Demi: what do users think?

Ryan O John: Top 3 meals I’ve ever had. Creative pairings, stellar raw ingredient quality, locally sourced, and fabulously curated textures and tastes. On top of that the vibe is just purely welcoming and friendly.Dietary restrictions: They can seemingly accommodate anything with advance notice.

Felix Gill: It is a small kitchen environment. Seats about 25 people max. We got the eleven course Whitney meal. Great presentation.Had a lovely time.Parking: Use the valet.

Vitor Yamaoto: You walk in into a small yet inviting waiting area with a small bar. If you got the pre drink package, you get a small menu of crafted cocktails or you can ask the bartender to make your own. After your introductory drink, they take you to the dining area which is a U shaped are with the kitchen in the center. You get an amazing experience from start to finish with 7 to 11 courses; you won't leave hungry. The wine pairing is carefully selected for a perfect match to each dish. The food is TOP NOTCH. They way the flavors come together in your pallet is really an experience you need to have for yourself.

Bethany Charlsen: We’re hard to impress, fussy and difficult. This place continues to top our list of the best in the Twin Cities and even US/worldwide.Yes, it’s deserving of at least two Michelin stars. The ambience, cuisine, and staff are remarkable.Yes, you might need to save up for a dinner here although the Barrington option offered Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays is lovely and a steal at $95/pp.Yes, every time you go the experience will be a bit different yet still the same in some ways with those gooey, warm Rice Krispie treats at the end as an example.Yes, the staff is passionate and eager to share their expertise and showcase their knowledge with you and….Yes, you will feel cared about and valued as a guest. Every time.

Anna Torgerson: Hell yeahRecommended dishes Truffles, Wagyu Beef Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend …

Linda McLoon: I love to cook, and I love dining out. I love to try new foods and foods cooked in different ways. I find the complex mixtures of ingredients to make a totally new dish fun and exciting. If this is you, you will adore Demi. The food is sublime, the ambience serene, and the service is impeccable and joyful. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed. We started with a warm broth made from roasted beets. Light and warming. The first course was a triple. The sweet potato tart with pickled kombu, nori, black truffle, and miso was absolutely scrumptious. The other two small bites were lovely, but, oh my, that sweet potato tart! These were followed with a lovely fresh scallop crudo, beautifully plated. I adore foie gras, and the Demi version was slices of a terrine served with prune and preserved lemon. The foie gras was smooth; this was really yummy. The fish course was sturgeon, interestingly served with rutabaga puree and little slices of crispy rutabaga. This really worked. The pasta dish was so delicious, and I mean really, really delicious. This is the type of pasta you think about for days. These were chestnut agnolotti, served with celery root, cognac cream, and pomegranate. I could have eaten a huge bowl of these. A triumph in flavor and texture. Mmmmm! The duck and beef courses were also delicious, cooked perfectly, with perfect accomplishments. I had to laugh at the cheese course, as it was actually a cheese tartlet, with endive marmalade and pine nuts. These were perfect. We had a delicious sorbet palate cleanser, and a very interesting sunchoke bavaroise and ice cream dessert. And you leave with a little box of candies. This is a nice touch.Eating here is an adventure in deliciousness. Every dish is beautifully plated on interesting service ware. Your water glass never goes unfilled. You are served at your own pace. The staff is clearly and justly proud of what they are serving you.I have eaten at some magnificent restaurants in Copenhagen, Barcelona, France, and this absolutely meets the standard of those Michelin starred restaurants - and better than some.It is not cheap. You know what you are getting into when you reserve your table. However, the food is divine. If you like to know what you are going to eat before you get it, this is not the place for you. If sturgeon with rutabaga puree gives you pause, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are willing to put your meal in some very capable hands, and don't bat an eye at eating smoked white fish, broccolini, and caviar, you will fall in love with Demi.

Gabriela Seidel: put it, made me not miss wine.Thank you Demi for taking such good care of us and for giving us a night to remember!

Carolyn Livingston: Just go. It's perfect. Staff was amazingly friendly and made the evening for us.

Jeremy: Weee! That was fun. No idea what the second seating is doing, our reservation was at 5:30, didn't get home till after 9. Go early, it's an adventure. Even the bathroom was meditative and romantic. Not sure what else to say about it. It's a great experience. All the dishes were fantastic but for me the vegetables really shined. I know a full 11 course vegetarian menu would never sell but they could pull it off.

Chris Valenty: A truly memorable dining experience, definitely lives up to the high praise. We had been waiting for a while to visit Demi, we had seen the stellar reviews for a few years now. The dining experience is very immersive with the open kitchen format. Being able to speak to the chefs as they deliver each course, really helped us understand the creativity and depth of flavors in each dish. As a fan of the Netflix Show “Chef’s Table”, this is first dining experience I’ve had in Minneapolis that felt like a world-class fine dining experience like you would see on Chef’s Table.

Tenant Restaurant: what do users think?

Eleanor Frisch: This is the finest dining in Minneapolis, hands down. I went in February 2024 and everything was executed with meticulous care. Every single dish was perfectly balanced. There was nothing superfluous, nothing too heavy, nothing too acidic. The wine pairings were well thought out. Also, none of the staff forgot I was a pescatarian at any point. It was also the perfect amount of food. For the quality of the food the prices were extremely reasonable. I have been to most of the fine dining establishments in the Metro and don't think the others, like Travail or Spoon and Stable, which are amazing in their own right, can really compare to Tenant. This is where you bring a true foodie if you want to impress them.

Bethany Charlsen: We've dined here many times and every meal is a unique experience. It's an ideal place to come with friends or just your partner to sit back and enjoy the creativity and care of the chefs and staff. I love that the kitchen staff serves the food as you can tell from the passion in their descriptions, they are proud and eager to share it with you.The bar next door is a perfect place for a pre- or post-dinner cocktail which is a huge bonus! In addition, you can bring your own wine and enjoy with the meal for a very reasonable corkage fee.

Sooki & Mimi: what do users think?

Sarah Clarke Kleinhans: I am half Korean and love Korean cooking and have never had it mixed with Mexican. So much fun. This is not a restaurant to come and fill up quickly and leave. This is a restaurant to savor each bite and enjoy it all the combinations of flavors. My only suggestion is don’t drink too much because you won’t be able to figure out whether or not you have to push or pull on the bathroom door. Ha ha thank goodness I didn’t have a cocktail. You’ll see what I mean when you get there.

michael danko: My experience was absolutely top tier. I sat at the bar and had a great time. I had never been before and after talking to Mary we decided on a few items. As a non-drinker it was great to have some NA options. I went with the Horchata, super tasty, the totchos and the mushroom tacos. Everything was excellent and the service was superb. I'm super excited to try the next spot when it opens. Thanks for the great food and amazing service.

Brian Mueller: Delicious! Excited to see what they do next!Recommended dishes Tater Tots, Korean Fried Chicken Wings, Galbi-Jjim …

Elisa Lobo Neese: What an amazing meal! The salad was superb and the tacos… oh so amazing. I had the mushroom birria. It’s kind of hard to explain that irresistible explosion of flavor so well balanced with the textures of the different elements. For dessert, the lovely lemongrass panacota. We appreciated the service and welcoming ambiance as well

Sarah Price: Recommended dishes Tater Tots, Galbi-Jjim

JIPortillo: Came here to dine for my birthday and to check out the spot before they closed it. The place itself is amazing. The architecture and atmosphere for a restaurant are one of the best in Minneapolis. The menu and food are well together with lots of flavor. You’ll defiantly have to order several dishes if you have an appetite. The service was not the best. The waitress was doing the bare minimum of her job. Quick hello, got drinks, took our order, got the bill and that’s it. I’d expect that at a diner but not a restaurant. But even with the service, it was a great experience and can’t wait to come again for the new restaurant!

The Capital Grille: what do users think?

Walter D.: Food: Both our stakes were cooked to perfection, the bread plate is something to look forward to and the recommended wine was perfectly matched to our entrees.Service: The service it self will make you want to come back, the minute you walk in you are being greeted and complimented. Every person that we spoke to wished us a happy anniversary, they even had heart confetti spread out on our table

Nora Hyde: . I ordered Lobster & Crab Cakes, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and the Tenderloin & Lobster entree. Incredible quality of food and service. Highly recommend.

Jackie Kramer: We both just retired so went to the Capital grille for a celebratory dinner and it did not disappoint!!! Angel was our server and he was outstanding! Our food was prepared perfectly and they gave us a lovely cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake with fruit since we were first time customers. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere- this is our new favorite special restaurant. Thank you Angel!!! You made our night even more special!

Nicole Schauer Wagner: Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Our friend Mike Lopac in the bar was amazing!

Spoon and Stable: what do users think?

Robyn: One of the best restaurants Ive tried in Minneapolis! The menu might seem pretty ordinary but everything was very goodRecommended dishes Dry-Aged Duck Breast …

Jonathan Robinson: Absolutely phenomenal food and experience. Our server Louis was beyond amazing as he took the time to explain the dishes, cocktails, and so much more. Hat's off!Speaking of dishes, the bison tartare was increibly good, but we were blown away by the flavor of the duck ragu in the Torchietti. We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated! Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. This shows up starting with bread basket modifications, moves into extra tasting bites supplied to us from the head chef, and follows through to all our entrees and special desserts. Phenomenal staff coordination and cooperation.

Raquel Tabor: Recommended dishes Pot Roast

Akshaya Bhagavathula: My recent dinner at Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis was an experience that truly stood out in my culinary adventures. This beautifully restored horse stable turned restaurant offers a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a remarkable evening. The menu, curated by Chef Gavin Kaysen, is a testament to his expertise and commitment to showcasing the best of Midwest ingredients with a French twist. We started with the foie gras terrine, which was rich and perfectly balanced, and it became an instant favorite at our table. For my main course, I chose the duck breast, which was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a side that complemented the duck without overshadowing it.What really made our meal unforgettable was not just the food but the service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. They recommended excellent wine pairings that elevated our dining experience. The dessert rounded off the evening on a high note, with creative and delightful options that were as beautiful to look at as they were to taste. The ambiance, service, and exquisite cuisine made Spoon and Stable a dining destination that I can't recommend highly enough. Whether for a special occasion or a treat-yourself night out, this restaurant promises an evening that’s both enchanting and satisfying.

Café and Bar Lurcat: what do users think?

Heather Kaiser: This is one of our special occasion places! The food and ambience is always so great. If you have friends visiting from out of town, this is the place you want to take to impress them. We like the bar side, but went for a date night recently and ate on the dinner side. We had an impromptu four course meal that was curated by our server. We took out time and didn't feel rushed. Every server and staff seem to be in a good mood and polite, whether they are bringing you food, cleaning your table, or passing you on your way out. I definitely recommend going about an hour before sunset. PS the setting in the former monk's quarters is beautiful.

Joan L: was in front of our order, so she offered us a side dish to accompany our main meals and we added the sweet potatoes.🐓 The main entrées were well done — chicken was beautifully carved and presented. The skin was tasty. The black rice and sauce were nice compliments to the meat.🐖 The pork chop was a beautiful, thick cut of meat. We ordered it medium and it may have been ever so slightly cooked a little under medium. Seasoning was perfect and had a nice, tart flavor coming through with the sauerkraut.🍠 🌟 WOW! 🤩 The sweet potatoes were the star of the evening! Sweet, savory, bright and fresh with lemon, crispy skins… just wow! Order the sweet potatoes!!🍰 For dessert, we ordered the chocolate panna cotta and olive oil cake. Both were absolutely stunning and would fit right in at any patisserie! Excellent flavors, textures, and presentation! Faultless!I’ll definitely be coming back!

Bar La Grassa: what do users think?

Rachel Burns: , but Roger's fun fact made it interesting to eat while thinking of it's history! This food I mention just because that was my own experience, but it was definitely 100% my fault I didn't say anything about the food at the time and I know the staff would have taken care of me! Everyone else's food looked amazing so I'll just have to try something different next time!At the end of my meal I realized I ate almost all the pine nuts out of my pasta, so I asked Roger if he could get me some more when he boxed up my food, and he was so accommodating! I didn't feel like a burden at all and he really delivered! My wallet was also buried in my work bag at the end of the meal & he was so nice when I asked to use my GooglePay

Smack Shack: what do users think?

Alex Rudie: Stopped in for a late lunch on a rainy day and was able to order off the dinner menu a little early. We got the lobster poutine as a an appetizer, and it came out super hot and fresh. The cheese melted on top was so gooey and delicious. I ordered the stuffed salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and flakey, and the lobster stuffing was yummy. The wild rice was a tad sweet but still yummy.

Terry B: lobster roll was beautiful and packed with meat, served with really good Frenchfries. Although I felt it was a bit bland, I would order it again. I would try the hot one next time. It is pricey, they usually are. It was 32.00. The fish taco was great!

Sarah Washington: I've been a loyal customer at Smack Shack for years, and I can't believe I haven't left a review until now. This place deserves a solid five stars, not only for being an exceptional restaurant but also for making me feel like part of their family. The food at Smack Shack is absolutely phenomenal, especially their cheesecake, which I believe is the best in the state, if not the world. The customer service is top-notch, with everyone being incredibly kind and friendly. The cooks at Smack Shack are truly phenomenal, and I believe they have the best chef in town. I've celebrated my birthday there every year since I just turned 44, and it's always been a memorable experience. Even my grandson loves it there, as they are kid-friendly and even have a beautiful patio where you can bring your fur babies.I must also mention the amazing happy hour they offer. The lobster roll is a must-try, and their drinks are top-tier. If you haven't been to Smack Shack yet, I highly recommend you give it a try. And when you do, make sure to mention that Miss Washington sent you!#SmackShackLove #FiveStarExperience #FamilyLikeVibes"#Boom#1Love

Revival MPLS: what do users think?

Jewel Ryan: I went here for a friend's birthday and they happily accommodated a group of 7 even thought they are quite small for a restaurant. I initially thought their prices were fairly high for chicken, but then I received my food. I ordered the chicken tender plate, and I swear I got 4 MASSIVE chicken tenders. It's definitely different from what I was expecting but worth the cost. They were a bit difficult to eat because of their size, but I had leftovers for days. Would recommend for a nice relaxed group of friends. Order the lowest spice level unless you really do like spicy. One of my friends was sweating eating their middle tier chicken tenders haha.

Matthew Schepp: On a recent trip back to Minneapolis, we dined at Revival for the first time in a few years. This updated location has added parking which was a great touch! The menu, and food is still as fantastic as it always has been!

The Mindful Midlife Crisis Podcast (Billy Lahr): It's been a while since I've been to Revival, so I'll just talk about my first few experiences, which were awesome. I still believe this is the best burger in town, and when you can order a whole Nashville Hot Chicken as a complement to that tasty burger, what's not to love? I know there are a couple of Revival restaurants in the TC now, but I like the intimate atmosphere this one provides. The best experiences I've had is when I bring 2-3 friends with me who are from out of town and we order a bunch of different menu items. They all rave about how amazing the food is here. I don't live in MN anymore, but I hope the quality of the food at Revival is still at a high level the next time I'm back in town! Highly recommend!

Latasha Dyar: Atmosphere was good low key ...good food.

Jorea Fleurant: The food is amazing, Nikki, Pyra, and Ramona were all so kind to me, they work hard and give Fogo such a good presentation and vibe the service is always good, the lamb Chops medium well were absolutely delicious.. the staff need raises they work hard and always under pressure from other rude customers..I watched these 3 ladies stay professional and handle things very well up front.. Fogo should hire more like them.. I love this place..

Mary McGee: and I rarely eat at restaurants because of it. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me find a meal I could eat! The manager himself stopped by to make sure they had the list of allergies correct before they placed the order. It was one of the best salads I've ever had! I didn't even think to take a picture, but I'll just say it was beautiful. :

Aaron Forbes: First time in a long time have had such spot on food. Their 60/40 burger can only be described as divine. Not a lover of Swiss and Mushroom Burgers but this may just have converted me.Glen was an excellent waiter, spot on with recommendations and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Bartender makes some mean margaritas also which rounded out the experience nicely.

Paige Meldahl: JESSICA D was absolutely amazing, she was engaged, she was very conversational and honestly so kind. Her customer service was insane & made our girls night out so amazing, thank you Jessica!

Broders' Pasta Bar: what do users think?

Gaojoua Ly Ka So: The restaurant looks smaller inside than it does outside. But nice to see the open kitchen and how quickly the food comes out. Simple wine bar and canned drinks. The pasta noodles are definitely hand made and so luscious. I got the clams with fettuccine and it was refreshing. Also shared the calamari which was fried to perfection, and I loved the sauce that came with it. Their carrot cake was one of the best I’ve ever had. The candied walnuts and cream cheese frosting was so delectable. Service was great and very attentive. I’m going to have to go back and try something else.

Monica: I ordered from UberEat. The food was authentically italian, i simply loved it! Arancini were very creamy, gnocchi for sure hands made and cooked perfectly, cheesecake pistacchio simply fabulous!Food: 5/5Recommended dishes …

Mary Golec: I was at my salon and this restaurant came up on diners drive ins and dives. We were going to the Chris Stapleton concert in Minneapolis. What a way to complete our visit. Thank you Jakub! We had an awesome Italian Sunday brunch. The mussels pomodora and the spicy rigatoni were fabulous. If your in Minneapolis for a Vikings game. Go Broders!!!! Snack Bar: what do users think?

Xander Conn: for the past two years to visit my partner, and we've dined at many restaurants here, but Snack Bar is easilymy all-time favorite, hands down.I had hanger steak with a silky pasta, and my partner had the steak with a gorgonzola pasta...both meals were absolutely incredible. The drinks and desserts were delicious as well. The waitress that served us was very kind, attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere was great too!I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and I can't wait to visit again.Thank you Snack Bar! A++!!!

Thor Kooda: Fine dining at an affordable price.Excellent menu, professional and courteous staff.Staff made me feel welcomed and at home, from the hostess to the servers, and even a guy visible back in the kitchen gave me a nod and a smile.Menu is elegant but approachable, a little something for everyone.Parking: Plenty of parking on the street outside.

Emma Engebretson: This is my third time coming here and it is great! The “gin parade” is great, so many options. I highly recommend the new blood orange housemade tonic. Food is pretty good too. The most outstanding food is the pizza! Honestly some of the best pizza in mpls. They gave me a special dietary restrictions menu which I always appreciate so I added that here as well.Dietary restrictions: Ask for the dietary restrictions menu!!

Dan L: Went here for my adult daughter’s birthday. We got a bunch shareables and a slice of pizza. Ok, the pizza was good but just ok. But the shareables….outstanding. We had the fried eggplant, Schupfnudeln, Pici, and cavolo bianco. They were all great. Topped off with the banana cream pie and crème brûlée doughnut. Service was great. Cocktails were perfect.

Garrett Woetzel (Garrett W.): This is my favorite pizza in Minnesota, hands down. Buttery and doughy crust, super tasty-acidic red sauce, and top notch ingredients.

Abby Anderson: We had such a great dinner here. Pickled cauliflower salad was for sure my favorite but everything we had was delicious! Service was fabulous! Our waiter had great recommendations and was lovely! Atmosphere is cozy, relaxed and just fun! Would highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: We had an early reservation at 5:15pm and there were a couple of cute families with young kids there too. Was very kid friendly!

Murray's: what do users think?

Davis Zackaria: This is a very elegant and awesome place to go for dinner. The atmosphere and service was incredible!Ordered Red lake Walleye, Chateaubriand, and creamed spinach. Loved the fish and the meat cut was juicy and delicious. Great experience!

Shawn Myers: Overall I would would say it's crossed off my list of places to go. I had a filet mignon and it was cooked as ordered. To be honest it did not seem anymore flavorful or any better than Texas Roadhouse. I had the potato au gratin and those were nothing special either. I am glad I didn't go with the mashed potatoes because someone else in our group did and they looked dried out with a crunchy heat lamp topping. The other 2 couples in our group all 4 had to have something fixed with their meat orders. The waiter was nothing special but the people that cleared the tables and poured the water did a great job. I would give them 5 stars but the actual guy serving the food 1 star.

Daniel Picard: The best steakhouse experience in Minneapolis! From the level of service to the quality of the food, this place ensures you are left completely satisfied. The silver butter knife steak for 2 is an absolute delight and I cannot recommend it enough! If you are looking for a memorable evening out and a delicious meal you will want to experience again, look no further than Murray's!Vegetarian options: It's a steakhouse, vegetarians beware!Parking: There's a valet service or parking ramps in the area

Lake & Irving Restaurant & Bar: what do users think?

Leila Croy: I hate to even share this, because I don't want them to get even busier than they currently are. BEST BURGERS EVER! I mean hands down delicious and juicy. Service is personable and top notch. Even the host will grab your water and drinks, which shows this team enjoys their jobs and coworkers. Everything I've tried has been delicious and well thought out. From sushi to fried cauliflower to burgers and finish with the tres leches cake.

Kari Taylor: Food and drinks and service are great… will be back!

Sarah King: , the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the food is delicious. They do have a parking lot, but it's small and does fill up fast, so you may need to park on the street. It's free, though, so not a problem at all.

112 Eatery: what do users think?

Jay Sivasailam: This is just a fantastic place! It's been one of my top places in Minneapolis for at least a decade and never fails to disappoint. It strikes a nice balance of being classic and fresh. With the bonus of having stellar food and service. Somehow I still think it's underrated with all the restaurant opening up. But if you want a top-tier place that never fails to disappoint, hit up the eatery!PS The butterscotch budino continues to be my favorite dessert.

Brandyn Rubeck: Cool staff killer food. They have a little bit of everything. The Halibut is fire, and so is the octopus.

Annslie Rustad: So if you're wondering is this place as good as their reviews, yes absolutely. Not only is the atmosphere intimate and cozy, the staff is knowledgeable and fantastic, but the food is even better. We went for our 1st year wedding anniversary and my only regret is not visiting sooner. The food is top notch. That's the review. Couldn't be better. Everything you eat will be cooked to perfection and satisfying.

N. Dendinger: , was fantastic and attentive. The staff were professional and pleasant and we felt quite at ease. My only critique is that the restaurant was a bit cold and awkwardly spread. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved the burrata toast, 112 tartare, the dumpling, and desserts. We also greatly enjoyed the NA drinks. But wow, the lamb entree was to die for. It reminded me of my grandmother's delicious slow cooked lamb dishes and made me joyful. The menu was unfussy and well priced. My husband and I have had poor restaurant experiences for a couple years now and lamented that eating out was just not worth the cost anymore. 112 Eatery completely changed our minds. We are thrilled to find our new favorite spot in Minneapolis- We will be back for more!

Hannah Wetterlin: . There were a few salad options and a vegan pasta. I had the pasta and it was AMAZING. So were the cauliflower florets

Michael Shay: This is a great place to eat, the food is phenomenal and so are the people working. This place is for more mature kids and and adultsKid-friendliness: It os for more mature kids and adults
