars

This is truly a place that I've used as a walking vision board for the past 6 months. They have such incredible art work and arrangements for each house in the room, as I have been homeless for the quite longer than I could have expected, it was really hard to even believe in a different future amidst my current circumstances. I could not have asked for more kindness and compassion that I've received from everyone here, wether I was peeping in the window displays late night, trying to imagine a life that I could really be supported by every item, intentionally selected to motivate me to create art, or when i walked in and sat down and tried everything so i could know what i really liked and why, without limiting myself by scarcity survival mode, these beautiful people didn't even question me, treating me like the version of me that I couldn't yet see, but I knew that this place would have exactly what I needed. It's not the material that makes a difference it's the way this store consistently has provided myself and the community with a way out of no way, hope and quality and pride of ownership, inclusion and a diverse and affordable high end store that is disability friendly, urban entrepreneurship and genuine integrity and I'm just thankful that they continue to keep their doors open and create a sense of home for everyone

Glenda Harms: My husband and I had a great experience in working with DMP Furniture. After searching several other furniture stores and not finding what we wanted, we remembered the DMP store in Maple Grove and decided to stop in to see what they have. We immediately found the perfect dining room table and as we were browsing Jeff came to assist us. We discussed our concern that the table may be a little too long for our space and they worked with us to see what else they may have from this manufacturer in stock. We went home and measured and decided to fill the space with the table they had, and they assured us it will look amazing. While in the store Jeff suggested buying another fabric chair to give the set a more modern chic look. The table also had a buffet available and we bought both pieces with the chairs they suggested. Because we were in the midst of a kitchen remodel and could not take delivery right away they gladly offered to hold our purchase until we could. We could not be more happy. Anything could’ve happened with it tilting over , etc. I care about my 85 inch to much & it took me a lot to remain calm about the situation.
