In my opinion, Joe's slipcovers are better than reupholstery...they look just as good, with the added benefit that they can be removed for cleaning. Best furniture decision I've made in decades!

Kendall Englund: I had an old sleeper sofa that was 80s ugly, but very well made otherwise. I foundDesigners Best Friend on the internet and emailed him a photo of my couch. I wasn't sure slip covers would work if I wanted to pull the mechanism open to sleep on it, but he assured me that they could make it work. He came out and measured the piece, making detailed pattern pieces out of paper. I already had some fabric, but he can let you know how much to buy if you want to purchase your own or you can buy it from him. The sofa never left our house. It was supposed to take 3 weeks, but he was back in 2 weeks to put the finished slip covers on. They did an amazing job! You would never know this was not the original upholstery and each piece has a zipper in case I need to clean them. You could get a new sofa for less, but it would not be the quality of this work. I definitely recommend them!

John Oberly: The process of picking out a Lovesac sectional configuration and placing an order felt smooth and easy, without any pressure to buy. I ended up placing two separate orders. There was an issue with my second order and the folks here gladly helped get it back on track and delivered without much delay. The sectionals are well made, easy to set up, and actually made my space feel more open but with more seating space! I'll definitely be back to purchase more components to my sectional over time.

Great work and I’d recommend them if you have some solid furniture that could use a refresh. Don’t be fooled by buying new - the quality and longevity is not what it was so restoring well constructed pieces is the better choice for many reasons.

So the shipping coordinator had to track them down. It was a mess.I will continue to shop with CB2 but will prefer to buy floor pieces or pieces that are definitely in-stock at the local warehouse. I just don't trust CB2 on the corporate side of things right now but, the MSP store location is great!

One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!
Wren: plushie, and it was absolutely the most comfortable plushie I ever had. Whenever I have the need to stop by and get some new household amenities and furniture, I'll make sure to stop by IKEA. One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.

We found the one we wanted and he said they had some in stock with a color we liked but after discussing it we went with a different material since we have cats who could scratch up the original fabric. This cost extra and would take up to 6 weeks to get. We were in no rush so are very happy with our purchase and Scott.
