Christopher Liserio: What a nice place to eat and drink with friends. Great vibe! Waitress was awesome. Asked her opinion between the fish and chips and the chicken sandwich…but before she could answer I just told her to pick and surprise me. She did not disappoint when she brought me the chicken sandwich!! Guinness was so good!!!! Then when asked how good the cheese cake was she said it was worth it….AGAIN…she did not do me wrong. Next time I come to town I’m coming back!

David Speidel: First time in and I cannot wait to go back. I had the Irish stew which was delicious. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive while the clientele there was friendly. The menu has tons of great options, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was prompt and welcoming.Went back for a 2nd time and had the cobbler's pie. Also delicious and our service was great.

Noah Jorstad: This is such a beautiful building, we were so interested in all the fine woodwork and details. We couldn't believe the building wasn't a bank or hotel or something years ago.However, I was a bit let down by the food. The pretzel was good although I'm sure not made in house, and the very spicy mustard just tasted very horseradishy. My Flatbread had good flavor, but I'm sure the Flatbreads aren't made fresh either, it was floppy and chewy.
Stefanie Alarcon: So this review is over a 3 day visit time span. My friend and I were visiting Minneapolis and we stayed downtown. We decided to go here our first night and fell in love. The inside of the local feels like an old pub in Ireland. We kept coming back because the food was delicious, they had non-alcoholic Guinness, and the service was excellent. We only ate there twice but went back for a non-alcoholic Guinness one of the days just to hang out. We tried the cheese curds, the Shepherd’s pies and the Corned Beef Flatbread over 2 visits and all of it was delicious. If you’re staying in downtown Minneapolis give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

jacob ramos: Marcus is the best bartender I have ever seen. Amazing service and a great personality. He even makes non locals feel at home. Highly recommend this bar to anyone thats wants to explore this town.

The staff is the best, the food is delicious, the bartenders are a blast and the regulars are too fun. As a solo traveler I had the best time so I can’t imagine the fun you’d have as a group. Can’t recommend enough!

Grant: Why is this place not buzzing with people? This place should be absolutely packed right now, GREAT FOOD, GREAT ALCOHOL. GOOD PRICES. What more could you ask for. I got the Reuben Wontons and The Galway Bookmaker. I also recommend trying an Orange Mule. I dined in solo, sat wherever I liked, and had an amazing meal. Perfect because i’m incredibly hung over. Erin Bloxham: Town Hall Brewery has the best chicken strips and ranch dressing ever! I was there during the Blessing of the Maibok which was a fun and unique experience!! If you’ve never been, be sure to put it on your calendar - first weekend in May, an hour or two before the Kentucky Derby race. Food is so great. Service is friendly. Excellent homemade root beer. Highly recommend!!
Scott Patton: It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy.The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.

Or maybe he was taking it personal after I asked if they could go easy on the seasoning on my wings, which he denied my request. He told me he can give me the seasoning on the side so I can do “whatever I want with it”…after that, he totally forget about us. I had to yelled so I can get my tab and leave. He can do better than that.Food and beer the best thou.

Lot of nice melted cheese inside the burger.I also got the 10 piece chicken which was a little disappointing, on the dry side and barely any meat for $9.95, wasn't really worth it to me. Overall wasn't bad experience. Would recommend the Blucy.

Nic “Litterbox Treasure Hunter” d: On a sliding scale of bar food, this would be the median. If you had their burger of the month with fries, you could probably think of better places to eat, but also equally as many worse places to eat. But if you just wanted to eat, you probably wouldn’t be at a bar. The atmosphere is exactly what a local pub should be: dark in the middle of the day, regular patrons, beer from pitchers and pull tabs.

Gabriella “Gaby” Jasiczek: Only go to the Wednesday Irish dancing, so I’ve never had a drink or eaten there. However, the people are all incredibly nice and welcoming! Levi Purdum: The food was good, servers friendly and the beer selection offered great variety. It was very busy which speaks to their quality. As an individual of Scottish heritage I must object to the copious Irish decorations, a tad tongue in cheek. If I offended any staff with gender assuming salutations I do apologize, I'm from Wyoming and simply unpracticed in the application of gender neutral pronouns, I promise I will continue to strive to do better. Thanks for the meal!Parking: While perhaps on the edge I consider this venue to be downtown. Parking is available but I wouldn't anticipate it being free.

Sarah Valerien: The Gouda burger was amazing. The burger was both sweet and the meat itself was cooked to perfection. Maggie was our server and she was very attentive. She was great at recommending drinks and helping us decide on courses. Every single time I either wanted water or alcohol, it was like she read my mind. I was here a year ago and remembered that the food was great but it was a seriously stellar experience.

Kathryn: Recommended dishes Bloody Mary Bar
Levnon: , cheese, and brioche bun. It was absolutely delicious! The smoked ham in particular elevated the burger to the next level. On the side I got a salad with blue cheese. They certainly don't skimp on ingredients in this place. Friendly staff and quick service mean I will absolutely be coming back.
