David Olson: Joe from Twin Cities Appliance came out to look at my new Whirlpool washing machine. Didn't take him long to analyze the problem and determine that it was a warrantee issue. He ordered the part, returned one week later, installed the new part and was down the road! Joe was very courteous, knowledgeable, and the punctual. The representatives at the office were very professional, friendly, and helpful as well. Rank On Top: This is the only place I send people to if they are having dryer problems and people need washer dryer repair. We own MN Dryer Vent Guys and when our customers need washer or dryer repair. We send them to west metro appliance. If your dryer has an error, shuts off, or it stops turning or you have a gas dryer. Please let these professionals help you. It's not worth the risk trying it yourself. We don't even mess around if it's gas dryer, we highly recommend west metro.

Marilyn Reiter: brought over the cooktop cleaner and looked over the installation of our appliances. In the quality literature that act of kindness would be labeled "delighting the customer". Or as Buzz Lightyear would say "to infinity and beyond". That is the kind of service and focus on the customer that does not exist. Thus we put it in the appliance sales' Hall of Fame. I see no reason why anybody would buy an appliance from anyone else but AC Carlson.

Mallory was our first contact with the company and she was friendly, patient, honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to solve our dishwasher issue. She scheduled Ben to come out to diagnose the problem. Ben had excellent customer service skills as well and figured out what was going on with it. He was the nicest guy to work with and was able to fix the dishwasher within a reasonable amount of time/cost being that it wasn’t even quite 3 years old. Patrick Hergott: Next-day service call for refrigerator problem. Alexander did a good job of investigating and informing us about two refrigerators that had temporary problems but were working when he got here. No attempt to sell us parts.
Kyle Johnson: I'm very happy with my experience. Although when they first came out to repair my dishwasher that wouldn't drain and would repeatedly fault out during washing they didn't find the issue, I called back 50 days later after the problem progressively got worse. Even though this was outside the 3p day satisfaction period, they sent a tech out free of charge that night and he immediately solved the issue. Ryan did an awesome job after business hours and immediately recognized a bad control board on my refrigerator after I mentioned that it wasn't cooling efficiently even after I had just cleaned the condenser coils.
