Wil Emling: The Asana Stretch class is absolutely thee best thing you can do for yourself. Mind, and body are completely refreshed after guided meditation, and some light stretching. Words cannot even begin to describe what one session will do for stress relief. Space is limited and the lucky people in the know tend to be regulars, so sign up in advance. If you can get in, you'll quickly understand why the lucky few keep coming back every week. Yoga mats are available if you don't have one, and are just beginning to explore the different types of yoga. Fantastic introduction class for beginners.

I've enjoyed large group classes, dual sessions with my wife and some kick butt solo time with Emily. She knows my wants and needs and is able to tailor a workout that takes me to my limits.There is no question that the time I have spent at six degrees has had a significant impact on reducing/eliminating the pain that accumulated from the years of compromised posture at work and play. I have learned concepts about how to move with better connection that will aid me in maintaining a strong and healthy body as I age.

Julie Snow: I came to the studio as a complete beginner. The instructors were amazing: attentive to each person, infectiously passionate about pilates, and expert in encouraging correct, safe, yet challenging form. The studio is airy, bright, warm and welcoming.

The teachers are amazing, talented and knowledgable and lost of fun to work out with. I take Barre classes and TRX. I have found a fun community at Six Degrees. I've rehabilitated from injuries, and hope to get back soon after my latest back injury. Instructors always know you by name, and will adjust particular parts of an exercise if you need a modification. A great all-around source for exercise, nutrition, and well-being!

They make sure that you are positioned correctly during exercises to decrease the risk of injuries and increase your results! They almost always offer alternative positions if you have circumstances that limit you in anyway. I always leave class knowing that I had a great workout!

Paola Ricci: Best Pilates studio in the Twin Cities, including both 'in-person' and 'virtual classes'. All instructors have a deep knowledge of the human body and pay great attention to individual student' needs and experience level. Because classes consistently introduce new movements and challenges, I am reminded in each class of which areas of my body need work and which ones have gained strength and balance through the years........I have come a long way since 1999 when I attended my first group Pilates class in Atlanta, GA in terms of body awareness and strength building, all thanks to the passion and supportive attitude of Heather, Julie, Kristine, Laura, Vicky, Becca, Sophie, Adam, Jessie. This St Paul studio is very welcoming, well lit, clean and equipment pieces are well spaced. The 'in-person' classes schedule is rich and the 'virtual' program provides great attendance flexibility and variety of exercises.
