There will be a line to get into the warehouse.The people working there are pleasant and the experience, even when crowded has always been positive.
Homer Rutledge: . The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

Carla Addison: We did the Edina loop and looked through almost all the shops for furniture. Maya at Crate and Barrel was so helpful and friendly as we shopped with our baby. We found several pieces we loved and for the most part quality seemed to be great. Thank you Maya for making our shopping experience fun and easy and sorry about the baby dropping puffs at the end. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the end as you snuck off. Seriously considering several pieces from here!

We had to go out because we had to go somewhere but came back to this place because I wanted to get the beautiful aroma of the 2 lotion, 1 diffuser and 2 counter top cleaner that I could get not get enough which my Bf got for me and the checkout ladies had a great smile and were friendly!!! Emily Bevelacque: I love this place, used to live across thre street and I furnished most of my apartment with their furniture. My current house is still mostly furnished by them. You can find so much qraky fun gifts and quality trend setting furniture at CB2.
Caroline D: , and when I got home 20 min later to meet them at my door after the warehouse called me, they had already left with my dresser despite the warehouse telling them to wait for me! So the shipping coordinator had to track them down. It was a mess.I will continue to shop with CB2 but will prefer to buy floor pieces or pieces that are definitely in-stock at the local warehouse. I just don't trust CB2 on the corporate side of things right now but, the MSP store location is great!

She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. As other have experienced, their excellence stops outside the store.Edit 2: We did finally get this resolved 2 yrs after purchase. The rating has changed from 5 to 1 now to 4 because the in store experience and the quality of the furniture when there's no defects is actually really good.

We weren’t sure about the neutral color for the sofa, but it is perfect against the colors in a quilt. She was very honest when ordering that it could take up to 20 weeks for delivery, however our new furniture was delivered 2 months later. We are so happy with the quality and style of the furniture and will be going back again soon.

Our space was challenging to put together well because of the shape, but Nicole spent a lot of time choosing pieces and layouts to make it work. We are so happy with the final design and the quality of the products. She had a number of meetings with us to ensure we found the products we were happy with and that worked for our family. This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.

Zach B: This review is a bit late but I came in last month on the 22nd after my girlfriend and I bought a dresser. One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!

One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.

Definitely recommend going to the showroom and taking the time to see all the options and customization that can go into your project. Installation team was awesome. Ask for Steve and Ty for installation, they were super respectful when coming into our home and what I liked most is you could tell that they really cared and wanted to take the time to make sure everything looked perfect. They absolutely crushed it and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
