Nick Longworth: We had an icemaker go out in our fridge, and called Sergio to help fix it. He diagnosed the problem, and replaced the correct part quick. However, the story doesn’t end there.A few days later the filter began leaking, causing the icemaker not to work again. He came back out to take a look, and it was determined that the replacement part was faulty. Rather than giving us a warranty number and saying we’re on our own, Sergio stuck with it and solved the puzzle – never trying to upcharge us for the extra work, or even offering a hint of frustration. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be going to him for all future appliance repair needs.Service:Freezer repair
