Noah Jorstad: This is such a beautiful building, we were so interested in all the fine woodwork and details. We couldn't believe the building wasn't a bank or hotel or something years ago.However, I was a bit let down by the food. The pretzel was good although I'm sure not made in house, and the very spicy mustard just tasted very horseradishy. My Flatbread had good flavor, but I'm sure the Flatbreads aren't made fresh either, it was floppy and chewy.
Stefanie Alarcon: So this review is over a 3 day visit time span. My friend and I were visiting Minneapolis and we stayed downtown. We decided to go here our first night and fell in love. The inside of the local feels like an old pub in Ireland. We kept coming back because the food was delicious, they had non-alcoholic Guinness, and the service was excellent. We only ate there twice but went back for a non-alcoholic Guinness one of the days just to hang out. We tried the cheese curds, the Shepherd’s pies and the Corned Beef Flatbread over 2 visits and all of it was delicious. If you’re staying in downtown Minneapolis give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

David Speidel: First time in and I cannot wait to go back. I had the Irish stew which was delicious. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive while the clientele there was friendly. The menu has tons of great options, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was prompt and welcoming.Went back for a 2nd time and had the cobbler's pie. Also delicious and our service was great.

Christopher Liserio: What a nice place to eat and drink with friends. Great vibe! Waitress was awesome. Asked her opinion between the fish and chips and the chicken sandwich…but before she could answer I just told her to pick and surprise me. She did not disappoint when she brought me the chicken sandwich!! Guinness was so good!!!! Then when asked how good the cheese cake was she said it was worth it….AGAIN…she did not do me wrong. Next time I come to town I’m coming back!

Johanna K.: This establishment is considered a hidden gem to me, as it has garnered some attention and I am SOO happy that I decided to give it a try. The culinary experience was truly exquisite, with exceptional service and phenomenal dishes!!!! 👏🏻 The food portions to be on the smaller side, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves fully satisfied!!! I’ve been coming here for a long time “6 years”and this is the first time and I had such as a mediocre and rude services. He most be totally new that he didn’t been try his best to give a good services. Or maybe he was taking it personal after I asked if they could go easy on the seasoning on my wings, which he denied my request. He told me he can give me the seasoning on the side so I can do “whatever I want with it”…after that, he totally forget about us. I had to yelled so I can get my tab and leave. He can do better than that.Food and beer the best thou.

Online order was easy and ready in about 25 minutes.Has its own parking and nice atmosphere, music not to loud and food wasn't bad.Got the Blucy with mayo and lettuce for $11.25 and decent taste. Lot of nice melted cheese inside the burger.I also got the 10 piece chicken which was a little disappointing, on the dry side and barely any meat for $9.95, wasn't really worth it to me. Overall wasn't bad experience. Would recommend the Blucy.

The staff is the best, the food is delicious, the bartenders are a blast and the regulars are too fun. As a solo traveler I had the best time so I can’t imagine the fun you’d have as a group. Tom Casey: Labeled in maps as great dive bar…. And that it is, old school neighborhood dive bar, with poOl table, pin ball, darts, and skee ball.We were in for a Saturday happy hour that offered some great prices on drinks and food, we had muscles that were delicious, cheese curds that were probably the best cheese curds I have ever had with smoked ketchup and some home made chips.Nikki was our server and was on top of her game, great service smile and sense of humor,Highly recommend this place if Nikki’s around tell her Casey sent ya! Claire Leo: After what felt like a slump for a few months, Pat's is back to being excellent! It seems like they made some good changes - revamped the menu, maybe got some new folks in the kitchen, and cut their hours a little. The last few times we've been in, the vibes have been great, the prices so reasonable, and the food very tasty. Love the pool table and skee ball. Their happy hour menu is a good deal, with a lot of variety.
Nik Schmitz: I live right down the street!I love this place and there is this one red haired bar tender whose name I’ve never caught but she is always very friendly, attentive, and hustling. She has chill vibes.The only thing I would suggest is adding buffalo wings to the menu!

Maybe that's part of the appeal for some folks though, like the whole loud neighborhood dive bar atmosphere. I enjoy sitting on the patio in nice weather. Sean Colling: The best burger downtown Minneapolis!!!There is a great man & bartender that goes by the nickname Smalls and he is really genuine!!!You can't miss his smile and suspenders!!!Go get a meal and a brew and don't forget to throw him a tip!!!He works at night for sure on Friday and Saturday!!!

Ania Williams: This was my second visit after almost 3 years and I was pleasantly surprised. Tuna appetizer was fresh. I would tone down the mayo in the Wasabi aoli but it was ok. The Brussel sprouts were fantastic and the roasted chicken was amazing. Probably the most tender I've ever tasted. I was not impressed with the salad. The dressing was pretty bland. Overall. Pretty good food.

Shaun Cooper: Great restaurant/brewery in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. Parking can be a little difficult to come by, but usually you can find a meter on Washington Ave. Food is fast and delicious, as well as the beer and cocktails. We like the breakfast options and usually have a hard time deciding since there are so many good choices. It was busy on the Sunday morning that we were there so the wait staff took a little longer than was expected.Vegetarian options: Lots of optionsKid-friendliness: Definitely a place you can bring the kids to.

Levi Purdum: The food was good, servers friendly and the beer selection offered great variety. It was very busy which speaks to their quality. As an individual of Scottish heritage I must object to the copious Irish decorations, a tad tongue in cheek. If I offended any staff with gender assuming salutations I do apologize, I'm from Wyoming and simply unpracticed in the application of gender neutral pronouns, I promise I will continue to strive to do better. Thanks for the meal!Parking: While perhaps on the edge I consider this venue to be downtown. Parking is available but I wouldn't anticipate it being free.

Sarah Valerien: The Gouda burger was amazing. The burger was both sweet and the meat itself was cooked to perfection. Maggie was our server and she was very attentive. She was great at recommending drinks and helping us decide on courses. Every single time I either wanted water or alcohol, it was like she read my mind. I was here a year ago and remembered that the food was great but it was a seriously stellar experience.

Erin Bloxham: Town Hall Brewery has the best chicken strips and ranch dressing ever! I was there during the Blessing of the Maibok which was a fun and unique experience!! If you’ve never been, be sure to put it on your calendar - first weekend in May, an hour or two before the Kentucky Derby race. Food is so great. Service is friendly. Excellent homemade root beer. Highly recommend!!
Scott Patton: It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy.The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.
