Jalen Bell: So when I walked past this place, my first thought was Gordon Ramsey’s famous tv show. Turns out they’re a local business, no affiliation. The burger was absolutely fantastic! Well seasoned, temperature just right, and it had bacon and tangy sauce that was similar to 1000 island. Bonus: They branded the bun with the logo which I thought was cool. Ordered cheesecake for dessert. A bit pricy but well worth the quality of food. I’d def eat here again when I’m in town.

Alex Rudie: Stopped in for a late lunch on a rainy day and was able to order off the dinner menu a little early. We got the lobster poutine as a an appetizer, and it came out super hot and fresh. The cheese melted on top was so gooey and delicious. I ordered the stuffed salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and flakey, and the lobster stuffing was yummy. The wild rice was a tad sweet but still yummy.

Noel Stroner: This brunch spot is adorable and has excellent food and drinks. The service wasn’t great - no one explained to us the self serve area vs full service area when we walked in, just stared at us. Another group walked in behind us and the staff then proceeded to explain everything quite kindly to them. The staff member that took our order at the counter acted quite annoyed and barely spoke to us.

Susie Haywood: We love coming here for the amazing food and the great servers. I love the pancakes. Only complaint is that we were uncomfortable due to it being hot and stuffy on warm days. Not sure if they have air conditioning.

We got our coffees quick and he recommended both the roll and eggs benedict that we ended up choosing! The role was phenomenal, definitely could be a full meal for someone, but we ended up sharing this and pictured is a half order of the eggs benedict; definitely plenty of food. The eggs Benedict came with hashbrowns that were done perfectly. The eggs benedict was great even had a little kick to it. Overall, fantastic experience we will definitely be back!

The brunch menu includes chilaquiles, which you don't see everywhere in the Twin Cities.Tilia also has a thoughtful kids menu and not particularly expensive. Weo Kick: and atmosphere cozy. Our main dishes were a little less mind blowing than the small-dish starters... One was rich but really toooo rich, making it heavier than is enjoyable, while the other entree had outstanding flavors that didn't quite blend as they should... Sharp and tangy beets, grilled cauliflower and minerally fish not melding quite right. The flavors didn't create a symphony, but also kept me intrigued... maybe it has to grow on me? All in all a very good experience and we'll definitely be back to try more original recipes. Happy this unique dining experience exists so nearby.

Not very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Service was great. We had beer, garlic cheese bread, a half hulapeno and half classic pizza. The hulapeno is one of my favorites. Spicy and sweet. Garlic cheese bread comes in about 8 small sticks with sauce. It was very cheesy! Really great place to stop. Music in the background and plants in the windows.

LM: I just moved back from WA and got Galactic for the first time in almost a decade. I worked here many moons ago, when Pete was the owner. I also enjoy whoever is replying to the reviews now, I'm assuming the current owner. This place will always have a spot in my heart, and the food is still so good. I can say from knowing personally, everything is high quality and made from scratch. It's actually so impressive, and they were ahead of a lot of trends before they became trendy. I would recommend the Shroomer, Ala Vodka, Mexicali, and Old School. Salads are also a fave, any of them. Glad this place is still around.

We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated!Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. This shows up starting with bread basket modifications, moves into extra tasting bites supplied to us from the head chef, and follows through to all our entrees and special desserts. Phenomenal staff coordination and cooperation.
