Does not Lie: HVAC programskilled proffesionals are hired for this program: Jim, Mark & Wayne.Ask the right questions and you get the right answers.Im especially critical about this school, because its to make people into skilled trades people...yet there are still useless information being taught be being graded upon; things that will NEVER be used in the field in modern day HVAC..HTC ceo/ditector should be replaced, the kitchen isn't open, a whole facility isnt used post-covid because well... He likely wants his/her/pronoun's numbers to be looking good...Your HVAC program is great, but your cat-food-quality free food on wednesdays is terrible and your 'fresh food vending machine' is stale and not fresh.Just hire a good 1-4 line cooks to make meals onsite part time during peak hours and itd be a good schoo, why not include it as part of the culinary trade?Current CEO/director is letting good facilites rot and not used..current director is trash. Get a new one. 100%.I know because i was a director/ceo and sold the company. Hvac is my calling, i love it.

Although the clog had resolved itself prior to the visit, Jon performed a thorough Sherlock Holmes-style investigation and gave me meaningful feedback regarding how the clog came to be and how to prevent such situations going forward. Jon also provided me with insight into how we could engage Mr. Rooter to assist with future renovations to our condo in the indeterminate future. Five stars for Jon M. of Mr. Rooter!

Several years ago Soderlin replaced our boiler and we were very happy with their work. So when the time came this winter to renovate our 2nd floor bathroom and add 2nd floor laundry to our home there was only one choice in our minds as to who to hire for the plumbing work - we called Soderlin. Jeff Taylor has visited our home twice over the past few months, and has also been very responsive via text, to help us plan for and execute this large and complex project. We are otherwise completing most of the renovation work ourselves and Jeff has been invaluable in helping us with items procurement and general planning. We are very much looking forward to Jeff completing this work for us next week so we can proceed with the project. We will always call Soderlin for our plumbing needs.

We were able to get a plumber out quickly to make a quote and then scheduled the work only two weeks out. Everyone we worked with were curteous and respectful. Bryan Halicki: My shower head in my 1928 Minneapolis home was leaking while my tub faucet was running for the past few months. I called Soderlin on 9/27 to diagnose and repair the issue. Their office picked up immediately and worked with my schedule to have someone arrive the next day. They sent Joel, a professional plumber with over 20 years of experience. He contacted me ahead of my appointment the morning of 9/28 and was prompt and early. He ran a few diagnostics and gave me a couple options to potentially fix the issue. He recommended the inexpensive option first which I went with. He replaced the shark bite fitting with a copper connection, and the shower head no longer leaked. The problem was due to a bad shark bite connection that was constricting the water flow and backing up to the shower head. Joel was professional, courteous, and explained the issue in easy to understand terms. Soderlin hourly rates were very reasonable, especially with their team like Joel that have decades of experience. I should have called them months ago to fix my issue. I received a 5 star service experience from them. I saved their business card for my fridge. They are my new go-to plumber for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Soderlin Plumbing & Heating for the great experience!

Very convenient location large campus and they a have basic needs support center open every Wednesday, they pass out food and personal hygiene items. There needs to be more equipment and I heard they used to offer yoga classes but since Covid they have not 😢The staff here are so supportive and it truly feels like this school puts the community in community College. My teachers and admin and other staff have been supportive while I have been dealing with a stalker/abuse situation. I feel fully supported and safe here.I also highly highly recommend the herbalism program because it's one of a kind and the teacher, Erica, is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the subject.
Giotto Troia: This review is only for the weight room. The music is horrible. I don't want to listen to jazz music when I'm working out. The attendant on duty said they don't have access to the music... I doubt that.The equipment is a bit old but usable and has a good variety. It's missing some machines like leg extension and some specialized benches. But overall a good selection for a free-for-students gym and convenient if you're already on campus.

Nick Timm: This business is a lifesaver!! I had a pressure relief valve fail on a commercial water heater on a saturday and needed a new valve to repair it before monday for a pre sale property inspection. This company was closed for the weekend, and the part is not available at any hardware store in the state. With no time to wait for shipping, out of desperation, i sent the company a message via the chat option on google. To my surprise, the owner responded. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way to get the part before monday. I didn't expect it to happen, but I was desperate and hoping for a miracle. He replied that he lives just 10 minutes from the store and would get me the part asap. He had me order online for pickup at the store, and I was able to pick it up the following morning. I could have picked it up the same day, but it was late evening, and the drive is a 3-hour round trip. I wish words could express the depth of my gratitude for this company and its owner. I very rarely post a review for business, but this company definately earned the spot of being the third one I've reviewed in my lifetime - with the other two being reviews about bad experiences.

I had 2 of the big name companies out for estimates for my multi-day job and they were hugely inflated; in one case in part, I think, because I’m a single woman with white hair. Then I got wise and called this small company located right in the neighborhood. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were great at explaining without the patronizing tone of the others. They broke down the estimate so I could pick and choose what I could afford. In the end I could do everything because their charges were so much more in line with what I was expecting. Jaron and his apprentice were always on time, friendly, creative, professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. It is now over 2 months later and everything is working perfectly.It was such a positive experience in every way. I feel relieved to know I won’t need to put off calling for plumbing help in the future because I can call Erik’s! And I’d never hesitate recommending them to my friends.
Aaron Gipe: I had Nick and Simon from Erik Nelson Plumbing come to my home today to replace my bathtub hardware, fix some issues with hot water to the upstairs of my home, and install a couple isolation valves.They were amazing. Professional but personable. Thoroughly explained my options, root causes, and any unknowns they encountered. They quickly troubleshot and fixed my hot water issues. They were also very proactive when they saw something that wasn't working they either quickly addressed it and/or brought it to my attention. I'm very grateful to have that issue resolved.The bathtub hardware they replaced was on an older 2 handle faucet that they converted to a modern single handle faucet. The end result looked much better than I expected. The construction plate they used looks great, covers the holes, and matches the faucet.They exceeded my expectations, communicated everything clearly, and came in well under the estimate they had initially provided since some of the issues were easier to fix than anticipated.I would highly recommend Erik Nelson Plumbing.
