Paige Westra: Lake Harriet is nestled into a lovely, walkable neighborhood and I often find myself here for sunset. The beach is nice in the summer, although I usually check the MPRB website to check water health before swimming. Generally, this beach is quieter than the other side of the lake.

Celestia: they get you your water craft and you're off. Super easy process. You also get a 15 minute grace period after the hour, gives you some time to paddle back before you start having to pay more.Note that they are not going to let you leave your belongings with them, they must come with you or be left on the shore. If you can, I would bring a dry bag, that was really handy in my experience.

Brenda Brown: We had our wedding at the Como Harriet Streetcar Line last summer. It was truly an intimate, beautiful experience. The streetcar was so fun to take pictures on, and it was so affordable. Leah, Jennifer and Zach were very accommodating and we have a special place in our hearts for this place. Now we can take a ride every anniversary for fun. I would recommend for any type of private party. Wonderful experience 10/10
Amy Workman: The Santa experience was just wonderful. We stayed warm and got hotdogs and s'mores from the Scouts. The Santa was top notch. My kids aren't comfortable going up to mall Santas, but still wanted to visit one, and this was perfect. He did such a great job giving each child attention and just as much as they wanted and took pics with whoever wanted them.

Christine Wetherell: We booked the Paradise Princess for a Corp Excursion. I highly recommend Paradise Charter Cruises for their exceptional service before during and after our Charter. The boat was perfect for our 26 guests; food was good, bar and beverages well stocked, and the boat itself was very comfortable and clean. We extended the Charter to 3 hours which allowed us a leisurely cruise around Lake Minnetonka on a beautiful summer evening. This was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We will charter again.

Rusty Deason: I took the Minneapolis historical tour today with Tim. He was fantastic. It was my first time on a Segway but Tim is a great teacher and it was not difficult to learn. The tour was excellent. Tim was kind and knowledgeable, was flexible and tailored my tour to my interests. I cannot say enough about how great it was. It was a beautiful day to be out and I got to see all of the points of interest I wanted to see. The management team were so accommodating and worked with my schedule so that I could have this opportunity to experience the Segway tour. It was a wonderful experience and I will likely do Segway tours on future travels. I’m hooked now. I would just like to let others know that Human on a stick is an amazing company with a fantastic staff. I would 💯 use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks for a great tour.
Kelly Guncheon: Even though all 8 of us were from the Twin Cities, the information from the guys was interesting and new to us, and they all seemed to really enjoy themselves. They timed the stops just right as standing on a segway is a little tough on the feet. It was just a great time, worth every penny!
James Richardson: My girlfriend and I booked a tour because I've always wanted to try riding a Segway. We also thought this would be a cool way to see a lot of sights in a shorter amount of time and to hear the history along the way. My girlfriend was quite apprehensive about the experience, and had doubts about her ability to maneuver the segway, but the staff was super helpful and professional and made sure to take their time to make sure that everyone was comfortable before the tour started. They were also watchful and helpful every step of the way for anyone that should be having any issues.Additionally, the guides were all just a great and fun group of individuals with a lot of knowledge and always eager to answer any questions and be accommodating in every way. By the end of the tour my girlfriend was scooting around with no issues and having a blast.Another added bonus was having a photographer on hand to take several fun action photos along the way.We loved everything about the experience and will recommend it to anyone.

The tour stops at meaningful landmarks connected to Prince's legacy with music playing added a unique touch to theadventure. But what really stole the show was the sheer fun of riding the Segway through the city. I had a permanent smile on my face and the laughter was contagious among the group. This tour is an absolute must. Kudos to human on a stick for making such a fantastic and recommended experience!

Neal Sorensen: A great event showcasing interactive winter art. It is an amazing immersive experience, on the ice of a frozen lake. It's family friendly, but interesting and fun for all ages. The shanties are built to be enjoyed by everyone, and staff plus volunteers are ready to assist people with disabilities. It's still a frozen lake, so take care, but it is made to be as accessible as is possible. ASL interpreters are available. The organization is run by donations, so remember to give what you can. If you are a member, you skip the line.

Special shoutout to all the organizers, artists, sponsors, staff, and volunteers who make the projects so lively, whimsical, creative and fun. Yet another reason to love the village of Linden Hills.
