David Olson: Joe from Twin Cities Appliance came out to look at my new Whirlpool washing machine. Didn't take him long to analyze the problem and determine that it was a warrantee issue. He ordered the part, returned one week later, installed the new part and was down the road! Joe was very courteous, knowledgeable, and the punctual. The representatives at the office were very professional, friendly, and helpful as well. I requested a card from Joe with contact information for TC Appliance as I will definitely recommend and would contact them if the need arises in the future!
