Studio TimeOut: what do users think?

HEIDI LOVE: Great vibe! 😊 Great atmosphere! 😊

Bea Crawmer: Beautiful space! Great energy. Attended a somatic breath-work class here. Was very powerful and healing. I would highly recommend.

Chris McNellis Tanita: Love the energy in class

John Wright: Friendly, healthy atmosphere.

Sam Michaels: Highly recommend, especially for pilates. The front desk staff does a great job at learning everyone's name and the instructors are WONDERFUL at correcting form and giving adaptations if you have injuries. The studio is always open to feedback and often tries new formats and schedules to accommodate requests. If you can afford the small group reformer or private pilates, they have great facilities and knowledgeable trainers.

Tess Hosier: and the awesome classes/upbeat instructors - this place has it all. When you go somewhere to workout you shouldn't have to compromise

Joy Cali: , and love getting home with my workout completed. I would like a class later than 5 on Friday , and few more options sat and Sunday . I think cycling will fill this gap well.

Rayleigh Kaye: I'm so glad I took up your 2 month for $99 offer. In two weeks, I've taken 5 classes. The staff and other participants have been very welcoming. I enjoy the follow up emails that keep me on track. All in all, it's been a great experience!

Harriet Adams: Love the classes and the atmosphere. Everyone has been so welcoming, from the front desk staff to instructors to others in the classes I've taken. The music is great, and there is so much energy in the room during class.

Esperanza Carlos: I feel great after class and thoroughly enjoy all of the friends that I have met there. The instructors are amazing and I love the information that is emailed out regarding health and wellness .

Emma Williams: I love going to Studio TimeOut! The classes are challenging, but fun and the instructors are very knowledgable and enthusiastic. I have back issues and am not always able to perform some of the exercises, but the instructors are always willing to share ways that each exercise can be modified to accommodate almost any limitation. I come away having gotten a really good workout and without hurting myself. It's a very welcoming place where everyone knows your name.

Zoe Moore: This is the neighborhood's best kept secret. Falling out of shape is bad enough, the work of getting back into shape shouldn't feel like a herculean task. I have a feeling the community feeling and the varied class types and levels will give me the momentum I need and the encouragement along the way.

Marie Campbell: Coming to the studio is like going to my "happy place". For an hour or two I can turn off mental chatter and focus on what I'm doing right now. The instructors have a good ability to teach and correct when necessary so students can get the most of their class time.

Paula Lucci: Wonderfully energetic, dedicated instructors who want you to have fun while you work hard. I always feel better after class than I did coming in. If you're going to sweat, you might as well do it in a gorgeous, clean space with lots of natural light.

Charlene Pfeiffer: Studio TimeOut is a great place to join for anyone at any fitness level. Whether you're just beginning or advanced, every class works. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - they'll show you how to make modifications for any move or how to make it more difficult. I've been going to the studio for 3 years and have increased my strength and flexibility...not to mention losing inches and pounds! I recommend this studio to anyone looking to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle.

Hannah Burns: I love the variety and levels of classes available at Studio Timeout, and especially that there is a reformer studio. I've rehabilitated from injuries, and hope to get back soon after my latest back injury. Instructors always know you by name, and will adjust particular parts of an exercise if you need a modification. A great all-around source for exercise, nutrition, and well-being!

Maegan Bruce: All of the instructors at TimeOut are super motivating and knowledgable! They make sure that you are positioned correctly during exercises to decrease the risk of injuries and increase your results! They almost always offer alternative positions if you have circumstances that limit you in anyway. I always leave class knowing that I had a great workout!

Venegas Dewberry: . I like coming to class on Thursday evenings because I go home relaxed and ready to wind down my day. Even though I just do Pilates mat one time a week, I can already tell that my hip is feeling better.

Blooma Minneapolis: what do users think?

Tiffany Landy: , and she was a true delight. She was fantastic with my daughter and was a huge help. In addition to having an extra set of hands to entertain my daughter, she always checked in on me emotionally and physically, which I appreciated. She constantly made sure she was helping me or my daughter, or that the house was being taken care of. I would not have been able to survive the postpartum period without her.

Kylee Haglund: We attended a lactation class and I had a prenatal massage which were both fabulous but I’m here to mostly talk about our experience with Blooma doula service. Our doula was Meagan during our meetings prior to birth she helped us feel more prepared for birth and what to expect/ask our provider leading up to the big day. This knowledge gave me more confidence leading up to birth but where Meagan really shined was during labor. She came in and helped us navigate this very intense beautiful experience. She coached myself and husband and I felt so supported. I truly believe that she was a large factor in me having a positive birthing experience and I am beyond happy with the service.

Nicole Campbell: Our baby is now a month old and we've had the best experience with Blooma over the past 9 months. We attended several birth classes there, I went to yoga, received chiropractic and massages throughout pregnancy and we also used Blooma doulas for our birth.Blooma doulas were definitely the highlight for us and were so helpful to both my husband and myself. Aleida and Shaina were helpful throughout my pregnancy and amazing during labor both before the hospital and once we got there. I had an easy pregnancy, but nothing about the birth was what I had planned for and having doulas who prepped us for that throughout the pregnancy and were there in the moment to talk through things really helped us make the best of the experience. The hospital was also so busy that weekend that we barely saw the midwife, which made Shaina’s support and experience extra valuable for the birth. It was just us, Shaina and our nurse for most of the time and we would have been lost without the two of them! Shaina also took fantastic photos for us!

Nina Durkopp: We cannot speak highly enough of Aleida Vanderbrug & Shaina Towler and the invaluable support they provided during the birth of our child. From our initial meeting, we knew we had found someone special. They exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for our well-being.Throughout the entire process, Aleida & Shaina were a calming presence, offering unwavering support and guidance. They took the time to understand our preferences and concerns, ensuring that our birth experience was tailored to meet our needs.During labor, Aleida was a true rock. She provided continuous physical and emotional support, offering comfort measures and reassurance every step of the way. Her expertise and calming presence helped us navigate unexpected challenges with confidence and grace.Beyond the birth itself, Aleida & Shaina were a pillar of support in the postpartum period, offering invaluable advice and encouragement as we adjusted to life with our newborn. We are immensely grateful to Aleida & Shaina for their role in our birth journey. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt empowered, supported, and cared for every step of the way. We wholeheartedly recommend Aleida & Shaina & Blooma to anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable birth doula.

Jessica Spanswick: We hired Anna Hoyme as a postpartum doula in preparation for the birth of our first baby. Anna went above and beyond! She helped us navigate lactation, sleep, cloth diapers, communication, recovery from birth, anxiety, etc. She was always so incredibly kind, understanding, and proactive. She is also exceptionally knowledgeable about infant and new mother care. We miss her already!

Dani S: and...she didn't only make it bearable but absolutely entertaining and informative. We learned SO much! I would absolutely recommend Blooma!

Brittany Gomez: I recently took a Doula training workshop at Blooma, what an incredible experience! The Blooma studio was a perfect place to learn and ignite even more passion for birthwork. As part of the training weekend we also got to experience a prenatal yoga class with expecting mothers - to see the comfort and community for all those mamas to be was heartwarming. I will recommend Blooma to all my clients!!

Katie Heberer: Blooma is the best! All the classes create a sense of community; it’s more than yoga, it’s a way to connect with others. I would highly recommend all the BYOB barre and yoga classes; it’s a great way to move your body while staying with baby. All the teachers are highly knowledgeable and make modifications as needed.

Lia Sherman: . I've been coming here for nearly a decade, and no week feels complete without walking through the door. 10/10 recommend, 100 stars if I could give them, A+ local business run by incredible women.

Autumn Onelove: I received a very relaxing prenatal massage from Molly Hajkova. She made me feel very comfortable. The space was very relaxing and calming. I also really appreciated that I was able to lay face down as they have a special table to give space for baby in my belly! Thanks Molly!

Megan McCord: Blooma has been such a joy for my first year of motherhood. It is a welcoming place for moms and women! I have utilized the education classes, workouts and massage. I appreciate the discount for being an RN!

greta: your name and ask if anything is going on in your body before they start class to ensure they are teaching with modifications in mind. They also incorporate mindfulness into the practice which has enabled me to improve my mind-body connection.Whether you are pre-natal, post-natal, or neither like me – it is a great community for every gender, body, age, and yoga level. The wide array of people enables us to accept each other and ourselves for who we are and where we are in life. I also appreciate the wide array of classes and services. Between flow yoga, restorative yoga, barre, mat pilates, workshops, massage therapists, teacher training, and more – I have everything I need at Blooma – for my mind, body, and heart.

Nancy Holtze: Blooma yoga is hands down my favorite studio to practice yoga at and I have lived in many places and tried out countless studios. There is something so uniquely special at Blooma and you feel it the minute you walk in the door. The warmth of the greetings and the community is beyond rich. You feel it immediately and it is welcoming to all. I love the diversity of ages and levels and the instructors are experts in their crafts, always offering alternative options and making sure everyone is comfortable and safe. I look forward to every class. And it is a place for ALL! No need to be female, pregnant or have any children at all.

Ashley O'Reilly: Meagan and Shiana were fabulous.I called them for SO MANY QUESTIONS during pregnancy and postpartum. They always answered - day or night - and made us feel like their most important clients. The suggestions they provided such as when to see a chiropractor, when i should go to the hospital during labor, and when we needed to contact peds for our new baby are all incredibly helpful. Yes, they are expensive, but I would pay DOUBLE to have them again. They were that great!

Libby Arnosti: My prenatal massage with Gretchen was hands down the best massage I have ever had. She made me feel so at ease in the space, listened to what was going on with my body in pregnancy, and personalized her massage really well to what I needed. Her technique is excellent and I truly melted on the table for all 90 minutes. At the end of the massage she gave me resources, tips based on what I am experiencing in my pregnancy, and ideas for how my partner can help me. I am absolutely coming back again, 10/10 would recommend.

Molly McGurran: , birth classes and body work. The doula staff is so talented & their birth education courses are chalked full of information. There is such a strong sense of community & wonderful staff who are knowledgeable and kind!

Hannah Henderson: Our overnight postpartum doula Taylor was fantastic. She made things so easy by handling overnight feedings, bottling/labeling my pumped milk, folding baby laundry, and providing tips and insight about questions we had about diaper rash, sleep schedules, and what's "normal" for twin infants. My husband and I would highly recommend Taylor!

Six Degrees Uptown: what do users think?

E: Fantastic trainers and staff. Very clean, nice big windows. Classes are fun! I love this place!

L K: It makes running possible and long term injury prevention more creative for any other things you want to do! They care a lot and mix it up so it's a great community, colorful and fun. KUDOS to the Six Degrees crew! I'm grateful to get to come here, and that it's nearby!

Wil Emling: The Asana Stretch class is absolutely thee best thing you can do for yourself. Mind, and body are completely refreshed after guided meditation, and some light stretching. Words cannot even begin to describe what one session will do for stress relief. Space is limited and the lucky people in the know tend to be regulars, so sign up in advance. If you can get in, you'll quickly understand why the lucky few keep coming back every week. Yoga mats are available if you don't have one, and are just beginning to explore the different types of yoga. Fantastic introduction class for beginners.

Oleg Froymovich: great engaging staff. Awesome classes

Karla Kristine Ness: , barre, pilates, piloxing, TRX, etc. I love it all.

Chad Boger: This is a great space with a wonderful team that offers a variety of ways to work on the foundations of your physical health. I've enjoyed large group classes, dual sessions with my wife and some kick butt solo time with Emily. She knows my wants and needs and is able to tailor a workout that takes me to my limits. There is no question that the time I have spent at six degrees has had a significant impact on reducing/eliminating the pain that accumulated from the years of compromised posture at work and play. I have learned concepts about how to move with better connection that will aid me in maintaining a strong and healthy body as I age.

Julie Snow: I came to the studio as a complete beginner. The instructors were amazing: attentive to each person, infectiously passionate about pilates, and expert in encouraging correct, safe, yet challenging form. The studio is airy, bright, warm and welcoming.

Kim Faith: When a studio where some friends and I had been taking barre class closed we looked for a new home. We found it at Six Degrees. The teachers are amazing, talented and knowledgable and lost of fun to work out with. I take Barre classes and TRX. I have found a fun community at Six Degrees. People of all ages and all abilities come together for a fun rewarding work out. I love Six Degrees.

Bailey Blue: I absolutely love Six Degrees. I came here from a chain fitness club Pilates background and found a level of professionalism and classically trained Pilates instructors that really challenge me and continue to make me grow in my fitness. One of my favorite parts is the flexibility with membership. There's no pressure of monthly memberships and additional fees. Everything is straight forward and either pay as you go, or save money by purchasing packages. The class sizes are small, I've been comfortable enough to check out other class offerings including TRX and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. Emily, Cady, and Heather are my favorites.I never regret coming to a class and always feel the mind body connection carried out in my life after I leave the studio.

Caty Taborda: My husband and I have been coming to the studio for two years now, and the range of classes and instructor styles continues to challenge my body and mind in new ways! Super welcoming and inviting space for all ages, bodies, genders, and ability levels. I never thought I'd enjoy group fitness so much, but it's such an awesome and encouraging community!

Kelli Jo: Six Degrees is fabulous! The owner Emily is a fierce woman with a kind soul. I love working with her and I think her amazing attitude sets the tone for the welcoming and encouraging attitudes you will experience at the studio. I have taken classes with Becky and Ashley and they are knowledgeable, and a pleasure to learn from. This is a place that encourages students to be strong, healthy , and confident. It does not matter what your skill level or your body type is at Six Degrees, there are no pretentious attitudes here. As an injury prone individual with chronic pain, I feel so much better after being a client here.!

BEO: I have been coming to Six Degrees for the past two and a half years. The staff is highly talented and welcoming. The workouts are both fun and challenging. Although I happened to shave off 30 pounds since joining, the studio is a warm, safe place for people of all ages and body types.

Shayla Boger: I love Six Degrees Pilates. I have been going there since they opened their doors. My biggest compliments are that they have been consistent with quality movement every single visit, and they make pilates affordable. The staff is friendly and it is always clean.

Carrie Connor: . The knowledgeable teachers, whose attention to detail and unwavering encouragement, have helped me attain strength and movement I thought not available to me. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, the equipment beautiful and the energy is beyond positive.

Aurora Hiraeth: This place always has a refreshing energy.

Carolyne Giancola: From the second I walked into Six Degrees, I knew this is where I wanted to be.... All the instructors are well trained, well informed, and knowledgeable about the body, as well as, exercises they teach. They are wonderful about giving alternatives to some of the exercises if you have had injuries. I love that I can always find a class to take, no matter what my schedule is. I would recommend Six Degrees to anyone, new or seasoned, for helping to keep your body and mind where you would like it to be.

Club Pilates: what do users think?

Mar Mar (Jellytinkles): Wanted to try Pilates on a total whim and joined at the 4x month package. The classes do book out relatively fast, hard to get a time that fits my schedule for weekends and morning with the scheduling cycle - can’t use credits beyond my schedule period so they will expire. The 12 hour cancellation policy makes sense to me however a bummer when I have to cancel - my schedule is just wonky - and that hurts. I find myself excited to go to my classes. It’s a convenient location. Instructors are all different but amazing in their own ways. I am excited to see the new space as they’re renovating.

Rei Schindeldecker: Club Pilates instructor Chris is my absolute favorite instructor of any studio I've ever been a member of! She is kind, compassionate, and devoted to ensuring her students get the most out of every class and walk away feeling good about themselves. I am convinced that Chris and her Cardio Sculpt class are what made me successful in finishing three marathons within the past 12 months! She made sure I was strong, ready, and supported to conquer 26.2 miles again and again. Chris--I couldn't have done it without you, and I am forever thankful! The Club Pilates Edina family is what keeps me coming back, there's no place like it.

Beth Jacklen: Love it ! Live it! Sarah is so helpful when scheduling classes. Carolyn and Chris C’s classes are the best! They ROCK!

Super Lucky KITTY: Pilates has aligned my back after an injury! Sarah is so helpful with scheduling classes ✨

Deborah Fink: Club Pilates Edina is my happy place. It has helped me to increase my flexibility, strengthen my core and improve my posture. Carolyn is my favorite instructor. Her classes are both fun and challenging in a way that keeps me coming back for more! I schedule my whole week around Carolyn’s classes! If only she taught seven days a week!

Donna Roemen: Love Chris and her chair focused classes, I’m getting a fabulous workout. Need more Chris!

Kimberly Hoffer: I LOVE Club Pilates and look forward to every class! The amazing Instructors, ease of booking classes, high quality reformers, variety of classes, creative use of other equipment at each station, the benefits Pilates offers my body, the professionalism and expertise of the instructors, office managers and staff, it all adds up to a BIG WIN/WIN!! Thank you, Club Pilates!!

Molly Mitchell: I love this studio! The instructors are great and pay attention to detail to ensure we receive the bear classes possible! Its location is in a fun/busy area but feels super quaint in the studio itself!

Val Reddy: Chris C. Has the most energetic classes that keeps you engaged! Love Club Pilates

Yasmeen Khawaja: Great classes and instructors, I feel like I learned a lot!

Gloria Bullock: I love Club Pilates in Edina! Instructors are great and Sarah does a great job running the place. 10 stars

Kathy Ferrey: Club Pilates is amazing!Caitlin and everyone at the front desk are really helpful and I love the variety of instructors as they all teach different techniques.I am moving next month and am sad there is not a Club Pilates in my area.

tina marie (tinamariedoll_): Kate B is such an amazing instructor! She is stellar at cueing movements, she is a phenomenal guide, very easy to follow along and comprehend her instructions. Her classes ebb and flow in an excellent sequenced graceful yet challenging manor. Thank you!

Lukas: , warm welcoming staff. The studio is perfectly placed in the heart of the lively developing 50th & France area. There are a total of 12 equipment stations which are maintained very clean and consistently well cared for.

Dana: Love this studio! The staff and instructors are so great!

Just The Headband: Try Club Pilates for great core work, plus alignment & spine health. Pilates reformer allows you to workout in multiple positions. You’ll need grip socks & reusable water bottle. All other equipment provided. So many ways to exercise!! Find something you love & get moving 🖤

Core Pilates and Yoga: what do users think?

Colleen Dooley: Class sizes are small enough to offer individual attention yet big enough to invite group comradery. Thanks to Vickie's friendly, skilled & playful teaching style, I feel muscularly stronger, more fluid in my joints plus a more positive outlook towards aging!!I am also grateful to Heather, Becca

MS R: I've been going here for the past five years and have loved it. The space is cozy and the instructors are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Paola Ricci: Best Pilates studio in the Twin Cities, including both 'in-person' and 'virtual classes'. All instructors have a deep knowledge of the human body and pay great attention to individual student' needs and experience level. Because classes consistently introduce new movements and challenges, I am reminded in each class of which areas of my body need work and which ones have gained strength and balance through the years........I have come a long way since 1999 when I attended my first group Pilates class in Atlanta, GA in terms of body awareness and strength building, all thanks to the passion and supportive attitude of Heather, Julie, Kristine, Laura, Vicky, Becca, Sophie, Adam, Jessie. This St Paul studio is very welcoming, well lit, clean and equipment pieces are well spaced. The 'in-person' classes schedule is rich and the 'virtual' program provides great attendance flexibility and variety of exercises.

Katie Lipe: Heather and her team have done a FANTASTIC job of offering a wide and diverse spectrum of classes. The teachers are truly talented at explaining and demonstrating the pose, in addition to clearly talking through the modifications that can be made.I used to have to get a massage every two weeks and Chiropractic every 3 in addition to Pilates 2 times a week but with the virtual classes I have been able to go to more classes and not do massages and chiropractor every 2 weeks. It's been a game-changer for me.These classes have allowed me to continue to work on my core, burn off stress, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Sarah Hardy: I have been going to CORE for the last few months and it has been nothing less than an amazing experience. I started with the introduction to reformer classes which helped me slowly get into Pilates. Then I was able to try out different instructors and classes to find out what worked best for me. I highly recommend trying out CORE for your next Pilates class!

Rachel E: I’ve belonged to Core for nearly a year and a half. I had never taken pilates previously and immediately fell in love. My practice has created a better mind-to-body connection. I’m stronger and more aware of my body in space. Exercises are challenging with stretches built in. All the teachers are great, but I often find myself in classes taught by Heather, Sophie, and Samantha. I’d suggest Core to anyone wanting to try something new or deepen their relationship to their body.

Lynn R. Daly: I have been going to CORE since 2010 and will continue to go for many, many years to come. In my fifties, I love Heather’s foam roller zoom classes and Vicky’s active-aging in person reformer classes. If I had the time, would take a class everyday if the week! Heather is a strong and kind small business owner and her team is marvelous and top notch. If your wanting to feel, sleep and move better, this wonderful studio is all you need!

Anne Taylor: I feel better after every class, no exaggeration. Really talented, friendly instructors who are pros at teaching so beginners and advanced students will benefit.

She is knowledgeable, funny, kind, and pushes me when I need it and helps me feel ok about needing to take a break when I need to. She also shares great recipes with me, just an added bonus! SweatShop Health Club: what do users think?

Kelly Caldbeck: This a beautiful space with all the equipment your Pilates and fitness heart could desire. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, warm and inviting. Lots of great classes on their schedule.

Kit W: Everyone there, from staff to others who work out at the club, are genuinely great and helpful people. When I came in, a walk-in so unexpected visitor, I was welcomed and they listened to my concerns, needs and goals. Other health clubs and the cities just want to make sales.

RDA Fares: Andrea is the best instructor! Workouts are fun and challenging.

Juliann Geis Thavis: Friday May 7, 2021 I attended my first in person Pilates class since the pandemic. The class is called “Power of Tower” and is a fabulous Pilates reformer class. The facility and staff were warm, welcoming, clean. And felt safe. We all had masks on. The Equipment was spaced out, and there were readily available cleaning supplies. Plus the staff are so knowledgeable and well trained and caring. In addition Gayle, the owner is amazing too. Thank you! I’m coming back this week.

Susan Burns: I'm totally in love with the online classes the SweatShop offers. So easy to leave the computer, grab a mat, and join in. The instructors are superb, and the sense of community is a welcomed bonus. 3

Elizabeth Lenz: The trainers are really amazing. The Sweatshop helped me regain my health after stage three cancer. Every workout is cutting edge attention to detail and exactly what my body needs. The Sweatshop feels like a family. The owner is extremely conscientious of our entire community. Love this place!

Jean Pearson Ryan: Sweatshop offers more than just a great workout. It fosters and supports strong and caring community and has built a membership on these values. The trainers are wonderful. They know their "stuff" but also, are very skilled and committed to adjusting their teaching to experience levels from beginning to advanced! Sweatshop's my lifesaver!

Summer Johnson: The Sweatshop has been such an added benefit in my life. The community is so welcoming and the classes are challenging. I'm so happy I discovered it.

Tess Stage: After working out here, I don't know how I ever worked out before! Instructors are so knowledgeable and fun. The community is like none other.

Karlynn Benson: Best trainers in the Midwest ❤️

Dawn Altstatt: Awesome instructors! Top of their game!

Meshach Weber: If you are the smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room. Sweatshop trainers are off the chart brilliant. The trainers of trainers. The amazing passion and deep experience of the owner shines through in her amazing team. These people are miracle workers. And fun to be around.

Jennifer Buchan: I worked with Jen Karle for over a year. She was great!!!

Molly VW: The Sweatshop is an amazing health club. I can not recommend it enough to folks looking for a great space to get healthy, try new fitness classes, work with amazing trainers, meet welcoming knowledgeable staff and ownership, and make new friends. Run do not walk to join this club. I have had other memberships in the Twin Cities and in other states, but nothing as great as the Sweatshop. As I hit my 50's I wanted to make some changes and they supported me as I lost weight, tried new programs, and got healthy. Please go in!

Kristen Beck: Very friendly and welcoming!

Colleen Baumtrog: I've been a satisfied Sweatshop member for decades. The Sweatshop is my go-to place for fitness. I am grateful for the helpful advice from the staff about the workouts & exercises my body needs. I especially love the Pilates Mat & Reformer Classes. The friendly Sweatshop staff are highly qualified & their knowledge about fitness, with normal & special populations, is unsurpassed.

Shilpa Parikh: This place is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and highly competent! I saw Kari for private lessons and she is fantastic! As a physician, I am very comfortable sending patients to SweatShop because they are educated and compassionate trainers who put your safety and goals first! Anne is also great to work with and is very good at keeping clients motivated! LOVE this place!

Minneapolis Yoga: what do users think?

Miki Griffin: Absolutely the best studio in town!

Jason Barba: Best yoga studio in the Twin Cities!

Kathy Farzanegan: As a long-term practitioner of Hot Yoga and new resident of Mpls, finding a great studio was critical to me. Mpls Yoga is one of the best studios I have ever been to. Every teacher is highly skilled and brings expertise and wisdom to each class. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is wonderful - as is the beautiful facility. I feel lucky every day I practice in this wonderful studio.

S H: Not only do I love what Mpls Yoga does for my body and mind, I love the community of people that generates such an awesome vibe

Ann Hustad: Wonderful clean safe studio with amazing instructors! Love mpls yoga!

Lisa Banks: I have been to a lot of yoga studios, but Minneapolis Yoga is my favorite to visit. It's always on the top of my list of things to do in the cities. The atmosphere, excellent instructors, and overall feeling of the studio is amazing!

Kristen C: This yoga has changed my life and now I cannot, will not live without it. Thank you to Melissa and all the teachers for creating a welcoming environment and community for all.

Shannon OHearn: My wife and I do a lot of traveling to various states and always make time to do hot yoga. Minneapolis Yoga is by far the best. The instructors are awesome and the studio has a warm and inviting vibe.

Sara Bromeland: I joined this studio in March of 2020, although I’ve practiced this style of yoga for 18 years. The 90 minute original hot yoga classes work wonders for mind and body. The community is welcoming to all and the instructors are exceptional.

AMY DAHLIN: The instructors at Mpls Yoga are great! Knowledgeable and encouraging, they have helped me so much in the last 7 months! This is a really welcoming and supportive community.

Kristine Stanski: I have been connected to the studio for 20 years. People who go there always talk about what an incredible community it is. I love all the classes for different reasons. Bending my spine in four directions on the regular has changed my life in profound and beautiful ways. The inferno Pilates class is so fun and full body. All are welcome, hope to see you there!

Steve Borchardt: Discovered this studio last spring and it has quickly become one of my favorite things about the Twin Cities. I had been going to a very well known corporate yoga studio for a number of years and had found myself frustrated with the infrequency that the original 26 and 2 hot yoga series was offered - and then only in an abbreviated 60 minute form - so finding out about Minneapolis Yoga was a revelation for me. The full 90 minute 26 and 2 series is offered multiple times daily, making it far easier to commit to a regular practice than at other studios. The studio space itself is calm and does not feature distracting music during the classes, and the overhead lighting is very soft and not at all glaring, making it possible to really reap the mediative benefits of this practice. Most importantly, the level of instruction here is second to none. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and offer instructions that will ensure you will grow in your practice as you continue to show up. The vibe and community of this studio is very warm and welcoming as well. This place is a gem.

Amy Holmstrom Clay: The teachers are fabulous! It is wonderful community to which to belong!
