The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar: what do users think?

sean spence: Awesome burgers

Chelsea K: that are both dog friendly. Good food, top notch service, great cocktails. The chicken and wild rice pot pie was a novel, yet obvious take on an old favorite. Of course those flavors go together. Can't believe it's not more common, but that's what's great about this place, they take familiar dishes and class them up. Really loved their cocktail options too. Will have to go back and try more because I was between a couple options. The blackberry sour was refreshing and had a hint of sweet to balance the tartness. Service was top notch, probably the best you'll get anywhere. Will definitely be back.Parking: There's a large parking lot that wraps around the restaurant. The back patio is in the parking lot. There's also street parking all around the lot, so if you can't find a spot in the lot, there are other options.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot more options for kids than on a standard kids menu and they had whole milk for littles. Their highchairs are better than most too with all the straps, etc. They give you crayons and the kids menu can be drawn on. Servers were good about putting food and drinks out of reach of babies and warning you about hot things. If you're looking for a family friendly meal out, this place has you covered.

Stanley's Northeast Bar Room: what do users think?

Adrian Agresta: . The pretzels were hot, fresh, and tasty. The Reuben was solid but lacked "tang". That being said, I'd probably have the Reuben again but not before trying some other sandwiches.

Chris Goggin: covered patio on summer days - watching all the dogs and dog parents. Or inside at a booth or hi top. Food is good, a nice selection for everyone. Full bar and long list of Beers. Good parking both on and off street.Today’s selection was brunch - which was very tasty, service was great, and lots of coffee refills.

Steve Swenson: Great place with an unexpected diverse menu. The Yum Yum bowl with steak and kimchi was amazing. Such creativity for what I thought would be a typical burger and beer place.

Brandon Isakson: Have always loved this NE staple. Love that they expanded their patio and that they're super dog friendly.

Sarah Marrinan-Realtor: Sat on the patio since it is dog friendly. Food was good but expensive.Atmosphere: 5/5 …

Robert Lesan: the food & atmosphere are amazing. the staff & owners treat you like family. such a wonderful space with downtown view & access. Would eat here again & again!

Emma Engebretson: Service here is amazing!! Both good an drinks were great. Small cocktail menu but good for a brewery. I would highly recommend the pizzas for food. For drinks the citra-shandy is great.

Franklin Deaner-Rogers: Good experience! Clean interior, great service, and decent food!!Pizza was a bit overcooked, but flavor was definitely there!

Arthur Molines: Great local brewery! The beers were all excellent! Highly recommend the coffee kolsh, so delicious. The food was alright. The service was good.

Alex Torres: Definitely try the Crab Rangoon Pizza and the Devils on Horseback appetizer.

Stephanie Palmer: Had the best experience here! Had a great flight of beer, the crab Rangoon pizza, and Mac n cheese bites. Everything tasted so good. And our server Mike was so attentive and wonderful. They made this experience even better!

Emily Forster: We ate here for a Sunday brunch and I got the vegetari calzone. They had delicious vegetarian options like the Argentinian vegetarian pizza and I would definitely come back!

Karly H (Exploring the lakes!): The pretzel were pretty good and they had some good variety in beer and I enjoyed their seltzer.

Ephraim Mau: LOVED IT

Brant Voight: A couple of buddies and I stopped into Day block during our trip to Minneapolis for the weekend, I do have to say, so far it has been the best place to grab drinks and well as a bite to eat, outstanding environment, and very helpful and welcoming staff for out of towners, will make this place a sure stop each trip up north!

Oludayo D: Excellent people and great music. It is a good place to have some beer.

Plague THPS (Wylde704): Omg beer and food so good here!!!

Jill Liberko: Nice taproom, friendly staff, dog friendly, good lower ABV Hazy IPA, very nice lower ABV seltzers, food truck, convenient parking. What's not to like? We really appreciated the open feeling with all the windows letting the sunshine in. We'll definitely be back!

Eftychia Markopoulou: I recently visited the wonderful InboundBrew co that left a lasting impression on me. The ambiance was delightful, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed evening. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the bartender, a young man with a mustache. He was incredibly helpful, offering us a variety of beer options to sample until we found our perfect match. When I asked for a specific flavor profile, he nailed it right away! Our group, which was quite large, was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The bartender's skill and attentiveness added immensely to our enjoyment, making it a memorable visit.

Doug Hansen: It was good. Good beers to try, and friendly staff!

Seth Trotter: Хорошее пиво и веселые эльфийские мелочи.

Joel Chapin: Первое впечатление: это именно то место, которое я искал. Хорошее пиво в стиле, который соответствует моему вкусу, и непринужденная атмосфера. С нетерпением ждем новых посещений.

Logan Siehr: Зашел сюда перед концертом, чтобы выпить. Хорошее расположение и хорошие напитки.

The Freehouse: what do users think?

Emily Braverman: cool presentation but weird taste. They clearly have their own twist on the classic soup and it doesn’t work well, in my opinion. Can’t recommend.Parking: Minneapolis so all paid parking, meter police were everywhere.Kid-friendliness: They had kids meals and mickey mouse pancakes

Fey Fey: Yum yum yum. Love the outdoor seating.

Ania Williams: This was my second visit after almost 3 years and I was pleasantly surprised. Tuna appetizer was fresh. I would tone down the mayo in the Wasabi aoli but it was ok. The Brussel sprouts were fantastic and the roasted chicken was amazing. Probably the most tender I've ever tasted. I was not impressed with the salad. The dressing was pretty bland. Overall. Pretty good food.

Monica Sherman: BRING BACK THE CHILEQUILES!!I LOVED this dish, although I did sub rotisserie chicken for the chorizo. But now it's off the regular menu and I WANT IT BAAAACK!!!Pretty please give Everyone a chance to at least try it my modified way OR a suggestion...AT LEAST allow us to order it OFF the SECRET unprinted MENU!!!!!!!????

Shaun Cooper: Great restaurant/brewery in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. Parking can be a little difficult to come by, but usually you can find a meter on Washington Ave. Food is fast and delicious, as well as the beer and cocktails. We like the breakfast options and usually have a hard time deciding since there are so many good choices. It was busy on the Sunday morning that we were there so the wait staff took a little longer than was expected.Vegetarian options: Lots of optionsKid-friendliness: Definitely a place you can bring the kids to.

Stray Dog: what do users think?

Amber R: I generally enjoy going to Stray Dog but the service is not what it once was. I understand the place gets busy but drinks go without refills, and most recently we wrapped up our dinner in under an hour, but according to the rules of table reservations parties of 4 are allowed up to 2 hours. We were leaving soon and had paid the tab.We were a party of 3, and our third went to use the rest room. While we were waiting for her return a manager came and told us we had 5 minutes to wrap it up. Bizarre and pushy, especially because we were dining with a reservation and had occupied the table for less than hour. Love the burgers, bummed about the service.

christina marie Johnson: We rented the back room and had a lovely time! It was a minimum of 1500$ that we were told we needed to spend but we had a lot of people! They did everyone on separate tabs too which was super convenient. It was a really cool set up and I’d Recommend it if you had like 30 ppl!Vegetarian options: Some vegan options too!Dietary restrictions: I think I saw gluten free options

Pat Williams: Great burgers and hot dogs. Extensive and tasty vegetarian menu. Amazingly wide selection of beers.Vegetarian options: Entire vegetarian version of the menu that can also largely be customized to be vegan. Also, lots of vegan "meat" options from the Herbivorous Butcher.

Stephen Thiessen: Great vibe. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was quality and cooked perfectly. My wife has specific food restrictions and they had great vegan and vegetarian options.Limited specialty cocktails, but a great mule selection.

Town Hall Brewery: what do users think?

Erin Bloxham: Town Hall Brewery has the best chicken strips and ranch dressing ever! I was there during the Blessing of the Maibok which was a fun and unique experience!! If you’ve never been, be sure to put it on your calendar - first weekend in May, an hour or two before the Kentucky Derby race. Food is so great. Service is friendly. Excellent homemade root beer. Highly recommend!!

Scott Patton: It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy. The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.

The Bulldog Uptown: what do users think?

Nathan Atkins: The Bulldog has my favorite wings and burger - the "Fear the Reaper" wings and "Stilton" burger are my favorites in the Twin Cities. The Reaper wings are the perfect balance of heat & flavor and the Stilton burger is full of flavor and heavy on the garlic. Oh, and when you get the burger make sure to get the cajun fries - baller combo.

Shane Johannsen: I've been here twice, and I've only ever ordered the Poutine. IT IS AMAZING! TRY IT!They put pot roast on their poutine and it's magical. My wife had the Jalapeno popper burger, and boasted it up something fierce. The waiter was amazing. He was very down to earth and chill, but still had that professional attitude. It's a bar, so expect that sort of atmosphere. I've been here during lunch time only, and it isn't rowdy or anything like that, if that sort of thing scares you away, don't fret.

Hideaway Cabin Bar: what do users think?

Spencer Tilmon: One of my best kept secrets. Don't tell anyone!

Casey: Great place to go in the summer around the city!! The burgers are really good, the drinks are good and it's super nice to sit out on the patio and a cool view of the city and the river. It's also a great location to walk to many other spots in multiple directions as well.

Spencer West: We went here on a whim and were very glad with our decision. The burgers were super tasty, as were the cheese curd. The fries are some of the best in town. We will definitely be coming back to try the pizza.

Michael Casey: Good pizza and never a dull moment!

Aaron: Nice patio spot, basically pizza and burgers. We all had burgers and thought they were very solid, a little on the small side for $15.50. Limited happy hour menu 4-6. Service was adequate.

Todd Miller: Our server was lovely, the mocktail yummy and the saus/pepp pizza delicious! Worth every penny. Especially overlooking the river 😊

Karsen Yack: . The Caesar is surprisingly good, and all the pizzas have been awesome! The gluten free nuggets are also a great choice. Aster may grab all the attention on St Anthony Main, but I think Hideaway is the real gem.

Robbin Sudduth: Amazing HH vibes..

Kate Sahnow: Kid-friendliness: They have kid burgers with fries available, even though it's not listed on the menu!

Quinn Bents: The bartenders were wonderful!! Ian, Nico, and Selena made my entire experience phenomenal, they were personable, laid back, and if i had kids, I’d like them to nanny💕 dancing and great conversation, very clean, quick, and well made drinks! Will be making this bar a regular, loved my time here

Christian Noyce: Pizza is first. The location is fantastic. The patio is very good.

Aderyn Light: The general street setting of this bar is so picturesque.

Cyrus Rezvanifar: The location and view are great. Patio sitting with the nice view is awesome for early evenings in the summertime. The have a decent variety of draft beer. Pizza options are very tasty: had the Sasquatch pizza and loved it. Also tried the Main Street Burger at a different occasion; tasty burger but not comparable to other local places like Red Cow.

Tony: Awesome place to catch an afternoon happy hour on the patio. Drinks were great and a phenomenal view of the city. Amazing cheese curds.

Psycho Suzi's Motor Lounge: what do users think?

Jay Shen: . And decorations were also in alignment with its tiki theme. The pizzas were pretty good as well! They were relatively smaller in portion but tasted good. I wouldn't consider food as a review priority for this place because it is mostly famous for its drinks and atmosphere, and both are nothing short of great!I will miss all the memories from this place as it has allowed me to socialize with others in relaxing manners on summer days.

K. Tsoutsoulis: This was a unique bar & foods tiki bar experience.A decent selection of cocktails, with mythologies for each drink, and exactly 1 NA cocktail, but it was a good one.As for food they were complimenting the drink, and not meant to be full meals. The tots, with special dip were pretty good, the sliders were tasty, and had flavour. If you came here in the summer, you had a wait for anything, which is just had to be accepted, the wait staff were always doing the best they could, and there were a lot of tables.Outside in the summer & fall was where it was at, even if you didn't get too much of a view of the river. The atmosphere was what it was all about.Sad to see this go, among unique, quirky, and fun places to go.

Dawn Hilgers: Wish they weren't selling the restaurant. But where can we buy the tiki decorations from Suzi's? When's the auction.Atmosphere: 5/5 …

Prim Ilagan: Psycho suzi is an okay Tiki Bar, by default since it’s one of the limited Tiki Bars in MN. It has a large nice patio along the river for warm nights. Inside the decor is 70s tiki with bamboo and palm top to bottom. The carpet is neat- printed wood planks. There’s a sizable drink menu but is not served in Tiki Mugs unless you decide to purchase the mug. We had pizza, it was okay- nothing special. Drinks are below average. Ambiance is fun but not much else going on there.

LynLake Brewery: what do users think?

Eftychia Markopoulou: I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday at LynLake Brewery, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff's courtesy and professionalism were exemplary, making our celebration seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived with our birthday cake, there were no issues or hesitations from the management, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, perfect for a gathering of friends. One of the highlights of the evening was the quality of both the food and the beer. The menu offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes, and the beers on tap were fresh and satisfying. It was evident that LynLake Brewery takes pride in offering a top-notch culinary and drinking experience to its patrons.Overall, I highly recommend The Lyn lake Brewery for any occasion, whether it's a casual night out with friends or a special celebration. Their combination of excellent service, high-quality food, and great beer ensures a memorable and enjoyable time for all.

L Chanel: dressed. We were really impressed by the salsa that came with the quesadilla - we love spice and it had impressive heat! Hubby actually mixed some into his spicy ranch for extra kick. Burger was juicy and flavorful but hubby cautiously admitted it was a tad greasier than he prefers but wouldn't stop him from ordering another. We'll definitely be back!

been’there: It’s a great place located in the heart of Lynlake. The only disadvantage is that there are no big variety. Other breweries have a big variety and this one it does not have the drink variety.

Tom Bakko: I have been impressed with the response from LynLake Brewery. I posted a review and mentioned that the Firebird wasn't on the menu. They responded quickly and put it on the online menu.LynLake has surprisingly good food, both the chicken sandwich and burger are fantastic. There beer is good and the rooftop is perfect for the summer. This is a place I will visit regularly.

Brad Ray: Great beer and even root beer on tap.

Tim Raebig: we enjoyed some good beer to cap our first day in Minneapolis.

Lee Kandt: and darn good beer! As I always say, if a brewery has good beer and great people, it’ll do fine. Throw in a killer bar area and super fun rooftop bar, now your cooking with gas! One of the best in MN, check them out!

Anthony McGlinch: Maybe it's just that I've caught the nostalgia bug, but I used to live around the corner. I no longer live in Minneapolis but I have some good memories of going there for a beer or two.

John Rickster: I’m never coming back only because I decided to live here in the rafters. Excellent staff, atmosphere and location. Highly recommend this TC spot but please keep it down after 8 while I check in for bed.

Chloe L: Cool space, good service, & good amount of beers to choose from. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a lot of the ones I liked on tap.

Kylie Odparlik: This place is definitely a great vibe. Beer tenders were very nice, cool merch, puppy friendly, and a food truck. However, their beers were just alright. I tried 6 different kind and they just weren't my style maybe. I'd still recommend checking it out if you're in the area though.

Tim Raebig: Cool place, decent beer.

They also offer a more traditional brewery experience if that's your desire so something for everyone as they say.

Brent: This is one of my favorite local breweries by far. The name it has a lot of philosophical history and definitely worth looking into. It will give the beer More depth. Puppy friendly 🐕😁. 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕

Jeffery J. McNaught: The best IPAs in the state. Quiet, friendly, warming atmosphere. Awesome owners, great staff. Talented brewers. What's not to like?

Craig Alciati: Nice casual hangout. No foodAll they need is a popcorn machine

Leah H: Great beer, great comedy!

Ben: Excellent cozy space, great variety of beers, pinball, and incredibly tolerant staff. I say tolerant as I watched them get berated for asking a patron to quiet their loud barking dog as there was a paid comedy show ACTIVELY going on.If it wasn't for the great beer and staff, I would have promptly left as I had a dog barking in my ear for over two hours. To whomever that loud mouthed rude woman was, shame on you for your complete lack of self awareness."I enjoy listening to a strangers barking dog in an enclosed space!" Said absolutely nobody everP.S. You and your Farmington gang finished all of your beers, Shannon. Don't lie. The entire staff and the rest of the patrons tolerated your dogs barking for way too long.

corey olson: Loved thus place since I started coming in the early 90s. Food and beer was excellent. The carrot cake was the best I've ever had and I dislike carrot cake.

Ryan Farris: They closed their doors permanently this week

Shirley Hockensmith: The food was absolutely amazing!!! Kudos to the chef!! He took the time to ask exactly what I wanted when the order had special requests made it perfectly!! Hats off to the rock bottom brewery for finding an absolute amazing staffing team!!! 👨🏽‍🍳

lauren la croix: Absolutely delicious tenders and fantastic service.Music was great and not too loud or too soft. All together great atmosphere!

Olivier Coulombe: Too bad this place is not as visible on Google Maps, I found it while walking on rue Hennepin! If you like non-commercial beer, this is the place for you! This place is excellent for its beer selection and food! Go Twins Go!

Kelly Faris: I'd give a solid 3.5-4 stars, this place used to be amazing but like with every restaurant, covid has taken a toll on it's menu selection and prices. Food is still very good though, the nachos are a must have and are a meal on their own unless you are sharing with the table! Mixed drinks have always been great so props to the bartenders! Prices seem a bit high but it is downtown MPLS and everything is high priced right now. For two of us, 2 burgers, 2 drinks and nachos it was about $120. For what the food is that seems high to be but it was a treat to be out without our kiddos. I noticed other reviews complain about portion size, it may seem small but in reality it is more than enough food on your plate to fill you up, no one needs to eat that many French fries anyways. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere with clean bathrooms and great people watching if you get a booth by the window! Hostess and our waiter were great and very knowledgeable. Overall it's definitely worth stopping in.

Olivia Schumack: This place doesn’t get enough attention, in my opinion. Stopped by on a bike ride for some beers & apps and was impressed by the service, atmosphere, and prices, honestly! The service is some of the best I’ve had in the cities recently. We were greeted cheerfully and sat outside. We ordered pilsners, chips and dip, and the sausage tray. The staff was so friendly & attentive but then left us to just enjoy the evening & sip on our beers. I’ll be back!

Aishwarya Menon: Great weekend brunch spot!Fast, friendly service, and tasty food.Vegetarian options: Huevos rancheros was easily made vegetarian. Avocado toast had great veg options.

Meghan Knudsen: Amazing view and gorgeous view of people walking near the river. Lovely staff, great prices. Beef stroganoff was awesome. Sweet potato waffle fries were great! Hot maple chicken sandwich was phenomenal!! 10/10 will return. Kind of a chill summer vibe. We ate outside.Kid-friendliness: Really funny menu options for kids

Ashlee Aaser: my husband had the kielbasa sandwich and I had the hot chicken! My sandwich was 6/10 spicy, Minnesota friendly for sure and he loved the kielbasa. Fries and tots were over seasoned in our opinion, but cooked well.Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed her company and the atmosphere.
