Greg Couves: Patagonia is amazing and it's not an empty statement to say I'm a convert for life.Someone burned a hole in my Tres Parka. I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.

cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.

Kent Elliott Allen: I’m 68, and I’ve been running since high school. Over the last year I finally had to stop running because of persistent foot injuries. I met with a sports physician and it helped but I kept getting injured. A friend recommended that I go to Fleet Feet. I got a personal fitting there, and was fitted with shoes that match my narrow, overpronating feet. Now I have run twice with no injuries. I can run again, at least a few miles at a very modest pace. I’ll slowly work up my mileage and hopefully run a few 10K races this summer. Thanks, Fleet Feet!

tyler handeland: The guys in the ski shop saved me today. I leave for a ski trip in the morning and as I gather my ski stuff I realize my skis are in rough shape. I didn’t think there was any chance I could get them serviced in time but the guys in the ski service were empathetic and got to my skis in right away. 1.5 hours later they were ready for pick up, they look amazing, and now I’m ready for the mountain!! I’m so grateful and will be back anytime I need anything ski related from now on!! Highly recommend

Well, let me tell you I had the most amazing experience at Hoigaard’s! Joseph and Chris in the snowboard and ski areas were absolutely the most kind, patient, and helpful people we could have hoped for. We are new to the ski world and another review I read said that this was the place to go if you were new to skiing and needed education/direction. That review was spot on, and I am so thankful we made the trip. Thank you Chris and Joseph for helping us find exactly what we needed to make our first adventures into skiing ones that will be successful and enjoyable. Y’all deserve every imaginable accolade one could think to speak!

Vernon assisted me in education on the different types of skis, boots, binding, poles and even inserts for my feet. I was able to be fitted and left with a great pair of skis!
