L K: It makes running possible and long term injury prevention more creative for any other things you want to do! They care a lot and mix it up so it's a great community, colorful and fun. KUDOS to the Six Degrees crew! I'm grateful to get to come here, and that it's nearby!

Wil Emling: The Asana Stretch class is absolutely thee best thing you can do for yourself. Mind, and body are completely refreshed after guided meditation, and some light stretching. Words cannot even begin to describe what one session will do for stress relief. Space is limited and the lucky people in the know tend to be regulars, so sign up in advance. If you can get in, you'll quickly understand why the lucky few keep coming back every week. Yoga mats are available if you don't have one, and are just beginning to explore the different types of yoga. Fantastic introduction class for beginners.

Chad Boger: This is a great space with a wonderful team that offers a variety of ways to work on the foundations of your physical health. I've enjoyed large group classes, dual sessions with my wife and some kick butt solo time with Emily. She knows my wants and needs and is able to tailor a workout that takes me to my limits.There is no question that the time I have spent at six degrees has had a significant impact on reducing/eliminating the pain that accumulated from the years of compromised posture at work and play. I have learned concepts about how to move with better connection that will aid me in maintaining a strong and healthy body as I age.

Julie Snow: I came to the studio as a complete beginner. The instructors were amazing: attentive to each person, infectiously passionate about pilates, and expert in encouraging correct, safe, yet challenging form. The studio is airy, bright, warm and welcoming.

The teachers are amazing, talented and knowledgable and lost of fun to work out with. I take Barre classes and TRX. I have found a fun community at Six Degrees. Kelly Caldbeck: This a beautiful space with all the equipment your Pilates and fitness heart could desire. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, warm and inviting. Lots of great classes on their schedule.

Kit W: Everyone there, from staff to others who work out at the club, are genuinely great and helpful people. When I came in, a walk-in so unexpected visitor, I was welcomed and they listened to my concerns, needs and goals. Other health clubs and the cities just want to make sales.

Juliann Geis Thavis: Friday May 7, 2021 I attended my first in person Pilates class since the pandemic. The class is called “Power of Tower” and is a fabulous Pilates reformer class. The facility and staff were warm, welcoming, clean. And felt safe. We all had masks on. The Equipment was spaced out, and there were readily available cleaning supplies. Plus the staff are so knowledgeable and well trained and caring. In addition Gayle, the owner is amazing too. Thank you! I’m coming back this week.
